Mi única observación es que hay poca aislación entre habitaciones y se escucha, pero en temporada baja esto no es problema porque no están todas las había ocupadas

Место удалено от ресторанов, ехать до Пуэрто Гуадаль 15 км по рипио. Из активностей: бочка с подогревом в не слишком удобном месте, каяки. Гулять негде. Для ночевки с собственной едой - хорошо. Для долгого пребывания все же слишком изолированное место. Кроме того, нет ресепшен, и все вопросы решаются перепиской в вотсап. Если вы знаете испанский или английский, это нормально. Но если вам приходится переводить каждое получаемое и отправляемое сообщение (а их много), это утомляет. Переписка очень отвлекала от отдыха.

Le personnel nous a bien gâté, nous a fourni le petit déjeuner, le bois de chauffage, une gentillesse extrême. Le propriétaire nous a demandé nos passeports afin de nous enlever la TVA, nous avons apprécié car c’est la première fois qu’on nous en a exempté , les autres hôtes ont plutôt profité de nous faire payer les taxes qui ne sont normalement pas appliquées pour les étrangers ! Merci mille fois !

La vista al Lago General Carrera desde la habitación, la calefacción, la comodidad del colchón y almohadas, la tranquilidad y silencio del lugar, la ducha caliente, el desayuno y la atención del personal, todo espectacular!!! Sin duda volvería.

Se escuchaba absolutamente todo de las piezas vecinas. No había privacidad en la terraza, ya que es una sola común a las tres habitaciónes. Si va un familión es ideal, pero no así si se va en pareja.

Que cobran aparte por la tinaja 40.000 pesos y la tienes que reservar a lo menos 8 horas antes. Si vienes de lejos y quieres utilizarla es muy difícil calcularlo y pierdes el dinero.

Het is niet altijd gemakkelijk als er geen personeel ter plekke of nabij is. We hadden namelijk wat problemen met warm water, stroom en wifi. Uiteindelijk is het opgelost geraakt, maar het was niet zo eenvoudig! Het ontbijt is vrij laat. Als je een dagwandeling wil maken, mag het ontbijt wel wat vroeger zijn of zou het fijn zijn als er een ontbijtmandje voorzien kan worden.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2024The location of this accommodation is very remote, 1 hour drive from Puerto Rio Tranquilo. We didn't realize this when we booked. The location and setting is however very unique and beautiful. You need your own transport, and requires a bit of planning (there are no restaurants around). We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms, beds, bedding, towels are all of a higher quality than we had previously seen in Chili. Hence also a big higher price. But well worth it!
The only comment I can make here is that on our last day we had asked for breakfast at 8h00 and the lady that prepares it onsite was late. As we were leaving that day, and had a long drive ahead we didn't want to wait, and we prepared it ourselves. Not a big deal.

Huge rooms but small beds (just enough for a couple, not enough considering our baby who sleeps with us). Poor water pressure in the shower. Ceramic floor doesn't really do for a cosy experience, and considering the plastic table in the dining room - the place has huge potential but is not half way there.

There is no on site staff after 2pm. Miguel is available via WhatsApp remotely, a prepared breakfast is available between 8:30 am -10:30 am, if you need it earlier, then supplies are left for you to prepare, the driveway is extremely steep especially when you exit onto route 7.
