Staff were friendly and helpful. One could order food till 21:30 which was excellent and pleasant Pool was pleasant for a swim after a hot day at work.

Room was cold with tiles - carpets would be great Bathroom door was screeching when closing ... toilet seat was plastic - make it wood ... it suites the hotel better When the room was cleaned every day hey didn't take out the old bottled / paper bags from the room - it's only a training issue .......

I liked everything, very cozy accommodation and spacious room.

Smells of mould and damp. The staff is rude (receptionist and some waitresses). We waited more than 15 minutes for the receptionist to help us check in and she was rude on arrival. For breakfast, there was no one in the dining hall, the staff disappeared and we didn’t know if we should start serving ourselves or not. We had to go to the kitchen where food is being made to get assistance. You also get woken up by very loud noise, there’s always an event. There’s no shelters for cars the driveway is narrow so don’t book if you have a big car because it might get scratched. The pool was also dirty and breakfast wasn’t up to standard

The property is actually falling apart. The rooms get little to no maintenance, everything is falling apart. My fridge dud not work and my dad’s fridge in his room barely worked. The staff had to also come to fix the AC to work in my dad’s room. The workmanship of the walls, the doors and all fixed fittings is terrible! Do betters guys. This is not even a 3 star. My bathroom was not cleaned properly. The towels were stained.

Room 2 was next to storage , the noise on a Sunday u couldn’t sleep ,the door has wide opening at the bottom I paid for 2 night but i only used one night due to noise

I was initially booked into Room 19. The moment the door was opened, I was hit by a scent that left me wondering how the place was even considered a 3 star hotel. The bedside lamps had little insects on them. The shower was dirty and outdated, the bar fridge had mold and old water in the freezer section. I tried opening the windows to help with the scent but it was so unbearable that I called and asked for another room. I overheard one of the ladies at the reception asking  why I was quiet about the scent all along. I found that rather rude because I genuinely thought the scent would eventually dissipate after opening the windows and the door. I was moved to room 21 which was slightly better but also not worth the amount we paid. The lady who helped me acted like I did something wrong, when I asked her if she smelt scent as well, she just gave me a little smile and asked if it would take long to pack my bags. The vanity table in room 21 was broken, the paint was peeling of at certain places, there was only one outlet to charge your phones and again the bar fridge had mold on it. The shower was outdated and the air/moisture extracter in the bathroom was so, so loud. The 2 mattresses on the bed kept moving apart, the bed makes sounds and you can here everything from the next room. I mean EVERYTHING. The nighttime gate lady/ security is very very rude.

It was very elegant. Clean and comfortable. Staff take you to your room, sort out the aircon and TV. Welcome drinks.

Doors need maintenance, main door rattles with the wind. Doors need to also be cleaned, an oversight I loved the bath, huge shower, good water flow

Has inside parking which is secure. Great location. Rooms are spacious but old. Student waiter was awesome and friendly

Place needs an upgrade, door number 18 requires replacing. Entrance to hotel parking is a tad small for a 4x4. Breakfast was a disaster, no butter, only sunshine D margarine. Ordered hot chocolate and a latte and was told to pay for it separately, as it is not part of breakfast. Food not replaced timeously. Suite 8 had stained linen.

I like the place in general especially the friendly staff. They are so helpful and with a smile.

I was here 8yrs ago and I appreciate that the upkeep for such places is tricky. The curtains in room 17 are torn, the bathroom door doesn’t close, the main door opens on its own unless you lock from inside.

I loved everything about this place... The room was big, the pool was sparkling clean and the food from the restaurant was enjoyable. Good value for money. Definitely adding it to my favourite place in Durban.

Everything was great.staff was nice n helpful from the security at the gate garder ,kitchen and reception n handyman the where all great n would glady go back again soon.very friendly n kind n they allowed us to check in way early since we arrived very early but they welcomed us.thank u.food was great too n wats more nice we had a mini garden with table n chairs outside to accommodate smokers that was thoughtful. Pool area is open 24/7 that's nice pity was raining

Large comfortable, air-conditioned room. Sufficient parking right near room. Lovely pool area with coffee station and restaurant. Location suited our needs.

Needed to have 2 prong or USB charging adapters/plug points in room. It's just the convenient way for modern travellers.

Room was spacious and well designed. I loved the bed. it was comfy even though I had books 2 twins we managed. The breakfast was amazing. Compliments to the chef indeed.

I like walking barefoot, so I noticed the floor was a bit grimy. The lace curtains in my room were sun damaged and torn.
