Schoon, netjes en mooi

It was nice and small, lovely pool area. Comfy beds, clean rooms. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was fine with eggs, pastries, fruit and bread with mushrooms and tomatoes some days. The room was cleaned quickly and effectively whilst we were eating so no waiting about.

Towels in the rooms and pool area need replacing they were stained and quite grey looking. We had to ask the young waiter for items for breakfast most days including juice, milk and cutlery. He wasn't very pro-active and didn't seem to notice what needed doing.

The pool itself was lovely but there was nowhere to sit comfortably out of the sun unless you sat outside your room which was enclosed.

Our stay was great! The staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. We stayed in the upstairs room. My friend and I loved the room. Plenty of storage area, nice and spacious, filtered water in our rooms, very peaceful for sleeping and good AC. We asked for a kettle and this wasn't a problem.

Where to start. The staff were all fantastic. The gardens and pool were perfect. One street back from the hassle and bussle. Rooms kept spotlessly clean.

There was nothing to dislike.

Buona posizione per girare la cittadina, vicino al centro commerciale IconSiam da dove si accede al lungomare. Camera recentemente rinnovata. Bel giardino con piscina, personale gentile e premuroso, biciclette a disposizione dei clienti per girare Sanur.

Camere poco insonorizzate, migliorabile la pulizia,colazione un po' scarna e con poca scelta, il cappuccio si paga a parte.

Proche du mall Icon Bali qui a un accès direct pour se rendre la plage (10 mn max à pied) ou sur la promenade côtière de Sanur (shopping). On peut aussi prendre un Uber pour sa tranquillité sur la route et la chaleur éprouvante aux heures chaudes de la journée. L’équipe est parfaite, le jardin d'agrément, une merveille ! J’ai été malade pendant mon séjour et on a pris de mes nouvelles et offert un thé au gingembre le soir. Je me suis sentie en famille. Il y a des habitués qui reviennent et l'accueil est plus que chaleureux !

Seul bémol, la luminosité dans les chambres qui est insuffisante pour lire le soir ou faire la moindre activité et donc profiter tranquillement de sa soirée sans tirer sur ses yeux.

Sunar House turned out to be a wonderful surprise — far beyond what we expected for a short three‑day fill‑in stay before our long‑term accommodation was ready. What was meant to be a simple stopover became a genuinely enjoyable little getaway. The pool was a highlight: clean, inviting, and perfectly positioned for relaxing throughout the day. The location was equally impressive — peaceful, convenient, and surrounded by a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The food exceeded expectations as well. Every meal was fresh, tasty and thoughtfully prepared, and the service throughout our stay was warm, friendly and attentive.

Sanur House bezoeken wij voor de tweede keer zo blij waren de vorige keer Het is kleinschalig en gezellig. Het personeel is super vriendelijk vooral Dewi, Putri, Chandra, Shanti en Ketut. Er zijn fietsen die je vrij kunt pakken, heerlijk om bv naar het strand te fietsen De lokatie is achteraf en dat maakt het lekker rustig. De kamers zijn gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt goed. Het ontbijt is prima verzorgd, als je het vraagt maken ze verse nasi voor je. Veel restaurantjes op loopafstand: Lilla Warung en Coconut Tree zijn onze favoriet

Location was awesome, so peaceful and just a stones throw from the centre. The staff were amazing, so polite and friendly. Our room was super spacious with a massive bathroom. The grounds were lush and the pool was great. Lovely breakfasts to put the icing on the cake.

Petit hôtel très bien situé dans Sanur, au calme et avec un magnifique jardin. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et d une propreté exceptionnelle. Cerise sur le gâteau, le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel est adorable, toujours prêt à vous rendre service avec le sourire.

We had a lovely stay at Sanur House. The place is beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located, not far from Sanur Harbour, which made it a great choice for us. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay in Sanur. We would definitely recommend it!

La décoration, surtout autour de la piscine, le côté typique balinais. La gentillesse du personnel et la petite attention à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire de mariage.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de massage en duo. Vu le prix, c’est dommage de devoir en plus payer tout autre café que le balinais au petit déjeuner

Nous avions deux bungalows pour 4 dans un espace privé proche de la piscine et du spa. Cet hôtel est très bien placé, dans le centre mais au calme ! Aucuns bruits ! Les prestations sont magnifiques : le lieu est dans un écrin de plantes exotiques, la piscine au milieu, le restaurant où nous avons pris un des meilleurs petits déjeuner de notre séjour ! Un spa et 10 minutes de massage nous ont été offerts à notre arrivée ! Je recommande à 1000%

Goeie ligging in een zijstraat van de winkelstraat. De standaard kamers zijn echt standaard, badkamer klein. Met de deur dicht krijg je het benauwd.

Koffie bij ontbijt tegen betaling. Alleen Bintang als alcoholische versnapering. Weinig ligbedden bij het zwembadje. Qua schoonmaak kon het ook stukken beter, badhanddoeken zitten vlekken in die er niet meer uitgaan evenals de ligbedden

The hot water took a long time to come through, but once you knew that, you could factor that in to your next shower.

Hotel je moc pěkný čistý a klidný. Je asi pět minut od hlavní ulice s velkým množstvím restaurací, kaváren a všeho na co si jen vzpomenete. Ubytování bylo moc pěkné. Pokoj byl čistý a útulný. Bazén byl velký a krásně osvěžující. Snídaně byly bohaté a velmi chutné. Na objednání vám udělají vajíčka na všechny způsoby.

Wir waren hier für 4 Nächte und es war richtig schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Garten mit dem Pool war hübsch gemacht, die Lage ist super, sehr nah am Strand und an der Icon Mall. Beim Frühstück gab es an sich nicht allzu viel Veganes, aber auch Nachfrage wurde uns Hafermilch gegeben, das fanden wir sehr nett. Und wir haben uns für einen Tag Fahrräder vom Hotel ausgeliehen, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Sanur ist wunderbar geeignet für eine Raddtour.

Der einzig wirkliche Kritikpunkt war, dass es die meiste Zeit kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche gab. Wir hatten bei der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben, aber das Wasser blieb kalt, auch bei unseren Zimmernachbarn.

Loved everything about it! Very close to amazing restaurants, beach and icon mall but on a quiet street away from traffic. Decor was welcoming. Great breakfast buffet and very kind staff.

We loved everything about it - friendly helpful staff, great food, super clean, well-kept gardens and facilities. The breakfast is fantastic and we've been missing it at every other place we've stayed while in Bali. The location worked well for us, a short walk from the shops and beach. Family of four with teenage boys (18/15).

This is our second visit to Sanur House in the last 6 months, our first visit was before Christmas for a few days and we stayed in the Bungalow closest to the pool. We were so impressed with our stay, the staff, breakfast, beautiful gardens and pool, our lovely Bungalow, how peaceful it is and the location that we decided to come back. This time as we were only doing a night before heading to the islands and a couple of nights on our return we stayed in a room as it was cheaper. The room was lovely, very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and a lovely balcony. The bungalow however offered just those little extras that the room didn't have like Tea and Coffee and a kettle which would be a nice to have.

Only thing I didn't like about staying in the rooms and we were upstairs was the water pressure wasn't very good the water not that hot, it may be just the upstairs rooms, I'm not sure about the downstairs. I did report the issue to staff so it may be something they can fix. I would also suggest given there is a fridge in the room they have a kettle with tea and coffee like they do in the bungalows.

La ubicación está bien, hay que mirar muy bien el mapa, para no tomar vía larga hacia lugares comerciales La comida y la atención del lugar es excelente, las personas son demasiado gentiles y hermosas El baño de la habitación es un poco pequeño pero no me incomodó para nada

Niet super relevant, maar de kleur plafond licht is zo fel wit dat het de gezelligste ruimte sfeerloos en kil maakt. Dus kleur aanpassen en het is opgelost.
