Behaviour of the staff was amazing and helpful.. when my father wanted to keep his insulin in the refrigerator, the front desk kindly obliged. They also helped with any form of assistance regarding how to travel to a specific location and what the correct price is for transportation

Nothing really. Yes there is no ventilation in the room but I knew that prior to signing up.

1. Great stay location to reach by walk to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. 2. Good and clean rooms and bed size. 3. Hot water was available all the time. 4. Staff was supportive.

We were unable to use Cab for drop or pickup near the Hotel from Varanasi Airport to any other major outside place. This may be due to Sawan Maas Kavadiya Yatra and too much crowd.

Good location, convenient, clean, value for money. Vicinity to Dashashwmedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwnath temple. Slight inconvenience in public transport due to ongoing road closure which is expected to be open before end of 2026

Staffs were very friendly, location was very good - near godulia chawk , walking distance from the ghat and main temple. As due to construction , vehicle was unable to come so hotel staffs conveniently sent people to bring the luggage. They also helped to book cab, they even accepted request of early check in and late check out . Overall very good experience

A minor thing for improvement. we booked for two room . in the two bed three members room, in the bathroom there was no big steel hanger so ladies found difficulty to keep the cloths

Checkout time but its okay as manager gave space for luggage storing and provide common guest area for sitting. If checkout time till 12 it should be better full 24hrs should be given. Also little bit costlier side. No window in room but good ac and fan so its okay

Best property to stay

The property is good but the management always intended to make money with client in all aspects.

Service and facilities was excellent. When ever I call for room service. They provide service with smiling face and without any delay. Even at late night.

Location was hard to find. Language since they speak good only in hindi.

The team who work here are so friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our 7 nights in Varanasi comfortable. The hotel is located just off a main road down a short alley. The alley is perfectly safe, well lit and has shops in it. Rooms are comfortable enough. Bed linen and towels were clean. Room was cleaned whenever we wanted it done. Bathroom was basic but functional. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. Smart TV and efficient air con contributed to comfort of stay. Property is well located - plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Considering the location it is very quiet and sleep quality was generally good. Not too far to walk to ghats - if you can negotiate the crowds! Reception organised for our laundry to be collected and done - excellent job and cheapest we had in India! It was like an oasis of calm after the madness of Varanasi.

Det var et perfekt hotel med et meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Der var en god skraber på badeværelset. :-) Vi fik 2 flasker vand om dagen og tilbud om rene håndklæder.

Well behaved and helpful staff, location, comfortable room though street sounds carry on till very late night, ease of booking, airport pick up though you have to walk 400mt to the hotel if you arrive after 8am or before 9pm.

No restaurant or breakfast. You can order food to your room from a nearby restaurant after 10am. There are lots of eating options around the hotel as it is located in Gowdholia

Great infrastructure. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean. Hot water was plentiful and very welcome in Jan winter. Room had central HVAC and heated. Food is available on demand. All in all, unassuming exterior but great rooms inside.

Taxis etc drop you little distance since there is prohibition on 4 wheelers and autos in that area. But I called hotel and they sent a person to help with bags. So getting to hotel is bit involved and difficult to find on your own. Also we did not know that heating is available in the room. Good idea for hotel to give an overview of amenities when entering the room.

場所がわからず困っていたところ宿の方が迎えにきてくれてとても助かりました！ 入り組んだところにあるので車では近くまで行けないので事前に調べておくことをお勧めします。 そのかわりすぐ街へ出れる距離です！ スタッフの方も程よい距離感でわからないことを聞くとわかりやすく親切に答えてくれます。お祭りの情報なども教えてくれていい宿です！

１日目の夜に他の部屋の方が大盛り上がりで、少し壁が薄いのかなと思いました。

The best part of this place is that it's conveniently located, although the entry to the hotel itself is less than attractive (but this seems to be the case for most hotels in that area). But the real stars are the staff - both the gentlemen at the reception and especially, a very big shoutout to Ramesh, the chef. The way they responded to our queries and requests was amazing. Rakesh's food made our stay so enjoyable and when traveling with senior citizens, it was a huge help that the hotel itself provided great food. A big thank you to them for making our stay comfortable.

Nothing specifically, but the lack of windows made the rooms feel very stuffy. Otherwise, no complaints as such.

Location was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The AC worked great and there was hot water for a shower. The bed was comfy clean. The staff were friendly and the room service food was good. All around great stay!

The hotel located near to Godowlia Chawk hardly a minute walk. But its not on the main road just little bit inside. We had a little trouble to find it, but hotel staff came and took our luggage . Room is big enough. Bed size is big, enough to accomodate spouse and children easily. They have rooftop resturant where you can get food. Those are good taste. Staff are very polite and willing to help.

Few rooms does not have window. But thats not a negative point considering Varanasi now a congested city.

Staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful during the check in process which was a shame as it's a nice hotel. Taxis can't go right to the hotel so good to plan for walking with your bags to catch a cab

Location is excellent. Behaviour of the staffs are really 👌. Veg food are nice. Room space and facility are also excellent. In a word, this hotel is lucrative. I always recommend this hotel as a first choice to stay at Varanasi. Temple, food shop, marketing place are all nearby. Dashaswamedh ghat is only 5 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

As the main road is under construction , the back entrance of this hotel is a bit dusty and inconvenient. The only and main drawback of this hotel is no cab can park or move just near the hotel entrance. Hotel crews will help you to carry your luggages from Girjaghar crossing to the hotel with smiling face which is just 2 to 3 minutes walk.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Even though they do not have a proper restaurant, their kitchen provides very tasty food at very reasonable price. Overall attitude of the staffs were very positive and supportive. It’s walkable distance from Sri Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dasashwameth Ghat as well.

A four wheeler cannot reach the property. It’s in a narrow street that could be crowded as well

We visited during the peak rush at Varanasi during Maha Kumbh period. The staff was exceptionally good, Since vehicle movement was restricted near the Hotel, the hotel staff help us to pick up our luggage just on a phone call. During the stay also the staff was very polite and helpful. However the Kitchen was available during a limited time. Its located near Vishwanath dham, so a very good location for any one who would like to visit the Vishwanath dham templ. Will definately visit again.

Except the receptionist and cleaning guy rest all were so rude. Owner of the hotel was so arrogant and non-sense. Even if after paying 32K for my stay they have pressurized me to change the room for 6-7 hr. prior my check-out. I have requested them that i would like to continue with the same room but particularly, owner of the Hotel (Mr. Gupta is a aged guy) who threated me that he will call the police if i don't shift to other room which was over-priced + not up to the mark. It was a worst choice. I will never suggest this hotel to any female solo traveler.

Excellent accomodation right where all the action is. Walking distance to all main attractions, good rooms and very helpful staff. Highly recommend, especially if you're a foreigner and not sure where to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi... Amazing street food opposite the entry road.
