The room serves it purpose, to stay in a layover. It was clean and comfortable, but it is small. Bathroom is very good. It is easy to find and there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. Terminal for Airport Express train is close, two or three minutes to walk.

Price is very high. No windows.

Hôtel qualitatif et confortable pour un hôtel d’aéroport. Calme. Parfait pour une nuit de transit.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé (chambre lits jumeaux au lieu d’un lit double), pas de remise effectuée en conséquence.

Didnt have iron, as I have clothes all folded inside my luggage and I needed iron but they dont have that.

We loved to stay at this airport hotel. This was our first time staying at an airport hotel and it really exceeded our expectations. We did the check-in around 11:00PM and there were still two friendly staff members to perform the check-in, and there was no line. All night, the staff was available at the desk. There was even a cookie jar when you walked to your room where you could get as many cookies as you wanted! The room is quiet, very clean, beds are crazy big (we had to twin beds) and comfortable. Shower showered amazing and overall the room had even more facilities than what someone needs when booking an airport hotel. Shopping centre with all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants were open 24/7, so you could just get some final snacks to bring home from Familymart or Starbucks in the middle of the night!

Nothing bad about the hotel! Only thing to take in mind if you are staying here: check beforehand from what terminal your flight is: KLIA1 or KLIA2. It helps you where you need to be at when taking your flight. The train between the terminals takes around 3 minutes, but sometimes you need to wait like 15 minutes for the next train to depart. ;)

Wow!! It was marvellous stay. Room was spacious. Staff was very kind and humble. Would definitely stay again when I have transits.

Location in the T2 building of KLIA is perfect; our plane left from T1, but that's a train ride of just 3 minutes. The hotel is very close to the railway platform. If you have some time to while away, the mall in T2 provides some distraction (mostly food, but also clothes and travel accessories). Bed and sanitary facilities were quite OK. Room is large enough not to feel cramped.

Sound insulation from corridor to room is somewhat poor.

We were staying overnight between international flights from KLIA and took the free shuttle bus to-and-from KLIA2. It’s quite slow going back as it goes through the long stay car park but ok if you leave enough time

Due to terrible noise from the AC, we didnt sleep all night. Even when we turned it off, the noise persisted.

La posizione di questo hotel è ottima se bisogna fare uno scalo di un giorno. Di sicuro non è da utilizzare come struttura per più notti a meno che non si debbano effettuare delle attività a ridosso dell'aeroporto .

La stanza era molto piccola e a mio avviso la disposta, una grande entrata lasciata inutilizzata e un solo letto per una famiglia con due piccoli bambini. Booking la dava per 4 persone ma aveva solamente un letto Queen size, quindi molto scomodo per 4.

因為飛機延誤一天飛，飯店櫃檯一位會說中文的男生非常友善的告訴我怎麼處理，我覺得超友善的！！

隔音不是太好，但馬上幫我們換了一間房間，覺得很讚！！

隔音太差。隔壁的半夜凌晨1:30入住聽得一清二楚。

The place is very strategic, room is very clean, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, theres a lot of eatery nearby, you just need to go down by elevator or lift

Great for a short stay if your flight departs early in the morning. Plenty of restaurants to select and have amount of shops for the last minute shopping. And of course free bus to ‘the outlets’ !!

Hotel comodo per chi deve passare una notte in aeroporto. Basta prendere un veloce treno di collegamento da T1 a T2 per trovare hotel. Pulito, silenzioso.

Is one stop from terminal 2 and is easy to get there as express train stops in terminal 1 and hotel is right there..in terminal one .. cost 2rmb so don’t even need to catch a taxi

This hotel is situated in T2 at KL airport and it’s in a brilliant location for arrivals, departures and just for some shopping! It’s not well signposted, though, we had to ask a security guard. The room was comfy, well-equipped and clean.

We had an adjoining room which another customer was using - they were talking and laughing into the early hours and we could hear everything. Lots of noise from the corridor too. As a new hotel, you would expect higher quality sound proofing.

Being able to stay in the airport. Nice and clean, fresh... Was provided with ear plugs and mask. I slept well until people were leaving in the morning.

As I arrived after midnight I found it difficult to locate it and had to ask cleaners who directed me. I could not see directions any where on the lower levels of the airport which can be a bit scary for a woman alone.

Everything provided by the hotel was good and met my expectation.

The hotel was good but there were 2-3 times I woke up from my sleep due to noise made by other customers although the booked room is in quite zone.

Top als je overstap vlucht hebt en s avonds aankomt. Midden in een mall, altijd makkelijk om een handige snack / wat te drinken te kopen. Bedden waren erg fijn.

Staff were great to chat with prior to our stay and on arrival at check in. Room was good and clean. Excellent location, lots of food options around. Complementary biscuits in the hall was a nice touch.

If anything, it could be slightly cheaper.

Excellent location for an early flight departure. Clean and surprisingly spacious room.

Soundproofing not good. There was maintenance work on above floor that started from 8pm to midnight that was very loud. Not recommended for light sleepers and sensitive to noise.

Hotel in de luchthaven. Je loopt uit het hotel en kan onmiddellijk gebruik maken van omliggende winkels en restaurants. Wat een heerlijke manier om een langere periode tussen 2 vluchten te overbruggen. Binnen het uur stonden we van het hotel aan de gate

We boekten een kamer voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen maar er bleek maar 1 dubbel bed voorzien te zijn voor ons 4. Dit had op voorand beter gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Mist opleg (€20) kon nog een enkel bed aan de kamer worden toegevoegd. Dit zorgde voor net voldoende slaapplaatsen voor ons 4. Let dus goed op bij het boeken dat er voldoende bedden worden voorzien.

BEWARE. When you book via booking.com your booking is for 12 hours only. It says on the booking that you can check in after 2pm and check out before midday but in the small print you are limited to 12 hours Max.

Very convenient especially if you have a connecting flight the very next day. I left my Apple pen at the room, and the staff kept it for me so I could collect it on another day. Thank you!

There was on-going construction at the airport which lasted til midnight. It was no fault of the hotel and I was given ear plugs to muffle the noise.
