La chambre tres mal isolé on entendait les gens des chambres a coté. Donc pas facile de dormir le soir. Il devrait être mis un reglement pour arreter tout bruit a une certaine heure de la nuit.

The gorgeous view from the rooms and the dining area. Tuan in particular was so very helpful. It was easy to request laundry service as well as organising tours through the reception

Situated right on the road, drivers often honk around going around corners so it feels like a semi is going to run through your bedroom door multiple times a day. Bamboo stilts had very poor soundproofing. We could hear everything, everyone. We had many guests, including bats and rats. We didn't mind the geckos. They were pretty cute. There was a gap between the bedroom and the bathroom so we couldn't fully close ourselves off to the environment, which did not help with soundproofing.

Magnifique lieu. Chambre très belle , très propre. Personnel et surtout le chef du personnel très accueillant, très à l écoute.

No matter how many times we looked outside, the scenery was impressive. Staff were friendly and relaxed, which added to the overall experience.

Good for price

Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist wunderschön und die Atmosphäre angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich, offen und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unkompliziert zu erreichen.

Our bungalow was fine. The beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was nice. The balcony was lovely. Aircon and fan were efficient.

​Avoid if you value basic comfort, hospitality, and value for money. ​Our stay at Gateway Inn was deeply disappointing and fell far short of the warm hospitality we have otherwise experienced across Vietnam. ​Room Conditions & Facilities: ​No Amenities: There is no fridge, no TV, and virtually no packing space. ​Furniture: There is no wardrobe, no shelving, and no table. Guests are left with no choice but to work or place belongings directly on the floor. ​Service & Hospitality: Unwelcoming Staff: The personnel completely lack the warmth, kindness, and friendliness commonly found in Vietnam. They come across as devoid of personality, and it is glaringly obvious there is a lack of experienced senior management overseeing operations. Staff are clearly not properly trained for the hospitality industry. ​Rigid Policies & Inflexibility: We arrived via bus an hour before check-in. Despite being able to see that our rooms were fully ready and unoccupied during our entire wait, staff flatly refused to let us check in early. Furthermore, they demanded full payment upfront before even allowing us to see the room. ​Lack of Housekeeping: Our room was left completely untouched throughout our stay, with zero offers or attempts to clean. We had to practically beg just to get top-up water and coffee. ​Inappropriate Behavior at Breakfast: During breakfast, I was actually shouted at by staff simply for taking a tiny kumquat from the dining area to add to my phở. ​Pricing: Buying drinks (water, soft drinks, and beer) from the property comes at an inflated rate. You are much better off walking a few meters down the road to buy supplies from another homestay at half the price. ​Overall, this accommodation lacks basic amenities, professionalism, and customer care.

We spent most days exploring Pu Luong and found the location really convenient. The views were a bonus and the staff were always happy to help

Location, however views accross the valley is limited due to high trees. For apanoramic you have to walk to places lower down the road.

The staff very unhelpfull. We were denied access to rooms and had to sit in the waiting area. We were told the rooms were not ready, however no staff entered of left the rooms in that time. Access to the bathroom was difficult due to steep staircase. The room walls are termite infested, also dirty. When we requestes refreshments as advertised during Happy Hour, it was refused and we were ignored. Overall not a good experience at all.

The property itself was pretty but nothing to say about facilities

Staff made us feel a little unwelcome during meals.

The location is surrounded by nature and feels very peaceful. Staff were warm and helpful whenever we had questions about the area.

Muy buena atención, te ayudan y te aconsejan qué ver, dónde ir… también para contratar excursiones o motos. Las vistas son increíbles. El bungaló es precioso, genial el aire acondicionado y la mosquitera.

Cogimos bungaló individual y el baño está abajo, es muy incómodo bajar las escaleras porque son muy altas y empinadas. La cama muy incómoda, el colchón es una colchoneta muy fina y dura.

Niente di complicato, solo un posto bellissimo con persone gentili e panorami splendidi. A volte è davvero tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.

Every morning we sat outside with a coffee and watched the clouds move through the mountains. It was hard to leave. Everyone working here was welcoming and genuinely kind.

La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è stata l'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata. La vista è splendida, la posizione è molto comoda e il personale ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e ci siamo sentiti davvero ben accolti.

Suunnittelimme alun perin viipyvämme vain kaksi yötä, mutta lopulta toivoimme, että olisimme varanneet pidemmän ajan. Näkymä majoituspaikasta on todella kaunis, erityisesti aamuisin. Henkilökunta muisti nimemme ja pysähtyi aina juttelemaan kanssamme, kun tapasimme. Se sai meidät tuntemaan olomme todella tervetulleiksi ja kotoisaksi.

Hemos viajado por varias regiones de Vietnam y, sin duda, este fue uno de los lugares más acogedores en los que nos hospedamos. El paisaje es precioso, el personal siempre fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar, y la ubicación es muy conveniente para explorar los alrededores.

Le personnel est accueillant, très sympathique et au petit soin, notamment le jeune homme qui m'a accueilli et aidé autant dans mon installation que dans les choix de visites de plus il s'est occupé de me trouver les moyens de locomotion...

Chambre très mal isolée .. j entendais les voisins au dessus jusqu a tard dans la nuit. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre malgré 2 ventilateurs . Prenez une chambre climatisée et sdb privatif car celle que j avais etais sanitaires communs( traverser la réception pour aller a l autre bout de l hostel .. pas top)

After walking all day, it was wonderful to come back and relax while looking out at the mountains. The staff were always friendly and welcoming

Alles war einfach und komfortabel. Die Lage hat für uns perfekt gepasst, und die Aussicht rund um die Unterkunft war wunderschön.

Vi brugte dagene på at gå rundt i landsbyerne, og det var altid dejligt at komme tilbage hertil om aftenen. Der var en fantastisk udsigt, venligt personale og en praktisk beliggenhed. Det var et skønt sted at slappe af efter en dag med oplevelser.

Pu Luong was already beautiful, but staying here made the experience even more memorable. Great views, kind staff, and an easy location for exploring the area.

A propriedade está cercada por uma paisagem incrível. Adoramos passar um tempo ao ar livre apreciando a vista. A equipe foi sempre muito acolhedora, simpática e pronta para ajudar sempre que precisávamos.

We stayed for three nights and wished we could stay longer. The scenery is beautiful and the staff made us feel very comfortable.

Iedereen was oprecht vriendelijk en liet ons ons meteen thuis voelen. De omgeving is prachtig en het was gemakkelijk om vanuit hier de omgeving te verkennen.

This was one of the nicest places we stayed during our trip. Amazing views, peaceful surroundings, and genuinely kind people.

Utsikten til soloppgangen fra rommet vårt var vakker. Det var absolutt verdt å stå opp tidlig. Soloppgangen over dalen var utrolig. Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme og ga oss gode tips om steder vi kunne besøke i nærheten.

View cửa sổ ra núi khá đẹp, các bạn nhân viên phục vụ rất vui vẻ và chu đáo. Anh lái xe cũng rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình. Bữa sáng đơn giản tạm ổn.

Giá đồ ăn các bữa chính của nhà hàng thuộc homestay hơi đắt so với chất lượng. Chắc ở đây có nhiều khách nước ngoài ở hơn so với khách Việt nên giá đơn hơn so với một số nhà hàng hoặc homestay khác. Mình nghe giới thiệu về vịt Cổ Lũng rất ngon nhưng ăn thấy rất bình thường.

De locatie ligt midden in de natuur en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Iedereen die hier werkt was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het voelde als een geweldige plek om Pu Luong te ervaren zonder te veel geld uit te geven.

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war wunderschön und die Atmosphäre sehr ruhig und entspannend. Das Personal war freundlich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben.

Its wasn't actually open so they transfered us to their sister hotel so I cant give an opinion

The view was nice. The restaurant was cute.

The bathroom was very gross. Smelled strongly of urine about 75% of the time. The staff was not friendly. One guy was nice he looked the youngest of them all. I asked them to blend the juices on th menu. They wouldn’t do it. Definitely not staff that would go out of their way for anything for you.

La posizione della struttura era buona, l'abbiamo scelta principalmente per questo motivo ma non ha soddisfatto per nulla le aspettative.

Il personale era come non averlo, non ci hanno accolto né aiutate in nessun modo. Siamo una coppia di amiche e abbiamo girato da sud a nord il Vietnam ad Aprile. Abbiamo prenotato due notti in questa struttura nel dormitorio, che per carità essendo un dormitorio non avevamo grandi aspettative anche se tutto sommato per il costo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più pulito sopratutto per la questione bagno. Il personale non ci è venuto incontro in nessun modo, dovevamo noleggiare la moto e ci hanno detto che non ne avevano ma che era disponibile solo il tour da 100 euro a persona, abbiamo chiesto alla struttura vicino e la moto l'hanno trovata. Se piove la struttura non offre nessuna alternativa, alla fine abbiamo passato due giornate nelle strutture vicino in pratica. Il personale sembrava non volerci lì e non ci siamo sentite per nulla accolte in nessun modo. Personalmente non lo sceglierei di nuovo, credo ci siano molte altre strutture , anche a meno che offrono lo stesso servizio se non migliore.

Il y avait une bouilloire, de l'eau, du thé et du café à disposition - le petit déjeuner

Molto costoso per gli standard vietnamiti. Manca insonorizzazione: si sentono i vicini che parlano o che si fanno la doccia e può disturbare il sonno. Organizzano poche escursioni.

Wir haben ein paar Nächte hier verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht ist ruhig und angenehm, das Personal war freundlich und die Lage machte alles sehr bequem und gut erreichbar.

Food was incredible here. We ate here every night and could not fault the food. Beds were comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful.

Rooms can get slightly damp when it has been raining however this was not an issue for us at all!

L'accueil de la réceptionniste Problème de surboocking, a notre arrivée notre chambre était occupée Et mauvaise foie et malhonnêteté se sont enchaînés visant à nous proposer une chambre au double du prix ou une chambre inférieure à celle réservée au même prix !!!! Dommage car le site est sympa mais il y a beaucoup de logements sympas à Pu Luong

On a eu l impression de dormir sur la route. Rien est isolé. Pas de changement de serviette de toilette alors que rien ne séche pas temps humide comme nous avons eu. Notre chambre était à côté du restaurant c était pas agréable. Rideau non occultant .

Rapport qualité/prix déséquilibré par rapport aux prestations proposées dans d'autres établissements de la région pour le même prix. Bruyant, tant au niveau de la route que de la mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. Personnel aimable mais peu arrangeant.

Quiet, green, and very relaxing. The view gives you that proper Pu Luong feeling. Staff were friendly in a natural way, not over the top. Location is also quite convenient.
