Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Their staffs helped me to change my reservation from T2 to T1, thank you so much. The bed for sleeping was comfortable and I appreciate that we can lock the door when going out.
I appreciate that they provide shampoo and body soap, tooth brush and tooth paste but I wish they would have maintained the toilet bathrooms much cleaner.

the toilets were too dirty to be used when we got there, they are combined with showers and because noone had cleaned them after people showered all the facilities were wet, with hair everywhere. the staff came in so many times during the night, and didnt bother keeping quiet - so you got woken up by them several times.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Easy to find, very clean, hot shower, long enough space for bag, nice sheets and towel, pleasant staff at 3am. Anyone pleasant at 3am deserves a gold star. So pleased to find this at relatively modest cost for for a 12 hour layover after what should have been three hours!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Duş ve tuvalet çok temizdi. Oda da rahat ve temiz. Priz var. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Uçuş arası uyumak için ideal.
Normalde herkes uyku için geldiğinden ortamda ses yok ama insanlar bazen çıkış yaparken ses yapabiliyor, o durumlarda odalara bayağı ses giriyor. Çok fazla ses hassasiyetim olmamasına rağmen sese uyandım ama geri uyudum.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026真的是在海外救了我一命 因為我原本的班機在吉隆坡轉機行李直掛回台灣 所以一開始預訂的是在管制區內的分館 但我看到行李轉盤上的行李不小心就拿出來了 導致我無法直接到管制區🤣 跟櫃檯申請掛回也無法 航空公司的小姐甚至叫我取消住房到境外住 就在我又累又煩躁的跟capsule說這個狀況無法進去住時 他們說在管制區外也有他們的分館 可以幫我轉過去！！ 真的是在凌晨轉機的一大救贖 環境跟住宿雖然因為在馬來西亞 廁所跟洗澡比較屬於台灣早期的風格 不過對於男生來說還行 膠囊型的房間蠻乾淨的 跟我住過的膠囊比較起來是高級版的 隔音也不錯👌 我是預定6小時的時間 真的是好好休息了一下隔天早上轉機 推薦指數9.5顆星/滿分10分
適合轉機的旅客 因為是屬於小時制的 可能對於一般旅客CP值沒那麼高

Я довольно привередлива в вопросах сна и обычно не могу спать на высоких подушках, но здесь подушка прекрасно подстраивается под форму головы, поэтому спать было очень комфортно. В капсуле оказалось больше места, чем я ожидала. Есть пространство для небольшого чемодана ручной клади, а также удобные полочки для рюкзака и личных вещей

Reviewed May 20, 2026Great for an 8-hour layover. Comfortable bed and the showers were perfect to freshen up in between flights. Easy to find when you're sleeping deprived from an overnight flight.
Some of the other guests were a little noisy, forgetting people were trying to sleep. Nothing ear plugs can't fix, which the accommodation provides.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The location was excellent; it was on my transit flight and I found it right away. There was no outside noise and the cabins were clean. There were two pillows, and the duvet was just the right thickness. The air conditioning was a little cold, but the duvet was sufficient.
-My cabin shook whenever the person staying in the cabin above me turned or moved. -I had booked a women-only section, but the showers and toilets were shared, and after showering, you had to walk past everyone else to get to your cubicle. Privacy was low for women.

Отель сделан экономно, с использованием недорогих материалов. Несмотря на объявления с просьбой не шуметь, шумно, слышны все разговоры. Также не очень удобно что туалет и душ находятся у ресепшен и видны из зала аэропорта. Неприятное ощущение когда заспанный и помятый идешь в душ на виду у всего аэропорта. Хочется большей приватности.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Thought a great idea? But on arrival at terminal 2 from Sirlanka found toy astonishment I could not access pod as it was on air side my flight was in terminal 1 could not get boarding pass T2. No one would help me I'm 84yrs old? Disgusting 🤢
As above no help 84yrs with accommodation I had paid for but could not access! Not fully explained that could not be used endless connection was internal. Refused any help with 12hr stop over?

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026환승하는 게이트와 아주 가까워서 이용에 편리. 침대 딱 하나 들어가는 사이즈지만 금고도 있고 콘센트도 있어 나름 아늑한 공간으로 잘 쉬었습니다. 공공화장실 및 욕실에 드라이어도 있고, 치약칫솔 귀마개 안대 제공해줍니다.
응대하는 직원이 좀 더 친절했으면 합니다. 방과 방 사이 벽이 합판 재질의 얇은 벽이라 조금만 부딪혀도 소리가 울리네요 잠금 장치가 허술하네요

Everything was extremely clean and very comfortable. I was able to take a hot shower, and all essentials were provided – including a towel, water, and toiletries, which made the stay even more convenient. I woke up feeling well-rested and refreshed. I highly recommend this to anyone with a long layover between flights – it’s truly the best thing you can do for yourself.

The bathrooms are not cleaned after each shower use. Next time I’d take flip flops. The pods were noisy - could hear reception staff talking - but substantially better with ear plugs.
