Das Zimmer waren sehr schön designed und generell hat das Hotel den Eindruck vermittelt dass es mal sehr schön und hochwertig war. Die Housekeeping Damen waren alle sehr nett und haben mir auch geholfen als ich mein Fenster nicht zubekommen hab.

Aber leider war das Zimmer an sich schon etwas runtergekommen und auch definitiv nicht sauber. Die Bettwäsche hat schon einen gelb-grau Stich, die Handtücher waren fleckig und es war sehr staubig überall. Die Polster der Stühle etc. hatten auch alle Flecken, was mich eigentlich am meisten gestört hat das war teilweise etwas ekelhaft. Zudem gibt es definitiv ein Ameisen Problem die waren wirklich überall. Der Safe war auch irgendwie komisch und sehr kompliziert zu nutzen weswegen ich ihn schließlich gar nicht benutzt hab. Aber generell war der Besuch vollkommen in Ordnung deswegen auch die hohe Bewertung es könnte nur ein bisschen was getan werden um es schöner zu machen.

Very reasonable price wise and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great and only a short walk to the beach. The rooftop pool was a huge plus, especially traveling with kids. Our room was comfortable, and for the price, we felt like this was an amazing value. We would definitely stay here again.

When we first arrived, I didn’t feel like the room had been cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been. The towels smelled a little musty, and the room just didn’t feel 100% fresh. I’m not sure if it had been sitting empty for a few days beforehand. However, when housekeeping came the next day, she did an excellent job cleaning everything, and both times she cleaned during our stay the room looked great afterward.

El servicio por parte de una de las chicas de recepción fue malísimo. Las habitaciones tienen detalles que no parecen de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Great location, close to many good local restaurants and within walking distance of the beach.

The room is a bit basic

The room was very nice and comfortable, and I really appreciated the free water bottles every day! The pool, with a rooftop ocean view and warm water, and fitness center exceeded my expectations, they were clean and lovely. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a very nice short stay!

The wifi was pretty inconsistent, I couldn't work at the desk because it was too far away from the door, so it would often cut out and my meetings dropped a couple times.

The hall on my floor, the 6th, was a little dingy. I was worried until I entered my room. Not bad, just not good. The restaurant was closed down.

Rapport qualité prix excellent super staff emplacement parfait piscine sur le toit et salle de gym. Décoration sur le thème du paon. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Nice room, clean and good location. Had a problem with the bathroom sink, they came very quick and fixed it.

What I liked most was the great location—it was very convenient and accessible.

The hallway carpet was dirty and dusty, and unfortunately, I saw one large cockroach and a baby cockroach in my room. The lobby was also quite hot, as the air-conditioning did not seem sufficient. The beddings also looked old and had some stains, although they did smell clean. Overall, these were disappointing issues considering the hotel’s standards.

Liebes personal. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Damen für die Zimmer Reinigung sehr freundlich.

Überall Ameisen. Handtücher mit Löcher. Die Unterlage von Gläser dreckig. Ich bin leider mit meinen Koffer und jede menge Ameisen abgereist.

Felt it was overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, and was not any better than other hotels we’ve stayed in for a fraction of the price. Pool is very small and only a few sun beds, the hotel was loud in the mornings and didn’t feel particularly safe. Staff were not too friendly and didn’t seem very welcoming. Also they won’t accept card unless you pay the 5% extra, but you have to pay this in cash so unsure how this covers the card fee, also they advertise that they have TV’s in the room however you have to pay extra for this, as they are locked.

Good location. Close to the beach and several good restaurants and massage parlors. The shower pressure was good, and it had most amenities you would need.

There was a single elevator that was VERY slow, and the hotel had a lot of floors. Waiting for the elevator was quite annoying. Also, the noise carried down the hall, and other guests were quite loud.

Attention les photos ne ressemblent pas du tout à la réalité, l’hôtel est très vieux et abîmé. C’est mal entrétenu et le ménage est mal fait. Une odeur d’égout au lobby est désagréable. Le fait d’appliquer une taxe de 8% si on veut payer en carte de crédit est très mal vu

В целом — нормально. Без восторга, но за свои деньги вполне достойный вариант. Главный плюс этого отеля — расположение. Оно реально отличное. Если для вас важно жить в хорошем месте и при этом не переплачивать, то смело можно рассматривать этот вариант. В этом плане точно не пожалеете. Сам отель уже заметно уставший. Видно, что он не новый, интерьер и номера местами требуют обновления. Но при этом всё вполне пригодно для проживания. Что важно: никаких тараканов, жуков или другой живности мы не встретили. Никаких неприятных сюрпризов тоже не было. Поэтому оценка простая: недорого + отличное расположение + нормальные условия. Если не ждать современного свежего отеля и понимать, за что платишь, то вполне хороший вариант.

Value for money

The hotel was good value for money and the staff were friendly when approached. The room was clean and comfortable enough for its age and what we needed, and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus. It was also well located for getting around Da Nang and exploring the city.

Our room had no window, which made it feel quite dark and enclosed. We asked if we could upgrade to a room with a window, but unfortunately there weren't any available. The hotel is certainly not modern and is showing a bit of wear and tear, although it was as clean as could reasonably be expected. Our room safe also didn't work, which was disappointing. There weren't a lot of restaurants within an easy walk either, so we often had to head further afield for food.

Room didn’t have any towels nor tissue paper . No body wash , rooms are run down with broken hot water cooker, the main door broken with no batteries for the key to work. And aunts are all over . Staffs keep giving excuses

プールからの眺めが良かった。 海へのアクセスが良く、周りにはローカルのお店もたくさんあり、毎日楽しい食事ができた。 スタッフの愛想がよかった。
