Asha was very helpful booking us in, however there was a male older member of staff that was arguing with other members of staff which we thought came across quite hostile and unprofessional. I did think the room was quite overpriced for how dated the building was, perhaps priced due to it being the weekend of Reading Festival.

Very polite staff, not just on reception but throughout the hotel. The location was perfect with ample free parking. Property was clean and in good condition. The reception staff even called the room to check to see if everything was to my liking not long after I checked in. Would recommend.

To begin, I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation as the beds were extremely plush and comfortable. as well as the room being spacious and free. The bathroom was also quite exquisite, with a large mirror in front of the sink and the bathroom overall being clean and having a nice sheen. I would also like to compliment staff for their meticulous work and continuous support throughout my stay in terms of cleaning and providing with basic needs.

The only thing that seemed to surprise me was the missing option at breakfast to have separate meals prepared free of charge such as pancakes and omelettes. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

4 ev parking bays for slow overnight charging, I couldn’t get In a bay, as there was a car parked there which had been sat there all day not charging, I did tell the hotel as I was annoyed because I had to walk further down to the other chargers and pay £45 for overnight fast charge , I was not happy tbh.

Clean , comfortable bed , easy access to Reading Train Station (£11 taxi ) , Dessert was excellent , room service , quiet. Leon at reception was really nice and professional.

Could not check out at 12pm pretending the hotel was full which was not true.

It was clean

The noise coming from one of the entertainment rooms. It was very loud and made the bed vibrate and lasted till almost midnight. Also, the presidential suite was really small for a presidential suite.

Staff really friendly

The staff were friendly at the front desk. The location was very good.

The bathroom had a brown goo coming up through the tiles when you stood on them. They were Brocken and missing grout. It was very off putting as you didn’t feel clean when you got out and had to walk in the floor. We even put a towel down and it soaked through. It even had a foul smell to it. I contacted Voco via Facebook and the response was pretty pitiful and I’ve emailed Voco who I believe was the manager and had no response. I do feel I should be compensated for this but I’m just getting a sorry from the online Facebook side which isn’t good enough

Nice and easy check in and check out Swimming pool was lovely and the gentleman at the desk was very professional, polite and explained where everything was. The AC is amazing and the room is so clean The bed is really comfortable and a great size. 24 hour gym! We were able to book a taxi from the front desk which literally came straight away! Parking was easy and it's near the Costco.

The curtains didn't close fully so we were woken up by the dawn. My partner smokes occasionally and the smoking area was just a council style metal cigarette stand just outside the front of the building, no where to sit or put our drinks - really poor

The staff are lovely as always. The beds are comfortable, as always. The facilities are good. We chose the presidential suite room due to the sizes of the beds, that we needed. Breakfast is great as always!! And can cater for Celiac Disease dietary requirements.

The presidential suite seems abandoned. Especially compared to the family deluxe room. We were quite taken back. The presidential suite is just long and the far end is somewhat abandoned. I'm sure this is meant to be one of their better suites in the hotel. But the standard of this room does not meet the same for the family room. Unfortunately we had the view of the front parking lot. Not too much of an issue though.

I experienced very bad service. I put in a formal complaint; to which they done nothing about. I’ve stayed so many times and would have been a regular client, but I won’t be staying again. They gave my 3 month old baby tap water mixed into his breast fed milk and did not find it an issue at all! Poor service, poor management and you’ve lost my custom.

The manager ignored my second email and did not bother replying. Even though the staff member admitted to pouring hot tap water into the baby’s milk bottle! Inexcusable.

Massive bed, spacious rooms, some fantastic staff, great breakfast. Gent on the spa reception Saturday Morning was particularly excellent.

Poor communication over pipework repairs and water cut-off - guests should have been notified in advance and staff should have been fully briefed in order to accurately communicate the impact .

The hotel was easy to access, light and modern with a homely touch. And despite me booking through booking.com they allowed me as an IHG member to have a complimentary late checkout. I was staying as a solo parent with my 3 children who all really enjoyed our stay, my youngest (5) said "Oooo this place is fancy" when we entered into the foyer of the hotel, which made us all chuckle! They loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast where they absolutely made use of a good few plates to fill their little tummies after a busy weekend at legoland windsor! Bruce checked us in with the help of a senior female member of staff and I was very impressed by their welcoming nature and were very helpful offering support if I needed anything knowing I was alone with the children. This was particularly warming and very much appreciated- the children and I also enjoyed the complimentary fudge. Yum!

There is nothing that I can think of that negatively impacted our stay. We would love to come back again soon. thankyou

The suite room with living area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. The reception /staff were very friendly and helpful ( especially lady called nesrine). Plenty of parking nearby( overflow car park with charging points). We enjoyed using the pool/steam/ sauna facilities. There was a live music in the hotel lounge on one of the days we were there. The antipodes toiletries smelled great.

The room could use a deep clean. Especially the sofa/ carpet and curtains. They seem to have triggered my dust allergies. The safety deposit box was a bit tricky to use and also it was located very low inside the wardrobe.
