Check Inn Hotel

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and well-located.

I missed having a mini-fridge to store water, soda, etc.

Friends and I participated in the 21.1km Gunrun, so the check-in hotel was prime location, being so close to the start line. Place was presentable, clean, and has all the amenities. Please be aware that it is advertised that you get reserved parking, but this is not the case. Many of us parked on the street or nearby and got fines for illegal parking.

Location is very good, close to multiple areas Clean and Tidy room that just good enough to sleep in Free Wifi with fast network speeds

Very Small bathroom, not made for big people No Kettle with Coffee/Tee to make a cup of coffee or tea No small fridge to keep water cold or other items cold

Cleaness

Tudo foi prefeito

Para ser sincera não tenho nenhuma coisa que eu não tenha gostado.

Location

Very clean, staff friendly

I would have loved a kettle in my room.

Great location near the stadium. Rooms are small but adequate for a 1-2 night stay if all you want is a place to stay while you explore the city. Close to the stadium and a safe walk to/from game.

Room are clean. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff

The tv's do not play a lot of sports channels and some of the few channels set on the tv's are poor quality. I see prices went up. At least install smart tv's so we can setup dstv streaming and watch netflix movies since some rooms dont have the facilities.

Extremely neat and a very comfortable bed , my room faced onto the stadium, great view.

The location is fantastic!

The fact that they advertise on site parking, but it is extremely limited. I traveled with a group 8. None of us had parking.

I booked the room whilst outside the hotel entered and first impression from the lady was very poor why didnt you book directly vs booking dot.com the security passage made me terribly uncomfortable i asked to view the room and it was walking up three flights of stays the bed matress was flat there was barely any walking space just to lay down on the bed i asked for help with luggage and was told no help was available i asked for some assistance eventhough there was visble staff.I shared my honest feddback about the security and entrance third floor without staff assistance and lastly how the several no mam replies made me regret the booking the outside vs inside was totally misleading.

I cancelled 10 minutes after booking and yet was told booking dot.com indication if waiver didnt apply because the money wasnt reflecting.

Everything was nice

That my stay was short

The cleanliness and customer service

Wish there had been a kettle with 2 cups ( don't mind bringing own tea/coffee sugar and milk)

Convenient location Friendly and helpful staff Excellent value for money

Localização excelente e um ótimo custo benefício. Roupas de cama 100% algodão. Tem garagem caso esteja de carro. Restaurantes, bares, padaria próximos. Cama tamanho bom quarto 131. Recomendo Giovanni delicatessen.

Se tiver algum hóspede fumante, o que é proibido, pode sentir cheiro de cigarro no seu quarto. Não é culpa do hotel, mas aconteceu conosco... Isolamento acústico é um pouco ruim, mas no geral nota 7.

Great place, Fantastic location ! Very clean and friendly personnell

TV not working good, not clear view Room very small -no place for suitcase

. Place is clean and the staff is very helpful. Keep it up.

ix the tv's especially the ones in the rooms that we are paying higher fees for. Sometimes you want to come in relax and watch sport only to find out some tv's do not play well

Everything about the stay.. it was extremely nice.

There were no shower doors, and toilet brushes

Nice place

Toilet area to small

نظيف،20 دقيقه مشي من الووترفرنت

Location, affordable

Our friends had a tiny room compared to ours

The room was neat and clean. The bed size was nice and pillows comfortable. I had hot water to bath. The feeling of being safe was great.

I could not have the TV, the remote was not working, the shower was too small. The neighbours noise was disturbing it must be the walls or bed arrangement, but i could hear all their conversations and activities. No lifts.

Friendly staff and comfortable facilities. Best place to stay for rugby after a match at DHL

The few parking spots

Elgreat client Service

Tv channels limited and wifi signal slow

The location. Room was very small, but clean and bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom extremely small and uncomfortable. Parking is limited. No elevators available for elderly.

The facilities are good for what it is. The location is great and it is good value for money.

The parking is not enough. There is probably space for 12 cars at the reception area, which is the only parking for the hotel. We had to park on the side walk.

Though it is small, it is neat, tidy and very comfortable for a quick overnight stay or even just for sleeping if you are exploring the surroundings during the day.

Toilet area is very small, not for big built people. Would be nice if they can accommodate children. An extra small table would be useful.

I just felt it could include the breakfast! But overall very nice place, friendly staff, room in conditions and attractions near

The location of the place is excellent

The rooms are a bit too small but manageable

Good stay for rugby at DHL

Lot of noisy people to affect your night sleep

Close to stadium and staff were exceptional

Lack of safe parking

Neatness of the room.

Weak tv signal, No brush for the toilet Too soft pillows

Location

Limited parking. Get there early

La ubicación, relación calidad-precio, la limpieza

Habitaciones pequeñas

Stanza piccola, ma pulita. Ottima posizione per arrivare a Waterfront. Va benissimo per soggiorni brevi.

Il bagno è veramente piccolo

The overall cleanliness and modern rooms.

The only issue I was concerned over was to park on the sidewalk. But security did a nice work by checking that everything is fine with the vehicle.

Place is very clean with friendly staff.

Add more channels on tv especially sport and fix tv signal.

I liked the size of the room and location of the hotel.

I didn't like that the pillows was to thin and blankets was to little.

It was everything i expected and what the photos showed

The parking is limited and VERY tight - 1st come 1st serve - i ended up parking outside on the sidewalk

Maybe a restaurant again for breakfast.

Felt like family since we walked in the doors!

Nothing everything was perfek.

I love the welcoming at reception...from the security. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Perfect location

Everything i wanted and needed

The parking is a little tight tight

Staff

No lift

Clean, friendly staff LOVED the late check-out time

Small bathroom but it was okay You could add more channels to the tv

The location was perfect for my stay and I'll definitely book again. The lady and a gentleman at the reception were so kind and helpful.

Nothing

No kettle, no microwave in the units. Obviously no courtesy coffee, tea or sugar items.

Closeness to facilities and transport.

The place is calm and peaceful

We didn't have breakfast, location was okay.

The rooms are too small

Location

Pillows

Great location!

Of the four rooms we booked, three were robbed by the staff; money and small items that had been left behind—and hidden—were taken. After reporting the incident, we received absolutely no cooperation from the owner; the matter was completely ignored. I do not recommend this place; I suggest choosing a different property. Totalne ignorowanie sprawy. Nie polecam proponuję wybrać inny obiekt.

The location and friendly staff. Easy access and parking inside the perimeter, park guard. Not so easy in that area.

It is an older building and a bit small, nothing they can change. They made a good job.

Great location — close to everything I needed.

Unfortunately, this was the second time towels were taken during servicing and not replaced, which was disappointing.

The location is good, you can walk to anything you need and Uber to any tourist Destination. There are vending machines with essentials on the base floor. Overall, despite the next section, it was a good stay :) It's a hotel for sleeping, spend your day exploring. Storage space under the bed is good too!

I had some concerns about cleanliness. After refreshing the bed and towels rvery day (great staff btw) they put this little cardboard/plastic (?) Triangle on the pillow to signify it has been cleaned. The triangle itself is not cleaned and based on how it looked when I arrived it's not cleaned between guests either. Putting dirty dusty cardboard on clean sheets is so weird. The floor is carpeted, so i wore slippers inside as those are hard to keep clean. The shower was clean! But quite hard to keep dry because there's no curtain, also no space to put any toiletries inside. The bathroom is fine since the hotel was comparatively cheap, but the triangle really is gross. Same with the purple fabric they put on the bed to show it has been made. The bed itself was clean though!!

We had an amazing time from start to end. We celebrated my best friend birthday and the receptionist Lulu was just so helpful and accommodating.

No issues.

miss the availability of the Breakfast room you use to have as well as the parking at the back- My rental got scuffed in the tight parking in the front by some guest or the other. but parking is a CTN issue I'm aware

Clean, accessible and warm welcoming staff

Cold floor on the bathrooms,no stepping mats on the toilet floor

Water problem on top rooms u can't bath properly u have to lean on the wall to get those little drops of water

Advertise 1 parking available then have to stop across the street

Té totes les comoditats necessàries per un preu molt econòmic.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Lack of a chair in the room.

Excellent location and excellent value for money. Room is comfotable, although very small.

Parking is an issue, lots of noise early in the morning. Light entering the room (window blinds are not blocking this fully).

Limpeza impecável

Nada. Tudo bom.

.

.

The accommodation it's normal standard value for money compared to other hotels

They must improve to have a lift They must also try to have space to provide breakfast They must have iron, microwave and kettle at the room even a bar fridge

The facility cleanliness

Did not get the room I paid for, plus the TV oops was a mission using it. Local channels only available.

This is basic, but basic can sometimes be enough. Excellent staff, spotless room, comfortable bed, excellent WiFi, great shower, peaceful sleep. Very reasonably priced with secure parking....and Aircon. A sure come back from us

Nothing negative, just be aware that there are no lifts and no kettle or bar fridge in the room. For the price you pay, this seems to be no concern.
