عدم نظافة حوض السباحه وخاصة وجود اتربه بالداخل والخارج وجبة العشاء ما كانت نظام الوفيه وعند الطلب المشاوي ما كانت جيده ولم تكون على الجمر وكانت بالزيت ولم يقدم الخبز على وجبات المشاوي وجبات الفطور جيده بالبوفيه ولكن اغلب الوجبات الاسيويه ولم تكون عربيه مثل المعتاد بالفنادق الاخرى ض

The location was good Breakfast was ok as the options were limited

They called me from the hotel on the same day of my booking saying that they didn't see my booking and all rooms are full, go and check other hotel. This is not professional a all. I booked by the same in another hotel and I got my booking once I reached there. I will not try this hotel again

I arrived a bit early for check-in and my room wasn't but instead of being made to wait I was provided another option to be upgraded the available suit but since it only had one bed when my original booked room had two, I was even provided a comfortable mattress as a backup solution, really appreciated the kind gesture and flexibility of handling this situation. staff were nice and very professional and accomedating.

The facilities were a bit old it could use some renew, like the furniture style but all is very clean and functional so cant complain too much, although the bathtub was old and banged up and the bathroom smelled which is a genuine complaint I couldnt glance over. also the facilities (like the spa,pool,gym) close a bit too early by the time I'm free to consider trying them they're all closed, would appreciate if they were open 24/7, and I would've loved if the bauffet price was for the whole day instead of just that particular meal time.

The breakfast is nice.

They have cancelled my booking while I was about to reach the hotel making me to stay elsewhere.

Property cancelled my accommodation only just few hours of arrival. This is totally unacceptable.

1- Room Allocation & Family Convenience As a family group booking four rooms, I anticipated that the rooms would be arranged in sequence or at least opposite each other. However, upon arrival, we received three rooms on one floor that were quite far apart, and the fourth room on a completely different floor. This arrangement made our family stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. 2. Room Furniture & Fixtures Condition The overall furniture condition was poor and worn out, which gave a negative impression of the rooms. Additionally, the bathtub’s plastic curtain was very old, dirty, and yellowed at the bottom, which raises concerns regarding hygiene. 3. Refurbishment Noise & Disturbance The third floor, where I was staying, was under refurbishment. Construction activities were taking place, causing disturbance and significantly affecting our ability to sleep and relax. This situation should have been communicated to us before check-in, especially when allocating rooms. 4. Special Request Not Fulfilled During the reservation, I made a special request for a cot bed for an infant. Instead, we were provided with a standard extra bed with a mattress, which is not suitable or safe for an infant, and caused additional inconvenience.

It was our second time staying at this place because it is close to the Majan industrial area. Staff are nice and helpful.

Although we had booking but they didn't have room for us and sent us to another hotel for first day and then come back second day at least they took our luggage back by themselves that is nice because we were at work and even in second day evening they were still full so finally they gave family suit to one of us that they didn't want to do in first place. One more thing is that you need to pay at place if you book through Booking although you submit your bank card info and everything, that I don't understand. Generally is ok, no big deal.

Very nice staff, very professional and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but they facilitated us to get room service free of charge. The swimming pool needs to be clean, and the gym definitely needs upgrading. Location was good but far from the attrections, not much resturent option nearby but Hotel offering lunch and dinner. We enjoyed our stay thanks for every one specially housekeeping and kitchen staff very nice and professional.

They charged me for the lost room card key very unfortunate 😕. Also needs some refurbishing and update specifically bathrooms bath.

No shower curtain, room lighting should be brighter, self locking should be available in the room door, so that you need not have to use the key for locking the door whenever you go out.

There wer no towels in the room, after calling reception had to wait for half n hr

Bad smell throughout the corridors and the rooms. Delayed check in, check out process very slow. Staff weren’t friendly. Very limited options for Breakfast with dusty cutlery.

Good infrastructure. Expensive furniture and great location

No management. No professional staff. I pay 47 riyal for a night but it didn't value even more than 150-200 to be honest. They need to improve seriously.

bathroom shut off was not working and we had to call for fixing it. ceiling lights are very dim which gives a very negative vibe. bath towells are very old

wall paints, white bath tubs became orange color, urine/ sewerage smell near pool area.

I am still able to sleep well because it is quiet and the bed is comfortable

no TV connection, the lights are all too dim, the breakfast could not have in the restaurant due to ramadan period. The breakfast variety is too low.
