- The check in was fast. - The bed was clean and smell good. - We got the basic complimentary set like slippers, towels, toothbrush and etc. - The facilities like secure locker, iron board, changing room, chillax area and a lot of bathrooms. - The location is in the klia and easy to access to the restaurant etc.

- The toilet is quite creepy for me especially during night time because the area is quiet and we can barely see other people in the toilet. - Once you open the door, the outsider would be able to see inside your place. - There's no light at the mirror. Would be good if using the mirror with led light.

因為內部空間不大，行李要先寄放在外面的儲物櫃，不太方便。床鋪位置有點難找，要不斷上下樓梯，指示不清晰。

Perfect option if you have a long layover or an early flight from KLIA2. The location inside the airport makes it extremely convenient, and everything was easy to find and access. The capsule was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, with the facilities well suited for a quick rest between flights. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a practical and convenient place to rest at KLIA2.

Everything about this capsule hotel. I will always stay here for its accessibility and convenience. The capsule is super clean, cozy and help me to have restful night before my flight.

The location instructions we received could have been a little clearer especially the distance we needed to walk through the shops to find the entrance to the airport. The instructions intimated the capsule was very close to the immigration area.

Très facile de trouver et c’est quand même super d’avoir ce type de service dans l’aéroport. J’ai dormi dans le dortoir pour Femme et c’était très calme.. Les douches aussi étaient disponibles même s’ils étaient basiques.

Juste, je n’ai pas aimé la possibilité de fermer la capsule à clé, ce qui fait qu’on est obligé de prendre ses affaires de valeur avec soi pour aller prendre sa douche. Mais bien sûr, vous pouvez laisser vos bagages dans un Locker avant d’aller dans votre chambre.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Menschen die zwischen zwei Flügen einfach ein wenig Ruhe genießen wollen. Es gibt Tee und Kaffee umsonst. Man kann in einem schönen sauberen Bad duschen, Schalfmaske, Ohrstöpsel, etc. Sind alle vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt und die Mitarbeiter höchst freundlich. Das Geld lohnt sich!

I woke up early because of noisy girl next to my door was talking loud on the phone bad manners from guests even though rules is written you must be quiet!! I was a little Annoyed!!

The most comfortable capsule hotel I've ever been! So cozy. And the interior look so futuristic, pretty. I arrived at 2AM, very convenient to have a quick sleep before continue traveling.

The inside the capsule was a bit hot if you close the door, need to keep it slightly open for air. Upon check-in the reception asked if I have luggage, I only had small bags, so they didn't give me locker. I thought I could lock the capsule if I need to go shower or go out, but there was no lock on the capsule door.

Noise at night. Since it is at the airport, noise is inevitable. Capsule is of poor soundproof. Can hear the door whenever someone enter(mignight), so could not enjoy good sleep over night. Bathroom could be cleaner

Friendly staff and good facilities overall for the price. Check in and check out facilities depending on your flight timings is exactly what I wanted.

This particular facility is outside Terminal 1 and you have to take a shuttle bus to Terminal 2 to find it. And if you have to get out of Terminal 1, you will need to apply for the Malaysian digital arrival card which has a fee. The bus was free of charge, but if you book this accommodation, just keep in mind the additional efforts and money that you will need to pay for at the end. For me, it was still worth it, but it would have been better if this info was available to me earlier.

давно хотел попробовать такой формат, здорово что есть варанты даже в капсуле есть выбор большая и меленькая кровать, мой номер был самый мелкий и заползать туда конечно неудобно, но есть капсуль с полноценной дверью со входом в полный рост! они в отличии от мелких закрываются ключом. Есть общий душ, людей я там ни разу не видел, также есть публичное место для отдыхать, можно кофе попить да фильм посмотреть, НО тут почему то забыли сделать розетки. В номерах универсальная розетка +2 USB на 2.5 Ампера, не быстраа зарядка, но на все девайсы должно хватить. Всё пространство хорошо кондиционируется и проветривается. Дают ключ от номера, ключ для ячейки и сумку полотенцем и одноразовыми предметами гигиены, также есть полноценные резиновые тапки новые

отель находится со стороны стоянки автобусов, иногда они сигналят и шумят, также мощная система вентизяции достаточно сильно шумит, в общем обязательно обзаведитесь берушами они вас пригодятся в азии сто процентов. Также самые маленькие капсульные номера не закрываются, то есть там вертикальная ширмочка просто прикрывается но щамка нет, вам дают safebox большую ячейку но она очень далеко, хорошо что она есть.

Great service, well thought experience and I loved the bag I got with everything I needed.

It could be a bit noisy but that was to be expected and they gave us something to stop it. The showers were a bit messy.

Convenient and comfortable for a stopover directly in the airport (landside). I was in the female-only area which was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and my large luggage felt safe in the locker by the reception.

Bathroom wasn't so clean with overflowing bin when I stayed, but nothing that would be off-putting enough to not stay again

La sistemazione è davvero ottima per chi deve passare diverse ore in areoporto. Noi avevamo 12h e abbiamo sfruttato al massimo l'alloggio. Bagni puliti, e possibilità di avere anche lavandino, servizi e doccia chiusi e tutti insieme.

Peccato non si potesse portare cibo all'interno, considerato che vuoi rilassarti e hai poche ore potrebbe essere un upgrade a cui pensare. Comunque nell'areoporto enorme come centro commerciale ci sono tantissimi ristoranti.

Struttura molto comoda per soste brevi in aeroporto. Letti comodi e puliti.

Prezzo a mio avviso un po’ alto per gli standard in Malesia

A very comfortable to stay the night. Book from booking.com makes it cheaper. Usually will cost around 250++myr for 6 hours. If you are transiting, this is a nicer place to spend the night rather than spending more bucks at outside hotels

The location is perfect, in the terminal of the airport, very close to every service the airport has to offer, and close to the check-in counter. The bed was comfortable, and you are provided with towels and slippers for the night.

The place allows noise to enter from the outside, so if there are people talking next to the entrance, you can hear everything.

Для транзитной ночевки отлично. Расположение прямо в терминале. Матрас очень удобный. Постельное белье чистое, белое. Одеяло теплое и легкое. Кондиционер тихий, есть еще вентилятор, им не пользовались. В душевой кроме шампуня, есть кондиционер для волос. Чай, кофемашина, вода в общем доступе.

Специфика отеля - шумоизоляция, моя семья кто с берушами, кто без, выспались замечательно. Я же боялась не услышать будильник, поэтому просыпалась от малейшего шороха, но все-равно удалось хорошо отдохнуть перед следующим перелетом.

Uncomfortably Hot: It was very hot inside the capsule, even with the AC/fan turned on, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No Capsule Lock: The individual capsules cannot be locked, which raises some security and privacy concerns. Noise Levels: Even inside the capsule, you can still hear other guests a bit, though most of them are mindful and following the rules Location Hassle: You have to exit the airport terminal and go through immigration and customs to reach the hotel. Even though the process is fast, it eats into your valuable sleeping time if you have a tight connecting flight.

the glassdoor clicking sound each time there is someone entering. the aircondition compressor or machine is very loud where my bed is upstairs. even with ear plug you still could hear the noise from the machine and door.

Super friendly staff, very comfortable beds. Big lockers for backpacks/suitcases. Very clean. I slept so good! Guests can only enter with keycards, there is an extra female space. Loved it! AC is a little noisy but the hotel offers earplugs for free, so you don’t hear it anymore. The space is quiet and dark. They also offer towel, slippers, sleeping mask and shampoo for free. I‘d love to come back!!!

Location is very near to Senai Airport, and there are cafe downstairs, and many eateries around. Very convenient.

Everything was ok, except there is no free water bottle and no cloth hangers in the cupboard.

Un'ottima soluzione per passare la notte in aeroporto. Viene fornito Asciugamano e un kit con mascherina, earplug e spazzolino + Dentifricio . Nella doccia si trova tutto, anche l'asciugacapelli.

En transit 24h à KL, j’ai choisi l’option 12h et franchement rien à dire. Tout s’est bien passé, personnel très accueillant et les équipements sont excellents ! Je devais reprendre un vol très matinal donc étant directement dans l’aéroport c’était un vrai plus ! Je recommande

The price of the place can be too much sometimes. Some cubicles are too close to the hustle and bustle of the buses and cars. Some toilets are with mosquitos.
