Reviewed Jun 27, 2026A wonderful hotel with amazing service! I always choose this hotel whenever I have the opportunity. The staff are incredibly understanding and genuinely care about their guests. What impressed me the most is how flexible they are. I had to change my plans, and they kindly cancelled my reservation free of charge after I explained my situation. That level of understanding and customer care is something you don’t find everywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I’ll definitely keep booking this hotel whenever I can.

Very very small room, I didn’t stay there when i checkin i will cancel after 5 minutes because there is hand wash facility not available, Very small room, Wash room can’t open full because its stoped with washroom tub you can’t entered in washroom if you are little heavyweight

I did not like that I could not pay per card just by cash or transfer the money via QR code to a third party person. In the windowless room i got it was Difficult to enter the bathroom since the door opens inside, u need to sneak in between toilet and shower. There was no sink to wash hands or teeth. While checking out the person wont believe i had paid. Even so the day before his colleague photographed my phone screen of the payment transaction.

The room was close to the street and it was noisy because of the cars sounds all the day. Also health care items and sets were not completed.

Very comfortable bed (not the usual soft ones), AC, tv, electric kettle, complimentary water, hair drier, robe, slippers, amenities...What else could I need? Breakfast was very good, you could choose between English or Arabic. Parking in front of the hotel, secured cameras around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Grocery store on the corner. Would come back for sure!

Gym and pool are still being constructed. This is the type of hotel where upgrading is needed to have a window view.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2023The welcome to this brand new hotel was very warm. The receptionists and the staff made me feel very comfortable and offered to serve breakfast ahead of the usual time to match my requirements. The hotel is new and was very clean. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
The router did not reach my room so wifi was not accessible.
