Important Information
1. Our transit hotel caters exclusively to guests on international departure or transit to international destination flights from KLIA Terminal 2.
2. If arriving on an international flight at KLIA Terminal 2, please do not clear immigration and head directly to our hotel within the Satellite Building, conveniently located near the cafes and fast foods.
3. Ensure your baggage is checked through to your final destination upon check-in, as the baggage claim area is after customs and immigration.
4. Staying with us means you won't have access to your checked-in luggage.
5. KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2 are not interconnected. For guests connecting from KLIA Terminal 1 to KLIA Terminal 2, exit immigration and take the KLIA Express Train (train operation from start from 0500 and end at 0100). Alternatively, to opt for Airport Taxi or Grab to Terminal 2. Ensure your luggage is checked in at Level 3, go through immigration, present your flight boarding pass, and access the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 2.
6. Guests arriving from an international flight and transferring to a domestic flight at KLIA Terminal 2 are required to clear immigration. Therefore, you are not able to stay at our hotel.
7. For departing guests at KLIA Terminal 2, airline counters typically open about 3 hours before departure. Entry to airside to access our hotel is only permitted if your airline offers early check-in.
8. Please ensure you have your boarding pass for the next flight ready upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The convenience especially with a young family and elderly mother needing wheelchair assistance. The lovely lady who checked us in, was amazing as I had accidentally booked the hotel in the other terminal to which we were in and for a family who were already overtired she didn’t make a big deal and kindly transferred our booking which I was extremely grateful for. I would absolutely stay again, bed was so comfy everyone including my 3 year old had a nice nap before boarding our long flight home, we showered and made way to the gate in time to jump on the plan and head home, only downfall was I would of booked in earlier but will know for next time.

The location within the airport was relatively easy to find and only a short walk from the terminal, which made it incredibly convenient after a long flight. The room was compact but thoughtfully designed and didn't feel cramped. It had everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay, including a good bed, comfortable pillows, a shower, and basic amenities such as tea and coffee facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and I was able to get to my room without any hassle despite arriving late at night. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, making it easy to get a proper night's sleep before my connecting flight. For anyone with a long layover who simply wants a clean, comfortable place to rest without leaving the airport, it serves its purpose extremely well.
There was nothing that significantly impacted my stay. The rooms are fairly small, but that's exactly what I expected from an airside transit hotel and they were perfectly adequate for an overnight stopover. The only minor issue was finding the hotel initially. I may have missed the signage, but it took me a few minutes of wandering around before I realised I needed to go upstairs via the escalator/lift to reach the hotel. Once I found it, everything was straightforward.

The location was very convenient and close to my departure gate, making the transit experience smooth and stress-free.

It is a bit expensive by Malaysian standards. Also, I am not sure why hotels these days are doing the fancy but hard and uncomfortable memory pillows, the old style were great, you usually got a hard one and a soft one.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Staying here was the best decision for our layover. Good staff. Insanely clean. Fast internet. Comfy beds and extra comfy pillows. Great amenities. Rain shower. Price wise it's the same or cheaper than the cost of the lounge areas and the massage chairs for the same time. We will stay again if we have a layover in Kuala Lumpur.
It was a bit hard to find the hotel in the transit area but if you ask the staff at the airport, they all know it.

À notre arrivée à 5h du matin personne à la réception. La personne est arrivée 20mn après de manière très nonchalante sans s’excuser. Quand on se paie un confort de rester quelques heures dans un hôtel de transit c’est inadmissible.

We loved how the hotel was avaiable 24/7. Our first point of contact the lovely reception staff who make a real difference with their exceptional customer service knowledge.
Walking from my arrival gate to Hotel, was very very far.
