Stanza e bagno spaziosi e puliti. 2 piscine panoramiche molto belle. Colazione con qualche alternativa dolce. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il Ristorante ha cercato anche di venire incontro alle nostre richieste di variazione dei piatti per la cena

Absolute gem, and worth the 4hr drive from Hanoi. Can’t begin to adequately describe how peaceful we found this beautiful place. Room was amazing - looking out on treetop view. Two generous swimming pools, which we spent hours in swimming and reading. On site spa, which had reasonably priced and very good massages. Restaurant was excellent with great food and very generous portions. Lots of vegetarian friendly options too!

Fantastic staff. Excellent breakfast of fresh tropical fruit, coffee and juice. Choice of hot cooked options made to order.

The views from our room were exceptional and the room clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was great to cool off in and we ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and every meal was delicious. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!!

The property overlooks another big hotel which is an eyesore - you aren’t shown that in the property photos. The bathrooms in the room are a bit rough and rustic.

Struttura incantevole, arredata con ottimo gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli. La vista dalle camere è mozzafiato. Piscina e ristorante sono anche stupendi. Che dire, un posto da sogno se ami la pace, il verde, il silenzio, le risaie, i posti autentici.

Les odeurs de canalisations dans les exterieurs de l'hotel, le restaurant de l'hotel n'est pas très bon.

El lugar es una preciosidad. Rodeado de vegetación exuberante y muy cuidada, piscinas increíbles y vistas de sueño. Hasta el más pequeño de los detalles está cuidado. Realmente sientes que estás en un lugar lujoso y privilegiado.

Había otros clientes muy ruidosos en el hotel. Un grupo de familias numeroso que se adueñaron de una de las piscinas poniendo música alta y gritando mucho. Eso no es culpa del hotel, pero nadie apareció por ahí para llamarles la atención, aunque había personal del hotel cerca, y eso nos molestó mucho. Rompió absolutamente la magia que tiene el lugar.

Lovely property, great staff, good breakfast, amazing pool, safe for solo travellers

This was one of the most beautiful places I have been in all of my travels. I had a view room and each morning I would wake to pure majesty. The food was exquisite and the spa service was exceptional. The staff was some of the kindest and helpful people I have encountered in 5 months of traveling through South East Asia. The gardens and jungle pathways are beautifully groomed and cared for. I intend to return many times in the future.

צריך לשם לב שהמלון מצוי במדרון ופחות מתאים לאנשים שמתקשים בהליכה או משפחות עם ילדים מאוד צעירים. בנוסף- בחדרי המשפחה יש שתי קומות עם מדרגות תלולות- לא מתאים לילדים צעירים מאוד. חסר בחדרים מקרר/מיני בר.

Très beau site à proximité des rizières, végétation luxuriante, piscines à débordement avec vue sur de beaux paysages. Chambre et literie confortables, terrasse donnant sur la végétation très agréable, baignoire extérieure en pleine nature. Restaurants bon rapport qualité prix. Possibilité de réserver un guide local parlant anglais pour excursion marche à pied.

Un hôtel à proximité moins dans l’esprit eco lodge

Visuel sur les rizières. Très bons petits déjeuners et repas pris sur place. Personnel sympathique,mais nonchalant.

L'hôtel est vieillissant et aurait besoin de certaines rénovations. Éloigné de tout. Chemin pour accéder a certaines parties assez pentu et glissant par temps de pluie.

Super mooie lokatie, vriendelijke mensen en lekker zwembad. Scooters huren kan bij de receptie, waardoor je heerlijk kan rondrijden in de omgeving.

Ontbijt is prima, maar verwacht geen luxe.

The bungalow wasn’t well built there were holes around door and windows, every night we had 5-6 cockroaches in the bungalow.

De nombreuses blattes dans la salle de bain Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. L'hôtel est toujours en travaux et le bruit commence à 5h30 du matin cumulé avec un concert de Coq.

La vue depuis la terrasse (nous donnions sur les rizières) La piscine impeccable Le « décor »: en pleine nature ! On entend quelques bruits d’animaux la nuit mais on a trouvé ça chouette et y a des moustiquaires pour les lits

Pas beaucoup de choix pour manger autour mais le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon ! Difficile de de rayonner sans moyen de transports mais l’équipe aide à trouver des taxi et propose des locations de scooters et des tours

La gentillesse du personnel, la nourriture, la piscine, les activités proposées, la situation , le charme de notre cabane et la vue.

Les bêtes dans notre cabane (araignée géante, lézards) mais ça va avec le charme de la cabane dans la jungle ; les grenouilles et le coq qui nous ont empêché de dormir . Évitez la chambre 301 , devant un bassin plein de grenouille et à côté d’une ferme .

Les vistes son increïbles. El personal és molt atent i fantàstic, t’ajuden amb tot el que necessites.

Hôtel magnifique au milieu des rizières en terrasse ++++++ : la qualité et saveur du restaurant de l'hôtel (petit déjeuner buffet à volonté et tout autre repas) Très bon emplacement pour visiter/randonner dans le parc naturel de Pulong Home Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine et sa vue incroyable

Pensez à prendre du liquide avec vous car impossible de trouver un distributeur là bas

Globalement, établissement très bien personnel, très gentil. Je recommande très belle vue, très beau Lodges.

Trop d’insectes à l’intérieur du Lodge, mais en même temps on est en pleine nature donc normal, mais j’avoue que la chambre n’est pas bien isolé. Je me dis que c’est pas totalement normal qu’il y ait autant d’insectes dans la chambre. Malgré la moustiquaire Arrivée un petit peu compliqué à cause des routes fracassée. Un peu déçu du petit déjeuner car on s’attendait vraiment quelque chose d’exceptionnel par rapport aux commentaires.

Atmosphere and staff was beyond exceptional!

There was nothing not to like. Our stay was perfect and exceeded our expectations!

Ce resort est tout simplement exceptionnel. Il est à flanc de montagne, dans un paysage luxuriant, avec une vue époustouflante sur la vallée faite de rizières et les autres montagnes alentour. Cette vue à couper le souffle, nous l'avions également de la terrasse de notre chambre, inoubliable ! Nous vous conseillons de faire la randonnée (plus ou moins longue selon votre choix) que l'on vous propose avec un guide local ; c'est le meilleur moyen de découvrir les plus beaux endroits de cette vallée mais aussi les plus traditionnels. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et les plats du restaurants sont excellents. Comme souvent au Vietnam, le personnel est disponible et efficace afin que passiez un excellent séjour.

Well located, astonishing views of the rice terraces, the resort is surrounded by and actually is floating in nature. Beautiful rooms, extremely helpful staff. Brilliant day tours with local guides. The restaurant is good, food is tasty and fresh.

La vue est magnifique, le personnel est adorable et les chambres sont spatieuses. Ils m’ont même préparé le petit dej en avance car je partais plus tôt!

C’est davantage une auberge de luxe qu’un hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n’est servi que de 7 à 8h30 et le resto ferme à 20h (un peu short quand même 😅) et ma chambre bien que très jolie, avait des espaces immenses entre les portes donc, moi qui ne suit pas très à l’aise avec les insectes, c’était un gros stress. Je pense également qu’il devait avoir des termites puisque j’avais de la sciure fine de bois tous les jours par terre. Pas de coffre ni de mini frigo.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le côté Robinson crusoé les chambres sont mêlées dans la nature verdoyante. Un univers très reposant dommage je n'y ai passé que une nuit...

Tout : le cadre idyllique : un havre de paix dans une nature luxuriante. Vues magnifiques sur les rizières, le calme et une excellente literie. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec balcon qui donnait sur les montagnes et les rizières. Et que dire du personnel : d'une gentillesse absolue et toujours souriant et de bons conseils. C'est une adresse qu'il faut absolument garder.

Tout était parfait

Struttura bellissima, camera ampia, bagno molto bello e pulito, ogni bungalow ha il proprio spazio esterno con le poltroncine. Non tutte con vista risaie ma comunque in mezzo al verde. Bella la piscina. Colazione buonissima a buffet. La proprietaria molto disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato con lei il transfer da Tam Coc (400.000 VND) e anche per Hanoi allo stesso prezzo, buono rispetto a quelli online. Leggermente più alto il costo della stanza e del ristorante rispetto ad altre zone ma ne è valsa la pena. Ristorante molto buono, spettacolari i noodles! Ci hanno preparato la cena alle 21 anche se il ristorante era già chiuso. Staff davvero disponibile. Bellissima anche l'escursione organizzata.

The staff were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met, the views were amazing, the pool was refreshing and beautiful, the food was delicious, and our room was perfect. Overall, one of the greatest experiences we’ve had. Both of the front desk workers were so kind, welcoming, attentive, and funny and made our time at Puluong home very memorable. It was a perfect week.

The eco pod I stayed in was very comfortable and there are rice paddies right out the front of them. The swimming pool is set in such a picturesque location with the rice paddies and mountains surrounding it. The food was good and the value for money extremely good for the whole experience I’d recommend it for the serenity and for the views.

- Super hôtel situé dans un endroit calme de Pù Luông, avec une vue à couper le souffle, entre rizières et montagnes - Espaces communs accueillants et agréables, qu'il s'agisse de la piscine ou du restaurant - Bungalow lumineux et joliment aménagé (tout le mobilier est fait à la main) - Lit spacieux et très confortable - Restaurant un peu cher pour le Vietnam (6€-8€ le plat), mais les plats sont délicieux et les portions très généreuses - Équipe très accueillante et aux petits soins

Il manquerait simplement un réfrigérateur dans les bungalows, autrement, tout est parfait !

The bugs in the room, the struggling aircon, the overpriced average food

The property is lush and green and so so beautiful! I felt like I was truly nestled in the jungle with a fantastic view of the terraced rice fields right off the front balcony. The location was perfect for daily walks around the area - with absolutely incredible views. Small villages were just a 20 minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and made the most of my stay in Pu Luong. They organized a special tour for me and talked with me about the options in the area. From the moment I stepped onto the property they were attentive and so helpful. The food and breakfast was also fantastic. If you're looking for a relaxing location nestled amongst beautiful jungle gardens, this is the place. You won't regret it, this is the one you're looking for.

les photos sur booking n ont pas ete actualisees, pas tres representatives de la realite, d ou une deconvenue a l arrivee dans la chambre et au lever du jour. sans parler des travaux en cours, nulle information a ce sujet auparavant.

Everything!! Beautiful peaceful location. Wooden bungalows fitting into the nature, the terrace just above beautiful rice paddies being worked by the local farmers. I could sit in the balcony and watch the view all day. The bed was big and comfortable the shower perfect the size of the room was great, everything was super clean. Reception and the service were above and beyond and the food at the restaurant was top Notch. The whole facility was beautiful and peaceful and the swimming pool was a dream.

This was me and my husbands favorite stay in Vietnam. The staff was so friendly, the food was wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable with the most gorgeous views! We got here so early in the morning, about 6am, way before our room was ready. We were super tired from traveling in the middle of the night and they allowed us to take naps in their dorm room which they cleaned especially for us. It was the sweetest most thoughtful thing and we appreciated it so much! They also booked us massages in a nearby spa which was so nice, and loved the motorbike ride to and from because the views were stunning. Absolutely worth booking this stay and traveling out to Pu Luong.

I had a hard time getting into contact with this hotel prior to my visit at first, so I was a little nervous. But about 2 weeks before our visit I finally was able to connect and we got our travel arrangements made so it obviously worked out fine.
