Parador Austral Lodge

We did not stay at Parador Austral, we stayed instead at a sister logde, Tres Lagos Hacienda. The place was wonderful, apartments were beautiful and had a great view. Food was excellent and the staff was so helpful.

El lugar es muy lindo. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, muy limpias, buena iluminación y calefacción. La gente es muy amable y el administrador nos dio mucha información del lugar y sus alrededores. Muy recomendable

Nos hicieron un upgrade al hotel Hacienda Tres Lagos. Espectacular ubicación sobre el lago Negro y múltiples opciones de actividades Excelente el restaurant y la atención de todo el npersonal.

Que estuvimos solo una noche! Hay mucho para hacer y disfrutar.

Due to maintenance works, we got a room in Hacienda Tres Lagos, in one bungalow very nicely designed, with all the confort, including a fireplace and a great view on lago Negro. It also has WiFi, that works rather well, considering the surroundings. The staff is full of good will and helpful. We liked a lot the minimuffins with some berry that was served at breakfast

Reservamos en Parador Austral y después pasamos a Tres Lagos, de los mismos dueños, a 500m de distancia. Una maravilla

Um dos melhores lugares que já ficamos no Chile. Quartos extremamente confortáveis, com vista incrível do lago e da natureza. Um restaurante com excelentes opções de comidas e vinhos. Fizemos todas as refeições (café, almoço e jantar) e em todas os pratos estavam excelentes, no ponto perfeito é extremamente saborosos. No café o cuidado em preparar ovos mexidos e omeletes sob demanda também foi muito bem executado, raras vezes comemos ovos tão bem feitos. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, Flo, Alessandra , Margarita e Claudia foram extremamente cuidadosas, atenciosas, eficientes e simpáticas. A hospitalidade de Domingos também foi marcante com seu cuidado e atenção. Sem dúvida uma das melhores experiências que tivemos em muitas vindas ao Chile e em vários outros destinos.

Lo que más destaco es la atención del personal. Muy amables. El desayuno bueno. El restaurant con una carta adecuada. Agradable estadía de una noche. No tuve oportunidad de probar otros servicios ofrecidos como sauna u otros por estar de paso. Buen internet. Starlink

Realmente lo único que creo fue un problema es que la cabaña ( más bien habitación) que yo pernocté no tiene acceso directo al automóvil y se encuentra distante de las áreas principales y en subida pronunciada como para maletas pesadas. Con los senderos de acceso con material tipo gravilla hacen imposible trasladar maletas con ruedas por lo que hay que cargarlas. Creo que idealmente debieran encementar los accesos. Si alguien tuviera una discapacidad o usara silla de rueda sería imposible acceder. Claro que siendo honesta no se si cuentan con habitaciones con esas facilidades en otras áreas. Otra recomendación, dada la distancia del edificio principal sería bueno tener un frigobar en la habitación y un hervidor con te o café de cortesía sería agradable.

Best place we stayed on the Carretera austral. Beautiful setting and an excellent team led by Domingo who really looked after us. This hotel has charm in abundance.

The staff was phenomenal! All were extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. The location was picturesque, with Lago Negro out your window, and rolling hills surrounding the property.

It’s located right by the river, the lodges are extremely comfortable and homey. We got there very late and they were waiting for us with a warm meal and the guide to help us plan the next day. My boyfriend got super sick and everyone was super helpful and accommodating with him. Lily, the admin of the lodge was really warm and nice, she went out of the way to make us feel at home. Cannot recommend the place enough.

A place to sleep. Clean comfortable bed, beautiful natural area by a lake.

Vores hytte lå over 1km fra receptionen og restauranten, så vi blev nød til at køre i bil derhen ! Intet signal i hytten. Der var ingen gang køleskab i hytten selvom den lå så langt fra baren hvor man kunne få kolde drikke vare. Rigtige skuffende for så dyrt en lodge.

Excelente la disposición del personal en la atención

Excellent place disconnected from the crowds. Lake facing cabin where you can unwind and relax. No wifi access in the cabin and it takes 4 hours from Balmaceda airport as the roads are pretty bad. 45 min away from Cathedral Marble and you can request the Hotel to book the Kayak or Boat tour. The restaurant has really good food but its bit expensive and there are very little/no restaurants in the nearby locations.

El lugar es increíble, las instalaciones del hotel nos parecieron excelentes, así como el servicio y la comida, totalmente lo recomiendo, esta muy bien ubicado en la zona

Encontré muy bueno el Parador Austral, mi única crítica que no contaban con el restaurant funcionando y solicite una comida muy sencilla (arroz con huevo), y lo hicieron, pero al día del check out y pagar lo consumido, puedo resumir que fue el arroz con huevo más caro que he comido en mi vida (CHP 12.500).

Nice place at crossroad. But dont stay here unless your passing thru or plan on hanging in Guadual or at the property.

Confortables habitaciones con balcon sobre el lago, hermoso lugar !! Tener en cuenta que si quieres cenar en el restaurante debes anotarte antes de las 18 hs. El personal de recepcion muy atentos y serviciales.

Hotel has got some buildings with diferent rooms. All rooms have beatiful views to the lake . Rooms with heater and fire. Always we had hot water. The territory where hotel buildings are located is very big. We spent a lot of time for go to have dinner. Restaurant was very stranger, some things was good, some was terrible, some meals was cold. I think stuff was not intresting in clients.

El hotel cumple con las expectativas que uno se forja. Está ubicado en una región que brinda un maravilloso entorno para recorrer y pasear. Ofrecen diversas actividades que uno puede contratar, pero no era nuestra perspectiva.

We had wonderful stay. The only misleading part was : the resort has a restaurant...... they we now serve sandwiches and the set dinner was only one dish with no options for salad or vegetarian ... Eat in the village 10 km away. Also we asked for just a glass of wine but only bottles where offered. But otherwise very modern rooms with great views!

We stayed here 3 nights and thought it was simply amazing. First of all we were upgraded from a lodge on the far side of the (private) lake to one of the deluxe suites near the restaurant for no apparant reason. English speaking staff are on hand until late at night, wifi connection is perfect. The food is simply delicious - breakfast, lunch and dinner were all equally fantastic AND they gave us a lunchbox when we had a very early tour on our first day there and wouldn't have time for breakfast. The fauna and flaura around the hotel are amazing - birds and wild horses roam free on the grounds.

Inconvenientes: Es conveniente que el menú del restaurante esté disponible para los visitantes en todo momento para conocer las opciones y el costo de las mismas para evitar sorpresas- Es imprescindible que dispongan adaptadores para los tomas de corriente para poder cargar nuestros dispositivos electrónicos cuando no coinciden con el toma de la habitación. Por lo demás, muy bien.-
