Rooms and grounds are nice. Information about local tours is useful but not completely accurate. When I asked about the difficulty of a hike was considering, I was told it was easy with a hand gesture for flat. It was not. And it was long so that mattered.

The service. I’d gotten the impression from online communication that they were on top of things—helpful and organized. But when we arrived we were told that the staff were taking the next day off for a company thing so there would be no lunch or dinner service available. This is a place in the middle of nowhere with no nearby restaurants, not even a convenience store. Also both morning msg we were there, we were told breakfast at 7. But both days we had to wait roughly a half hour for any food. We had tours booked so that gave us very little time to eat breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shower was very good and the AC worked well. WiFi was also good all over the property. The pool is really relaxing and well maintained and the breakfast is a buffet with lots of options. We ate at the restaurant several times and everything we had was really tasty, but there are also several cafes/restaurants within a 20 minute walk. Also lots of great views and hikes are easily accessible from the hotel. Finally, the staff were all very friendly and warm, including the three house dogs. We would highly recommend this place!

Traumhafte Lage und schöne Anlage. Das Hotelpersonal half uns auch sowohl die Anfahrt mit dem Shuttle als auch die Weiterfahrt zu organisieren. Außerdem kann man direkt nebenan Roller mieten um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist auch ein Veranstaltungsort, weshalb es vor allem abends und insbesondere im hoteleigenen Restaurant mal laut ist. Allerdings zum Glück nie bis spät nachts. Außerdem hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt am Pool, wo es auch schon morgens um 6 Uhr mal laut wird. Wer also wirklich Ruhe sucht, sollte das bei der Zimmerwahl vielleicht beachten.

Extraordinary location between trees and perfect view. The rooms have much light and are spacious. You can watch the jungle from the bed. And sitting on the terrace in the evening is so relaxing. The pool is nice, and equipped with some water play equipment. There are 2 pools, one with deeper hight and one with shalliw water. The staff is very friendly and tries to help out. They organized us our transfer from and to the location. The food in the restaurant is so good and authentic! There was no reason to leave the jungle lodge. Playground next to the restaurant for the kids! They also loved to feed the fish. Take a walk in the surrounding and you will habe great views over the rice fields. We did not do any tour but rented a motorbike. The bycicyles are quite old and work out for short distances but it is much more comfortable by motorbike because the roads are steap. We had no problem with the laundry!

The terrace had some long nails coming out of the floor. It would be easy to repair this so no child gets heart stepping on it. Big groups were also hosted during our stay, that made some noise and accidently stepped in our room because they got lost. But the staff kept apologizing for them right away. It s part of the climate zone that the rooms get a lot of humidity and you can see it on the walls. But there are constant maintenance work ongoing. The location is stunning but remote. Motorbike rental in front of the door or you will need a taxi to get to around. Also bring cash, no ATM around, although if you take dinner in the jungle lodge no cash is needed.

Bellissima struttura in una magnifica posizione con vista sulle risaie. Abbiamo alloggiato in una Family Suite con 2 camere da letto molto spaziosa e ben definita negli spazi con enormi vetrate che guardavano sulle risaie. I bagni sono un po' piccoli, ma molto curati e divertenti, con la vasca che ancora un volta guarda sulle risaie. Avevamo una spaziosissima terrazza affacciata sulle risaie e corredata da arredi da esterno. Abbiamo cenato nella struttura e tutto era molto buono, come pure l'abbondante e varia colazione. Le piscine esterne contribuiscono a rendere tutto fantastico: 1 posizionata in una posizione defilata immersa nella vegetazione e l'altra, più grande, in mezzo al resort.

Non c'è nulla che cambierei

Super hôtel, il y a une belle piscine à débordement, les chambres sont spacieuses et ont une belle vue sur les rizières et montagnes. L'accueil est professionnel .

This property is beautiful!! Is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. They have two pools, restaurant which serving delicious food, fresh and the amounts of quantities is enough. Personal is always in top of everything, they even when don’t speak English they try everything to communicate with you and help you. Love so much my time in Pu Luong, they also help me to book a trekking to visit the rice fields and I had one of the most amazing time in my life!! I want to go back soon.. thank you for everything.

The big pool is lovely. The hotel organised a hike for us up into the bamboo forest which was great, we had a local guide who was very knowledgeable. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is very tired, the sheets were a bit plasticky and rough. The bathroom smelt damp because there was no ventilation. We had an adjoining room and could hear our neighbours quite loudly. Had a feeling there were better rooms in the hotel but perhaps reserved for tour groups. The restaurant was ok, but expensive and as others have said because of the position of the hotel you’re kinda of stuck there unless you hire a bike to go elsewhere. To be honest should imagine there are better options in the area.

Un superbe hôtel au coeur des rizières en terrasse de pu luong, magnifiques au mois d'avril... L'emplacement était parfait, tout proche de la route sans que ce soit gênant (pas de bruit, si ce n'est celui de la nature environnante). L'hôtel met à disposition des vélos, mais honnêtement le dénivelé en rend compliqué l'usage à mon avis. Par contre il y a possibilité de louer des scooters, pour un prix très raisonnable. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, qui peut très largement faire office de cantine. À noter la présence de deux piscines distinctes, l'une assez grande, plus familiale, et l'autre un peu à l'écart, ce qui n'est pas désagréable quand on a envie de s'isoler.

Au niveau des activités il y a un livret mis à disposition au moment du check in, mais nous avons trouvé que c'était quand même pas donné, et nous ne y sommes pas retrouvés. Finalement nous avons choisi de faire des choses par nos propres moyens en louant un scooter.

Le lieu est absolument charmant, magique, au milieu des rizières, une piscine très grande sans chlore, une vue magnifique de la chambre avec un balcon et un très bon dîner. Nous avons pu faire nettoyer nos vêtements en quelques heures, donnés dans l'après-midi et récupérés le lendemain matin avant que nous repartions. La piscine est vraiment un must en itinérant après des balades longues ou pas d'ailleurs et cette piscine là avec cette vue est vraiment superbe.

Plutôt qu'est ce qui pourrait être amélioré. Peut-être mieux expliquer à l'arrivée où se trouvent les différents lieux. On voit bien la très belle et grande piscine mais il y en a une autre plus petite cachée plus haut que l'on découvre tandis que l'on monte pour aller dîner. Egalement plus de sièges pour se mettre autour de la piscine car il en manquait. Franchement minime. Le personnel est sympa et serviable. Je regrette de n'être restée qu'1 nuit!!

Tout est sympa mais rien d'extraordinaire. Personnel agréable mais sans plus, belle piscine, chambre cosy et très propre.

La vue est sympa mais il y a mieux dans les environs et personnellement nous n'avons pas aimé la nourriture du restaurant.

Beautiful pool and stunning views. Good food in the restaurant and a really nice breakfast buffet. A couple of hiccups with tour booking but this was eventually resolved. In the middle of a stunning national park - bring ear plugs for the frogs! 😂

ריזורט שבנוי בצורה מאוד יפה בשילוב עם המקום והטבע, חדרים גדול אולם די פשוט עם מזגן מעולה, 2 בריכות שחיה ומסעדה שמגישה אוכל טוב. השירות של כל עובדי המלון היה מדהים.

Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis inmitten von Reisfeldern! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserer Unterkunft. Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir Kontakt mit Tracy, die für uns den Transfer von Hanoi nach Pu Luong organisiert hat, sowie die Weiterfahrt nach Ninh Binh. Alles funktionierte reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Auch das Personal in der Unterkunft war sehr nett und ging auf alle Bedürfnisse ein. Im Restaurant hatten wir zwar ein paar Mal Probleme (Getränke kamen nicht, ein Essen fehlte), aber das lag sicher auch an der Sprachbarriere - wir konnten alles klären und es war am Ende ein positives Erlebnis. Man sollte bei der Buchung unbedingt auf dem Schirm haben, dass in der Umgebung nicht viel ist. Gegenüber des Hotels ist ein kleines Café mit sehr gutem Kaffee, ansonsten lebt der Ort von der wunderschönen Natur. An der Rezeption kann man auch Ausflüge buchen, die für uns zeitlich leider nicht passten. Wir haben die Aussicht und den hoteleigenen Pool sehr genossen und können ein paar Tage an diesem besonderen Ort sehr empfehlen.

Da die Häuser teilweise am Hang liegen schallt es oben sehr. In der Umgebung gab es Karaokeabende und es fand eine Hochzeit statt - beides war sehr gut zu hören. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit waren in unserem Zimmer Stockflecken - das ist unvermeidbar und keine Kritik, wenn man ein paar Tage in der Gegend verbringt, sollte man sich aber darauf einstellen. Ebenfalls gut zu wissen: Durch die Hanglage und die unebenen Treppen ist die Unterkunft eher nichts für Personen, die in ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkt sind.

Wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Hotel ist mitten in den Reisfeldern gelegen. Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die möglichen Ausflüge und Aktivitäten, wie eine Motorbiketour waren beeindruckend.

L'accueil de Diem, toujours souriante et nous a donné de très bon conseils. La chambre est très grande et bonne literie. Très grande piscine. L'endroit est calme sauf la faune qui peut être être très bruyante la nuit.

La salle de restaurant pourrait être un peu plus modernisé ( vieux mobilier et triste ). Dommage de passer devant les communs ( endroit bordélique)

Nous avons passé 4 Nuits très agréables à Pu Luong, malgré la brume et la bruine...le lodge familial, perché tout en haut, au milieu de la végétation luxuriante était très confortable, hormis les draps de lits d'une matière un peu rêche... mais on s'habitue... comme au concert des grenouilles, la nuit, dans les rizières alentours.... Personnel très accueillant, souriant et disponible, beau buffet de petit déjeuner. Un beau séjour.

Es ist ein unvergessliche Lodge. Sehr gut gepflegt, einfach toll für die Augen wegen Landschaft das Restaurant hat einen vielfältigen Auswahl. Sie haben uns tolle Touren organisiert. Und kann man mit Kredit Karte bezahlen

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Recommendations were given about places to visit and ways to get around. The restaurant onsite was also very nice/convenient and food was delicious. Beds were comfortable and room spacious.

The bathroom had a slight damp smell which was a bit unpleasant but just meant we needed to keep the bathroom door closed throughout the stay.

Les karaokes jour et nuit qui empêchent un repos … Pas de plaid même pour le restaurant qui est en extérieur … nous avons été surpris par le froid et la pluie pendant 3j et nous n’avions qu un gilet et rien a dispo par l’hôtel

The room itself was looking awesome. Spacious, stylish, well equipped.

1. Bathroom Design The bathroom requires proper ventilation. Most of the moisture from the shower remains trapped inside and gradually spreads into the room, creating very high humidity levels. This has already caused mould to form on the ceiling in the corner next to the bathroom. With adequate ventilation, this issue would likely not occur. Another concern is the bathroom window. It is clear glass and faces the stairs of the neighbouring bungalow. While there are curtains available, they were open by default and it took me some time to realize that the window allowed direct visibility from the neighbouring building. For privacy reasons, bathrooms should ideally have frosted windows or smth like that. 3. Breakfast The breakfast offering was very disappointing, especially for a place that charges nearly £50 per night. The variety was extremely limited. There was virtually no meat available in the breakfast options apart from the Pho Bo, which unfortunately was quite bland and lacked flavour. There was even no sausage or bacon available. I have experienced much better breakfasts at other places in Vietnam that charge closer to £20 per night. As someone who follows a gluten-free (GF) diet, my options were particularly restricted. The only items I could realistically eat were vegetable fried rice, Pho Bo, and the small selection of fruit. 3. Restaurant Because the hotel is located on a road without street lighting, it becomes difficult and somewhat unsafe to leave the property once it gets dark (around 6 pm). As a result, guests are often limited to dining at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience there was disappointing. The staff did not demonstrate much hospitality or attentiveness. The quality was inconsistent. For example, we ordered ginger tea and received a full glass of a tasty drink. However, when we ordered it again, the second glass arrived half full. After that dinner, we chose to dine outside the hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Nature within the hotel spaces, and around, is amazing. Staff very kind.

J'avais précisé que ma maman avait 85 ans et nous avons quand même eu une chambre avec beaucoup de marches à gravir.

Superdejligt hotel nær naturen. Det altid venlige og utroligt hjælpsomme personale havde altid en løsning klar på ethvert problem. Rummene var flotte og rene, og myggenet var installeret. Personalet hjalp med at arrangere en tur ud i rismarkerne, hvor vi sammen med vores guide, Look, blev inviteret til nytårsfest hos en lokal familie - en oplevelse vi aldrig glemmer. Alle i området er utroligt imødekommende

Poolen var meget kold og ikke opvarmet, men sådan er det altså bare i naturen. Vi ankom samtidig med Lunar New year og alle restauranter var lukkede. Derudover måtte vi underholdes med Vietnamesisk Kareoke fra 8 om morgenen til 20 om aftenen, hvorefter 1 mio frøer også ville gøre opmærksom på deres eksistens. Kareoke kan være ok i korte doser, men i disse længder og med meget svingende kvalitet.. tja.. Igen ikke noget the lodge kunne gøre noget ved.

The customer service here is on other level. Always carrying and proactive. We hired car transfer to Ninh Binh and lost our phone in the car. We contacted the Lodge and they drove 160km to us to bring out phone. I do not think anyone would do that. Will remember this for ever. About the weather: you need to know this is a very specific region. It rains most of time but like 1mm like wet fog. Also ok in the morning till 10:00am and late afternoon after 5:00pm there is a must. So the surrounding is always wet.

Only the additional things like free bicycles. They are a hazard to your health. Flimsy brakes, demaged shift gears. Would not recommend. Scooter hire also not happy about. Mine scooter broke 2 times, once when there was no internet so I had to push the scooter for 2 miles. The excursions are good but the lady at reception that was our tourguide was not a tour guide but a companion. No attribution to the tour.

Le lieu est juste magique et dépaysant. Le personnel aux petits soins et le restaurant exceptionnellement délicieux tout est frais est différent chaque jour selon le plat rapport qualité rien n'a redire. J'y retournerai avec plaisir .

Great facilities given that it is a developing area. I met the owner who is very dedicated to providing a great service to the hotel occupants.

This is well acknowledged even in the published menu, but the restaurant is not premier. The breakfast is great. The menu for lunch and dinner - with respect to quality of food - is not quite worth what is priced. I think this is a minor fault of the experience.

We stayed in the Executive top floor king room and we liked all the windows with a good view from the bed, the deck had a comfortable small couch to hang out on, there was heat which was important in early Jan and it was right over a small set of rice fields leading down to the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful
