Peneeda View Beach Hotel

It was right on the beach, it was very open. The gardens were amazingly attractive and it had 3 pools on the property.

There was no breakfast option on my booking, but the breakfast at the front of the hotel was a la carte and not very appealing. I went elsewhere. Likewise the meals at the hotel were chiefly Indian or Indonesian, which is fine for one night, but becomes limited after that.

Location is good. Original little Bali bungalows, old but roomy & cute. Loved that room was generously supplied with spring water on tap. Really liked the outdoor kitchen & spacious outdoor area to relax. Beach was on the other side of the property, a nice walk through the garden.

古くて清潔感が無い。シャワールームの排水がきれいに掃除されておらず水が流れにくい。バスマットがタオルの交換されるものではなく常に同じものが置かれていた。

Mooie cottage met privé keuken, water, koelkast, kluis. Goede bedden, prima badkamertje en alles netjes en schoon. Hotel ligt lekker aan het strand en loop je de oprijlaan af, sta je midden op de drukke hoofdweg met winkels en restaurants. Ontbijt zit er niet bij in, maar kun je overal in de buurt krijgen. Is een ouder hotel, maar wel echt Balinees, in een mooie tropische tuin vol bloemen. De zwembaden zijn ook prima. Als je hier zit geniet je van de rust en voelt het absoluut niet alsof je in het centrum van Sanur zit. Personeel is ook allemaal heel vriendelijk. Houd je van strak en modern dan moet je hier niet voor kiezen, maar houd je van Balinese gemoedelijkheid dan is dit een prima keus voor een prima prijs. Zit zelfs een gym bij.

Het hotel ligt direct aan het strand. Je kunt er zo naartoe lopen. In de buurt zitten veel leuke restaurants waar je ook heel makkelijk naartoe kunt lopen. Het bed sliep comfortabel en de lakens waren schoon.

De kamers en met name badkamers zijn sterk verouderd. Deuren van de badkamer en kledingkasten sloten erg slecht. De minibar staat buiten wat vervelend kan zijn wanneer je je medicatie gekoeld moet bewaren.

Alojamiento increíble, solo con decir que tiene un 5 estrella tanto a su izquierda como a su derecha dice mucho de su ubicación. Gran jardín con acceso directo a la playa y con bar y hamacas en primera líneas. Camas muy cómoda y limpio, me encantó el detalle de la nevera con su agua, tendedero, zona de cocina común la verdad que está muy muy bien.

ペニーダの前からのぼる朝日を見たくて今年も来ました。3回目の宿泊です。ビーチフロントでロケーションは抜群です。高級感はありませんが、今年も大変リラックスした滞在ができました。

設備は古いです。ただ、前回と比べるとトイレ、シャワースペースが改装されていました。

Room wasn’t clean so we were upgraded to a better room. Hotel looks tired and needs a better vibe. Food wasn’t great.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. Die Dusche war super angenehm und immer warm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Wasseraufbereiter für heißes und kaltes Wasser.

Im Meer zu schwimmen, war nicht der Hit, da es bei Ebbe sehr niedrig war und sonst etwas algig

At a push, I would say the restaurant is a little limited.

It was comfortable and relaxing. The feels was giving Balinese vibes. Right at the back of the property was the beach, good for watching sunrise, with lounges and seats provided to relax.

For its price in Bali, (I know because I have been traveling in and out of Bali for 10 years now), this is quite on an above average price, so I would assume that services are good. Example: toilet amenities are routinely checked. The bath gel container was empty, shampoo and hand soap are less than half the container upon our check in. We didn’t checkin early, we checked in on time. I called the reception at night, when I found out, and until our checkout the next day - still was not addressed.

Best banana pancake! Right on the beachfront, perfect for watching the sun rise! It's a beautiful property with gorgeous gardens! Three lovely pools to relax in and it's all so peaceful.

Having a villa surrounded by stone wall made it private and quiet.

The bed was dreadful. Neither of us could move without the other bouncing around. It also fell away at the sides. Very uncomfortable. Urgently needs replacing.

We had a family room (2 adults, 3 children) it was clean and spacious. Hotel was really clean and in a good location. The restaurant also made delicious food. 3 lovely pools to choose from and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Nothing really

The setting and location were great. We loved the rooms, comfortable and good air conditioning. The decor was dated but charming. The pool was very nice and we liked being close to the board walk by the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was very basic so we only ate there for lunch once. But there were plenty of other options nearby so it didn’t matter.

La poubelle de la location précédente n' était pas vidé. Le savon n' a pas été rempli, bref sentiment que la préparation de notre chambre a été bâclée. Le lieu est bruyant. Prix élevé pour la prestation que nous avons reçu.

Good location on the beach, gorgeous grounds and staff. Room good size, filtered water fountain, older rooms but generally well maintained. Quiet location even though our room was towards the road.

Location is exceptional and the grounds beautiful. My room was off on a wing which was private and cute.

Drain in shower was extremely slow in draining...bathroom basin sink leaked a little..The place is older and not perfect but if you can deal with that it's the best place to stay i loved my time here!!

Looks can be deceiving. Peneeda View doesn’t have the fan fare entrance like some resorts but what it does have is a traditional Balinese experience set in magical tropical paradise. The villas are dotted around sweeping pathways and lush garden. The location in perfect. The pools are clean. Their food is great. And the staff exceptional. Walk out the back & you’re at the beach. Out the front for shopping. And with all restaurants so close you are not wanting for anything.

An old Bali style property which in some areas a bit run down but retained its classic beauty and charm with the cottages and with meandering paths throughout. The larger outdoor communal kitchens reminded me of Aussie caravan parks, good for longer stays or socialising with other guests. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to properly explore what was available eg. pools, restaurant etc However enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer, lots of beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants out the front.

The outdoor kitchen facilities on the balconies was a bit weird, never come across this before… saw a cat climbing amongst them which raises hygiene issues… The beach area was disappointing, rocky sand and soooo much seaweed, unable to swim afternoons because of the low tide, but this was the same for most of the area. Shower was dark, body wash and shampoo provided but no conditioner.

Looks old. Needs some renovation - lots of villas quite close to each others and no sound isolation. Balconies and terraces are open on the common path.

Die Lage! Sitzmöglichkeiten vor der Zimmertür, der Wasserspender vor jedem Zimmer.

Der 2- Bedroom Beach- Bungalow war locker 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und es waren 2 separate , identische Zimmer. Die Pools sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig, der Garten hat sehr viele graue Steine und ist im Vergleich zu anderen tropischen Gärten lieblos gestaltet.

Location & the fact that you have the beach on one side & Jl Danau Tamblingan on the other. Lots of shops, cafes, bars & food shopping close by.

No breakfast included. Perhaps they could issue vouchers for breakfast so that breakfast is in included in the price & charged accordingly. Not everyone wants breakfasts so it’s their choice on the price they pay but it would be a good selling point especially if it was delivered to your room.

Location, location, location. Right next to the beach in the heart of Sanur next to the luxurious very expensive resorts.

The property has seen some better days. A bit haggard. Staff was ok but definitely lacking the “welcome to Bali” friendliness that you come to expect.

This is underrated really but like most hotels in Sanur it's a little old and dated but clean and quiet and spacious

The food is crap and the day staff a little lazy

Jättefint boende omgiven av fantastisk växtlighet, nära till stranden och nära till centrum. Fräscha rum med air condition och varma duschar. Härlig pool, trevlig personal och god mat i restaurangen. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Walking down to the beach through the beatufully tended gardens of the hotel was a wonderful way to start the day. It is a public beach with lots of activity but the hotel grounds were an oasis.

The room felt a little dated in terms of decor but that strangely added to its charm. Possibly not for everyone. Very little to criticise.
