Grand location, view was of the "main street". Was told it was an sea view, maybe if you stood on your tipytoes, caught a reflection off a window, then you might see some blue.

Not cleaned daily. Some noise early every morning, don't know if it was a tv blaring or some public announcement but it was early, loud and annoying.

Salle de bain vétuste. L'eau est tout juste ce haude, clim en panne, ventilateur ne marche plus qu'en fixe et la chasse d'eau coule tout le temps.

L'emplacement et la vue était vraiement bien , La taille de la chambre etait royale La gentillese du Monsieur plus âgé a l'accueil est incroyable!!!

Sévices de linge: mon linge est revenu avec plein de tâche, un des t shirt a tellement rétrécis que il peut etre porte par un enfant , certain vetement sentais encore "porté" 2 de mes 3 chargeur qui etaient branché on disparu apres le nettoyage de ma chambre

The daily breakfast - simple warm baguettes, perfectly fried eggs, and strong Vietnamese coffee - was served with such warmth. Everything from the clean linens to the central location made exploring Cat Ba completely stress-free. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it was the highlight of our trip.

The hotel is centrally located and about 10 minutes from Cat Co Beach by electric buggy. However, Sungroup's beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and chatted while discussing information about attractions in Cat Ba.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the 1/4 Street area. The staff are very enthusiastic and willing to assist with your requests. The breakfast is delicious and includes egg sandwiches and latte.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, plaży, atrakcyjne położenie. Recepcja bardzo pomocna. Załatwia wszystko co chcesz. Bardzo blisko znakomite restauracje i pizzerie z przystępnymi cenami. Dużo taniej i smczniej niż w Hanoi na Old Quater. Ludzie bardzo mili. Miasto czyste i mało turysów, nie ma wielkiego hałasu.

That evening, we walked around easily since everything was so close — restaurants, small shops, and even a convenience store just around the corner. The next morning, we had breakfast — simple but satisfying. The coffee was strong, and the egg bread was surprisingly delicious. Sitting there, looking out at Cat Ba waking up, we felt completely relaxed. It wasn’t a luxury stay, but it didn’t need to be. It gave us exactly what we needed: comfort, convenience, and a sense of calm.

Keine Lage am Strand, trotzdem so angegeben, obwohl inzwischen die Bucht aufgefüllt und zugebaut wurde. Das gebuchte Zimmer (30 qm) nicht bekommen, dafür nur ein kleines Zimmer (20 qm), das sehr herunter gekommen war mit der Begründung alle Zimmer sind gleich (was ja nicht stimmt, siehe Buchungsoptionen der Zimmer) Putz bröckelte ab, Betten brett(!)hart, bei Bezug des Zimmers lag noch ein Zahnreiniger vom Vorgänger auf dem Nachttisch. Großes Fenster, dadurch helles Zimmer, aber die Fenster sind NULL schalldicht und Straßenklärm dringt ins Zimmer. Hotel insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Guten Service gab es nur bei zusätzlichen Geschäften (Tour und Rückfahrt buchen), jedoch nicht die gewohnten vietnamesische Gastfreundschaft. Z b. wurde unserer Bitte, nach der im Hotel (!) gebuchten Sunrisetour (die ging bis 9:00) noch das Frühstück (7:00 bis 9:00) zu bekommen, nicht entsprochen. Es gab dann eine einzige Tasse Kaffee. Man war nicht interessiert, 2 Eier und ein Baguette oder eine Nudelsuppe für uns aufzuheben. Das Frühstück bestand ja sowieso nur aus einem kleinen Gericht (Eine Wahl aus Omelette, Pancake, Nudelsuppe, Eier mit Baguette...) und einem kleinen Getränk (Eine Wahl aus Tee, Kaffee, ...). Saft oder Smoothie kostet extra. Wo bitte ist da, wie in Booking.com beworben, ein "hervorragendes Frühstück "?

L’emplacement est parfait et la chambre reste correcte pour un court séjour.

L’accueil est plutôt froid et expéditif. Le petit-déjeuner se fait sur commande, mais les pancakes étaient assez gras... Nous avons également laissé des vêtements à laver à la réception et certains sont revenus totalement décolorés… Malheureusement, nous ne nous en sommes rendu compte qu’après notre départ. Dommage également qu’il n’y ait plus la vue mer, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus.

Zentrale Lage

Bis auf einen jungen Mann an der Rezeption hätte man nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr limitiert. Wasser oder Saft zum kleinen Kaffee musste extra bezahlt werden. Teilweise defekte oder nicht nutzbare Einrichtung. Der Kleiderschrank war mit Decken vollgestopft eine Stange fehlte. Zum Glück waren biegsame Drahtbügel vorhanden, so dass die Gardinenstange genutzt werden konnte. Das sollte repariert werden und eine Renovierung unseres Zimmers wäre auch erforderlich.

Noise at 6:30 am from speaker at street. We paid sea view, there’s no longer a sea view because of new construction. We only had breakfast one of two mornings. Only thing want was pho soup but we were told not available. Rest we didn’t care for. No safe for your valuables. Honestly shouldn’t have room choice with sea view if there’s absolutely no sea view.
