Das Zimmer war sehr enttäuschend und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Der Boden war dreckig und das Badezimmer in einem katastrophalen Zustand (dreckig, übler Geruch und vom offenen Fenster kam Laub von draußen in das Badezimmer). Das Zimmer verfügte weiters über keine gute Ausstattung (kein Föhn, kein Kühlsckrank). Weiters war der Lärm in der Nacht unerträglich und man konnte ab 5 Uhr morgens nicht mehr schlafen (laute Gebete von der Moschee durch Lautsprecher und Tiergeräusche vom benachbarten Bauernhof). Auch die Anlage selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Für diesen Preis bekommt man beispielsweise auf Bali deutlich schönere Unterkünfte, daher keine Empfehlung.

L’hôtel est conforme aux photos. Le personnel est très attentionné et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner correcte.

Seul petit bémol : il y a des coqs et des vaches à proximité, qui font énormément de bruit, aussi bien le jour que la nuit.

Hübsche kleine Anlage

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Turtle Beach. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann am schönen Pool relaxen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Wir mochten die offene Dusche nicht besonders, es war aber für ein paar Tage in Ordnung. Es war auch kein Problem mit den Insekten.

Emplacement était top (central mais au calme). Personnel au petit soin. Chambre confortable. Piscine très agréable et apaisante.

La piscine

Le personnel est gentil mais très très nonchalant, à fumer, sur leur téléphone … Le logement est sale et complètement désué… il faut un coup de rénovation … draps tachés et troués, petit déjeuner n’est pas fait maison … une honte pour le prix …

Fußläufig ist man schnell im Zentrum, der letzte Weg ist allerdings sehr dunkel und ohne Licht an privaten Wohneinheiten vorbei. Das Frühstück war lecker :)

Die mietbaren Fahrräder kann man keinem anbieten, hier könnte man in neue investieren. Meine Bremse funktionierte nicht, alle Reifen waren platt.

Camere e bagno veramente brutte e sporche

Petit hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de Gili : à deux pas du port, de la plage, des restaurants et de nombreuses activités. La localisation est clairement un gros point fort, 10/10 ! Le personnel est adorable, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus : propre, avec beaucoup de transats et peu de monde, parfait pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, rien à redire.

Seul petit bémol : la literie n’est pas la plus confortable, mais elle reste correcte et fait le job.

Le personnel était adorable, l’hôtel est au centre de l’île et il est tout mignon. On se sent comme à la maison.

Il faut savoir que des coqs chantent autour de l’hôtel à partir de … très très tôt le matin.

Location was good close to the Main Street and close to the beach to snorkel with the turtles. The pool area was lovely. Rooms comfortable. Nice quiet area. Can hear the chickens and cows which I liked.

My room was only cleaned once and I stayed 4 nights. They tried to charge me for bike use when I didn’t use them. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours taking. Kept me up but I’m a light sleeper.

Ubicación, la piscina y la amabilidad del personal

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. No cambiaron las toallas y el desayuno es poco variado para el precio que tiene el alojamiento.

L’établissement est très bien situé, la piscine est très agréable et le personnel très gentil

Les chambres sont belles mais l’entretien pourrait être amélioré (rouille sur la robinetterie)

L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 2 pas des plages. Nous avons adoré le coin piscine, le personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins tous les jours. Petit déjeuner copieux servi tous les matins sur notre terrasse et location de vélos pour se déplacer sur l’île.

La fenêtre de toit ouverte sur la douche apporte des feuilles et des saletés dans la salle de bain mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant. Également, attention au bruit des coqs et des vaches, pensez à prendre des bouchons d’oreilles pour la nuit !

Good location, pool is clean and plenty of sun loungers and beds to lie by the pool. Staff are very friendly and always available to help if needed :)

The call to prayer is very loud and woke us up each morning, however as Gili air is so small I think you would struggle to find a property without this issue. Additionally as breakfast is delivered to your balcony you have to commit to a time the night before which isn’t a big issue but means that if you are running behind schedule coffee will be cold etc.

Pool

-Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. - Bei Regen ist der Zugang zur Anlage eine Zumutung, Weg steht unter Wasser und ist extrem schlammig. - Alte zerfetzte Handtücher - Extrem hellhörig, man hört ALLES aus den Nachbarräumen. - Außendusche extrem heruntergekommen, Rohre provisorisch repariert, tropft auf die Toilette. - Raum riecht modrig - Frühstück ist okay, alles sehr einfach. - Personal liegt in der Anlage rum und schläft, macht halt keinen guten Eindruck.

Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et vous avez du choix ! La piscine est excellente. Vous avez également une fontaine à eau pour remplir vos bouteilles/gourdes. Le lit est grand et assez confortable !

L’établissement est situé à côté de beaucoup de coq. La nuit comme la journée, ils chantent en continu c’est vraiment un point négatif. C’est très mal isolé, vous entendez vos voisins. Ils fournissent des bouchons d’oreilles mais bon… La salle de bain ce n’est vraiment pas du grand luxe. À toit ouvert, ça manque vraiment de nettoyage.

Our stay at L’Archipel in Gili Air was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location was ideal, peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to everything we wanted to explore on the island. The pool area was beautiful and incredibly calming, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond for us each day, always making sure we were comfortable and happy. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t recommend L’Archipel more highly and would absolutely stay here again when we return to Gili Air. A truly memorable experience in every way.

Everything was perfect :)

An additional curtain (there were three) would have ensured they met and provided complete privacy and shaded the morning sun helping sleep longer. It might have been better if the staff were not sat on the front access steps when taking their breaks, but appreciate there may not have been anywhere else, however this did mean we could usually find someone if we needed them.

The staff are unmatched. You will not find a better place on the island for this cost. Period.

Mauvaise isolation phonique (réveillé par les chants religieux et les poules) même si des boules quies sont mises à disposition gratuitement. Sèche cheveux à demander à l’accueil. Petit déjeuner de l’hôtel en dessous de ce qui peut être proposé sur l’île.

Pool area was beautiful with the palms. Pool was so warm. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great location with quick walk to Main Street for food and 5 min walk to beach.

Schönes Hotel, mit schönem Pool. Gute Lage (recht mittig und damit in alle Richtungen flexibel) Gutes, wählbares Frühstück, Preis-Leistung sehr gut

très beau lieu calme, un bel extérieur, un personnel très gentil et serviable. L'ile est principalement musulmane, on entendant donc l'appel à la prière mais rien de dérangeant.

Le chemin depuis le port se fait facilement, sauf pour les derniers km où il faut parcourir un petit chemin boueux jusque l'hotel, attention quand il pleut on peut facilement glisser

The pool area is amazing, as are the staff they are very kind and considerate. It’s in a good location on the island about 10 minutes from the harbour area by foot.

I had 4 cockroaches in my room over the course of several days so I had to switch rooms. The rooms are quite dated, which I don’t think is great given it isn’t a super budget property. The biggest issue though is the pathway from the main pavement which is a muddy mess during rainy season with sometimes ankle high water that no doubt is contaminated as farm animals are nearby. It rained a lot during our stay and there was no alternative route to the property so we had to traipse through that every day. Rainfall is obviously not the fault of the property and I’m aware it is rainy season but when I suggested they might look to do something about this to improve the comfort of their guests they said ‘complain to booking.com’ 😐 Myself and one other of our group got sick which I cant help but wonder is related to having to walk through contaminated water every day. At the end of our stay I couldn’t do it anymore so hired a bike from the property.

Spacious room and attentive staff.

Room was not clean especially the floor and toilet and washable basin were not cleaned throughout my 10 night stay. The shower room roof was partially attracting lots of bugs. The alleyway up the property was frequently flooded requiring us to walk ankle deep in dirty muddy water .

Vor allem das Personal. Die Jungs sind so nett und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte eine so tolle Zeit dort. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer schön, das halb offene Bad ist toll, das Frühstück ist lecker.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist bei starkem Regen manchmal etwas schwer passierbar.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits et 4 jours sur Gili air et je ne peux que recommander l’établissement ! Le personnel est au petit soin, la chambre est propre, grande avec des rangements. Elle dispose d’une belle terrasse où l’on peut déguster le superbe petit déjeuner proposé par l’hôtel. La piscine est magnifique avec beaucoup de transat. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

We had a lovely and very enjoyable stay. A really nice touch was having breakfast served on the bungalow terrace each morning, and the staff were absolutely superb. Good wifi availability :)

Just worth noting that the hotel is very close to a mosque, so the calls to prayer were extremely loud, even with earbuds. Overall, a great stay.

Literally perfect, couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay! The room was just stunning and the pool/bar area is gorgeous. I cannot recommend this place enough! The breakfast was a standout!

The only thing to be aware of is the path to get to the place, it’s quite hidden and not suitcase friendly. Everything was perfect!

Un peu rudimentaire pour le tarif Draps et serviettes trouées Petit dej moyen Chambre pas faite entre les nuits ce n est pas très grave nous sommes restés que deux nous prises et lampes qui ne fonctionnaient pas mais ça n a pas gâché notre séjour c est peut être simplement notre exigence française mais nous avons fait que Bali des villas moins chères et meilleures

Het resortje kan wel wat onderhoud ondergaan. Vooral de badkamer heeft heel veel andacht nodig. Veel kalkaanslag, kleine lekkages en een wc-bril die totaal niet bij het toilet hoort. Daarnaast liggen er planken bij het zwembad los en steken er spijkers uit. Heel jammer want deze plek kan een veel hoger cijfer krijgen als ze er wat geld in steken. Nu helaas betere optie op Gili Air

Very cozy, super friendly stuff

Uns hat der schöne, grüne Innenhof mit Pool sehr gut gefallen und die gute Lage. Das Hotel ist vom Hafen gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, man ist schnell am Strand aber auch die Mainroad ist nicht weit, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tag auf Gili Air in dieser Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind total ausreichend, und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Gibt bestimmt noch „schickere“ Unterkünfte aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war auch sehr entspannt und vom Frühstück wurde man mehr als satt!

Wat een prachtig verblijf op het eiland Gili Air. Wij vonden Gili Air sowieso het leukste eiland van de 3 Gili’s, maar het verblijf bij L’Archipel voegde nog meer waarde aan onze reis toe. Ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije medewerkers. Schone kamers en een heerlijk zwembad. Absolute aanrader!! Helaas verbleven wij er maar 2 nachten.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant et serviable, ainsi que la piscine qui reste agréable

l’expérience globale n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. L’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux photos, il y a un réel décalage entre ce qui est présenté en ligne et la réalité. La chambre et la salle de bain sont dans un état qui nécessiterait une vraie remise en forme : forte odeur d’humidité, murs abîmés, traces de calcaire et de salissures, présence de moucherons, de fourmis, d’un cafard, et pas d’eau chaude.

Moskeijan äänet kuuluu todella selkeästi. Kylpyhuoneessa ei myöskään ole kattoa, mikä toki oli ihan eksoottinen kokemus. Yhtenä aamuna unohtivat toimittaa meille aamiaisen, mutta muuten oli todella ihana ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sänky oli huono.

La limpieza, un punto a mejorar

The resort was in a nice quiet spot, the call to prayer wasn’t an issue and you got used to it. The resort needs maintenance as wooden decking was broken. It’s not a high end place but very comfortable with friendly staff.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, dennoch erreicht man diesen innerhalb weniger Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Die ein oder andere Ecke der Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte einiger Instandhaltungen, z.B. kaputter Stuhl im Zimmer, ranzige AC-Fernbedienung.
