Pls improve the breakfast and WIFI. apart from this staff is good and also Mr. Fahad who took care of us during the stay. Nice hotel.

we booked only for 2 nights initially, because the hotel exceed our expectations, we stayed for 20days. Mr. Fahad helped us alot w.r.t stay, room & customer service. Overall very good experience.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff specialy mr.fahad in the reception, clean rooms, and a great location. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Staff are nice, polite, and professional, especially Mr. Fahad. Price is affordable.

Breakfast is really poor. Also there is a very huge noise that comes sometimes from a blower in the kitchen that is hidden somewhere and one can't see.

The Hotel is good as well as the Management and staff.

I hope they can update and allow online payment through Booking.com to ease access and less hustle payments.

The hotel is practically a 3-star hotel not 4-star, considering the room facilities, hotel lobby, and breakfast options. Moreover my bathroom had a bad smell over my stay.

All the staff at reception very good Mr. Fahad night shift & Mr. Asfaque day shift. All others are also pleasant at reception. In fact I booked for one night only but while checking -in, the way Mr. Afaque helped I cancelled my booking with one 5 * hotel and booked for another night at this hotel. Despite complementary breakfast the team leader at Cafe, took care of our meal very well. Very helpful gentleman he is at Restaurent.

Breakfast spread much larger to serve Veg and Non- Veg both options. Can make it chargeable Towels are worn out at edges threads coming out. Time to replace some with new

I like the room and bed is very comfortable. We did enjoy the week and I re book for one more week.

Towels are too old and sometimes room boy forget to keep towels in the room.

The hotel is well maintained. Very clean. Excellent bed, very comfortable. Staff are warm and welcoming. Always checking if we need anything. Breakfast was ordinary but for the price we paid it was a freebie. Decent parking space and right on the highway. Have already recommended it to my coworkers.

Breakfast at restaurant

I was here for 3-4 days and my stay got extended. Rooms are very cozy, clean and very tidy. Wifi service and other facilities is very good. Reception staff Mr. Fahad and Bilal are professionally good and welcoming always. The location is also good at Falaj turnabout which is easily accessible to all nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The overall experience was very good. Always will always love to stay whenever in Sohar.

Meanwhile, let me add this it's needed to rectify I was quite disappointed with the food at the restaurant during my stay. The overall quality was below par, and it definitely wasn't worth the money. The hygiene standards seemed lacking, which made me hesitant to fully enjoy the meal. As for the taste, it fell short of expectations—nothing stood out, and the dishes were bland. To make matters worse, the handling and presentation of the food were poor. The staff's hospitality was also lacking, as they seemed disinterested and inattentive. Overall, it was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend dining here.
