Reviewed Sep 15, 2026When I arrived, the Indian staff member at reception was extremely rude and arrogant, and his behaviour was highly unprofessional. I had serious doubts about whether he was properly trained or qualified to work as a receptionist. Based on his conduct, I believed he might have been a general worker rather than a professional receptionist.
The towels were dirty, stained, and worn out. Breakfast was extremely basic, with only Indian-style options available and no variety. In addition, the staff were rude and unprofessional.
