It reminds me of the old Bali , beautiful gardens , lovely bungalows , wonderful staff , good food and a fantastic pool . Great location very quiet and calm but nice and close to lots of Warungs , restaurants and shops .

The only negative I had was my pillow

I had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, with Icon Mall, and the night market all within walking distance. It was easy to get around and explore the area on foot. The property itself was peaceful and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. However, I found the room quite dark, and I would have preferred better lighting, especially inside the room.

Towels are clean but are grey in colour. Some rooms need renovation. Beds creak and some bed mattresses are extremely hard.

Booked very early on and had the rooms sorted-well so I thought! When we got there none of what was asked for and agreed upon by them in emails was ready and they tried to give us rooms with double beds and not twin beds. They also tried to state they didn't get the emails, which I wasn't pleased with as that was simply not true.. This all made for a very annoying experience getting the right rooms, beds. I have stayed here prior and all was well, so was very annoyed at all this mess up. Other than that, the rest of the stay was nice-bathrooms could do with a makeover they are very old.

Great value with breakfast included. Two blocks from the beach. If you stay book a deluxe villa. They looked much nicer than the room we had.

Nice quiet location, beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Lovely staff, great breakfast, good prices for a well cooked evening meal. Large room with netting over comfy bed.. Out side seating on balcony.

The shower is terrible to control, the hot water has more pressure than the cold so making it very difficult to mix together and get a good shower.

Beautiful grounds, lovely gardens, really peaceful and quiet location and great pool area. The staff are also all very warm and helpful.

Wifi was really inconsistent, particularly in the room - often not working at all.

The room was large and comfortable. The gardens were lovely and the pool was really nice. The location was great too. A short walk from some good shopping and the boardwalk. We enjoyed the very cheap breakfast and it was a very quiet location.

It was all pretty good.

Check in is not before 2 pm We requested a early check in for our baby to be able to have a nap in the room but wasn’t possible The room smelled just old and rough Pillows were really through and the blanket was a very old wool through Iam sorry but having older facilities and bathrooms is not a problem but freshen up the fabrics is a must

Value for money, location, service in house and prices for restaurant made me want to eat and drink at the hotel.

The shower was a bit average.

We loved the deluxe room and the fabulous pool. A great location close to everything with lovely staff and value for money . Our second visit and will stay again when back in Sanur .

We only stayed there for one night, but we really enjoyed the breakfast there (super yummy Nasi Goreng). Lovely compound with a pool. Comfortable and friendly.

The only small downside was the fact that there were no proper partitions on the balcony between ''neighbours", but it was still fairly private.

Wir blieben hier für eine Nacht weil die Fähre erst am nächsten Tag ging. Tolles Hotel mit schönem Pool und erstklassigem Personal. Tolles üppiges Frühstück. Ich habe meine Brille vergessen und das Hotel (Devina) hat alles dafür getan sie mir nach Lombok nachzuschicken. Vielen vielen Dank. God bless you.

Las instalaciones del hotel son lindas. El personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir muy bienvenido. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y no hay ruido. El.desayuno es potente. Puedes descansar muy bien.

Puede ser que las toallas estén un poco deteriorados y se sientan ya viejas pero en realidad no es una gran cosa

Rustige locatie, vlakbij centrum. Erg leuke restaurantjes vlakbij. Mooie ruime en schone kamers. Grote badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Groot zwembad met voldoende ligbedden.

Er was eigenlijk niets wat mij niet beviel.

The staff: All very friendly and accommodating. The pool: Naturally warm water making it very easy to get in. It was a comfortable area to relax, in and out of the pool.

The shower: - The water pressure wasn’t great. - The shower/bath tub was stained with grubby marks so it looked dirty. - The cold water ran out so mid-shower, the water turned to scolding hot.

This is a lovely hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely. Our bathroom did have a weird smell which was a bit off putting - otherwise a great stay!

La situation est parfaite et au calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Les personnel est très sympathique, nous avons pu laisser nos sacs la journée avant de partir et profiter de la piscine avec prêt de serviette. Bon petits restaurant aux alentours

Already reviewed this hotel after my first stay a week earlier but it's all good.

Got food poisoning from a restaurant in Sanur (NOTHING TO DO WITH BUMI AYU BUNGALOWS) and that really spoiled my last 3 or 4 days in Bali.

Хорошая локация - рядом очень много ресторанов, массажных салонов, магазинов, Старбакс, но при этом отельный комплекс находится в тихом месте рядом с нешумной улицей. Очень хороший большой бассейн. Двор зеленый. Хороший интренет.

Наверное когда-то это был шикарный резорт с красивыми бунгало и симпатичной зеленой территорией. Однако летом 2026 года комплекс выглядит сильно обветшалым и требующим серьезной реновации. Но, наверное, поэтому цены на него щадящие

Zwembad top, kamer top, service top, ligging top! echt het was een soort RESORT gevoel. Super groot en lekker rustig ook. Zwembad lekker groot, jacuzzi erbij en ook goldenhour! nou echt helemaal prima.

Best veel muggen in de slaapkamer, er hingen horren maar goed toen was het al te laat. haha

Room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the pool area was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the very nice room and balcony. The swimming pool is beautiful and the garden amazing. I haven´t tried the restaurant. The staff is welcoming I recommend this hôtel well located in a peaceful place close to shops, restaurants, the icon mall and 15mn walk to the beach.

Es una zona tranquila a 10 minutos caminando del centro, Palacio Real... En la misma calle hay tiendas, supermercado, restaurante... El destino está genial!!! Bonito y limpio!!!!

Breakfast was included and a good selection available. Rooms large and very clean. Short walk to restaurants. Beach access a little difficult to find….

Shower was over bath which would be difficult for some. Bathroom a little dated. But clean enough.
