Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Studio erhalten, welches uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Alles war sauber, das Personal super freundlich und es gab eine gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hat uns wegen der Nähe zum Strand aber nicht gestört.

Eine sehr moderne, gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft, die nur wenige Gehminuten von Strand in Da Nang entfernt ist. Mit Klimaanlage!

It’s extremely stuffy and hot in common areas as it’s all open.

Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch đẹp, đầy đủ trang thiết bị cho nhu cầu và y như trong hình đã chụp. Bữa sáng tuy ít đa dạng nhưng ngon và chất lượng.

Mình check-in nhận phòng khoảng nửa đêm và vì cửa sổ phòng không được đóng nên phòng có khá nhiều muỗi.

Snídaně byla opravdu vynikající - vybere si každý a všechna jídla byla dobře dochucená. Pokoje byly prostorné, moderně zařízené a vždy čisté. Wi-Fi připojení fungovalo bez problému. Personál byl velmi ochotný, na WhatsApp jsem od ubytování dostala mnoho doporučení a tipů, kam zajít v okolí.

The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and attentative and provided information for local activities. Cheap laundry same day service. Aircon worked great. The restaurant is fantastic for lunch and dinner, some of the nicest food I've had. Nice pool on the top floor but does face the city. Honestly for the price per night its a great bargain.

If I was to be picky I'd say the breakfest wasn't great but dinner made up for it. Door card didn't work alot of the time but the staff were great and provided a key.

The only downside is the small rooftop pool could do with a little attention maintenance and cleaning.

The location was amazing and staff were really. We had some trouble at the start but Sam made sure everything is more than perfect.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, und doch in einer angenehmen und entspannten Seitenstraße. Hervorzuheben ist Sam, die sehr hilfreich, zuvorkommend, freundlich und herzlich war. Sie hat immer geholfen wo Sie konnte. Der Pool auf dem Dach war toll mit einer super Aussicht!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is only a 5-minute walk from the beach and is located in a lively area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and mini-markets nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Although some areas, such as the bathroom walls, could use some renovation, this did not affect my overall impression of the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning in my room was quite weak. Even when set to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, it did not cool the room properly. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. It would be nice to see a greater variety of vegetables, as well as more options for cheese and ham.

Прекрасный отель недалеко от моря. Хорошие завтраки с местными блюдами и для привыкших к европейской еде не проблема найти что поесть. Для распределения в городе терпимая слышимость с улицы. Очень приятный персонал. Вернулась бы точно

Soundproofing not the best we had Nieghbours that came home at 3am in morning each day and then stayed up talking it kept us awake for the time they were there 🥺

Super Zimmer, sehr sauber Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Roof Top Pool war die Krönung. In unmittelbarer Nähe waren super Restaurants, kleine Imbisse und leckere vietnamesische Kaffeespezialitäten. Der My Khe Strand ist zu Fuß git erreichbar.

- Кайфовый вид из окна - Очень вкусные завтраки - Очень качественная уборка - Дизайн номера на 5+ - До главного пляжа 500м - Кафешки и магазины очень рядом - Большой TV , вечерами было очень приятно на нем смотреть кино - Очень вежливые и милые администраторы - Чай, вода пополняются ежедневно - НЕ ШУМНО, поэтому сон был хорошим - Всегда есть горячая вода - Новые кондиционеры, было всегда прохладно даже в самые жаркие дни Хотели ещё остаться здесь но мест уже не было, ничего страшного приедем к вам через две недели ,спасибо большое за приятный отдых

Room layout was nice. I was given a corner room and the view is pretty good. Large glass doors and windows make the room bigger. The hotel is located in a quiet and less busy street. Decent breakfast.

Oerhört vänlig och hjälpsam personal som gav tips och råd, använde WhatsApp för enkel och snabb kommunikation. Mycket uppskattat! Hotellrummet var välstädat och rent. Hotellet låg hyfsat nära stranden (inte vid stranden dock) och centralt i stan med flera supermarkets i närheten.

Hotellet börjar bli lite slitet på sina ställen och bilderna på booking.com är förskönande. Poolen har bara plats för två solsängar och kändes inte helt fräsch. Vår kran i badrummet var trasig, men fungerade. Vi hade gärna sett att frukosten innehöll yoghurt men i övrigt helt okej!

water pressures was very bad in all bathrooms. rooms was not comfortable. The pictures of the property and what you got is not matching. i had 3 separate rooms. all of them was same.

(1) Staff was very quick in responding to my email questions and patiently provided all the hotel information and help that I needed before my check in (2) Didn't encounter any odour or insects in the room (3) Clean and comfortable room with stylish design elements (4) Location is excellent - within walking distance to beach and bus pickup point (unrelated to hotel) for Bana Hills (5) Food outlets and minimarts in this area are cheaper than those closer to the beach or river

(1) Breakfast is a hit and miss - a couple of good ones and some unappealing ones (they looked like reheated leftovers) - essentially they're just to keep you full and not satisfied, lol (2) Breakfast staff appeared to be part-time staff - they were seated at one of the dining tables, together with their handbags and mobile phones and only attended to you when you approached them. Thankfully the breakfast experience is salvaged by the cozy setting and the soothing background music played in the dining room

it is very modern and bright. the breakfast was nice and it is walking distance to the beach. the staff were all very friendly and they also had luggage storage. they shared recommendations for the area. breakfast was nice. you could walk to the dragon bridge but it is approx 1.5 km

the pool space on the roof is a little small so there isn’t much space for multiple groups or families at the same time

Vi fik værelserne lige oven over restauranten hvilket resulterede i meget larm derfra. Poolen mangler rengøring og er ikke særlig stor det snyder ud fra billederne på booking. Der mangler generelt oprydning af affald foran hotellet

Bassenget trenger vedlikehold, og området rundt var stusslig. Kunne også vært bedre frokost med større utvalg.

Отель новый — это закрывает многие вопросы. Чистота на уровне, запаха канализации нет. Понравилось расположение, куда бы не вышел нет назойливых — масса мадам масса. Спокойно, открыто в любую сторону. Единственное не понравилась собачка в соседнем доме, которая лаяла непрерывно в любое время суток. Это было невыносимо

Завтраки не соответствуют четверке. Мы не прихотливы но иногда просто нечего было есть. Все блюда состояли из свинины—это ужасно. Приготовили отдельно для нас салат, можно заказать омлет или яичницу, но считаю такой ассортимент в отеле 4 звезды не допустимым. Еще не было на выбор фруктов, только арбуз, или только не вкусная твердая дыня. Это тоже не допустимо. Мы пришли из отеля Glomad, две звезды. Так даже там на выбор было всегда 2—3 вида фруктов и даже йогурты. Здесь нечего кушать совсем. Единственный белый заветренный тостовый хлеб — это позор, извините.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When I had an issue with the bathroom tap, they responded quickly and fixed it right away. The room was also very clean. I had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Excelente servicio, la habitación limpia. Me dieron early check in porque teníamos un vuelo temprano, todos muy atentos. Igualmente nos ofrecieron transfer al aeropuerto y organice los tours con ellos. Todo excelente!

Very good location, lovely reception stuff, gooy breakfast and rooftop swimming pool is amazing. Would definitely be back when next visiting Da Nang.

It was not a high rise, a boutique property. No carpet, wooden floors, bathroom was nice.

Receptionist Sam and Dami was perfect, They solved all our problems, including arranging for my wallet, which I lost in the taxi, to be returned to the hotel. And they were always so friendly and smiling; I thank them both very much.

Хорошее обслуживание, работа персонала на уровне, всегда помогут, расскажут. В общем стараются сделать ваш отдых наиболее комфортным.

Отель действительно выполнен в современном дизайне, довольно интересно и красиво. Но учтите что он далеко не новый, большинство номеров требуют косметического ремонта. Присутствуют сколы на полу, плесень в ванной. Это все замечания в сторону руководства отеля. Также они установили странные правила по бутылочной воде в номере. Я могу бесплатно пить теплую воду в комнате, но за ту же самую воду из холодильника уже должен заплатить. Ещё один прикол - за стирку вещей в соседнем сервисе накидывают своих 150% к цене стирки. Как руководство зарабатывает на таких мелочах я не понимаю, но все это недостойно для отеля, позиционирующего себя как комфортный и современный.

Really liked this hotel and would have stayed longer if it wasn't fully booked. Staff are helpful, the hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast is decent quality! Quite a quick walk to get to the beach.

Wir haben die Queens Suite bekommen und das war das gemütlichste Zimmer unserer kompletten Vietnamreise und vielleicht eines der besten meines Lebens überhaupt. Das runde Bett sieht nicht nur extrem geil aus, sondern ist auch unfassbar gemütlich. Frühstück war gut, aber keine große Auswahl. Dafür gab es jeden Tag zwei sehr abwechslungsreiche Gerichte, zusätzlich zu den Klassikern (Eier, Bacon, Toast, Müsli) Der Service war fantastisch, extrem freundlich, gutes Englisch, top Laundry Service.
