Le nombre de pèlerins a largement augmenté AlhamdouliLlah mais, les queues pour monter dans les bus pour aller au Haram et revenir est vraiment épuisant. Celui qui n’a pas de force devrait chercher un autre endroit. Le point le plus négatif est, tous ses vendeurs qui envahissent les trottoirs à tel point qu’on ne peut même pas rentrer à l’hôtel avec facilité, dommage.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Fuimos un grupo grande, unas 14 personas. Teníamos reservadas tres habitaciones, todo muy bien y limpio. Tuvimos un problema de conteo de personas, habíamos reservado para 13 personas, y nos resolvieron el problema de una forma muy profesional y cercana, lo agradecemos mucho. También, la ubicación es excelente, para el precio que tiene me parece estupendo.
En lo que podría mejorar es la conexión a internet, en las primeras plantas la conexión es buena, pero cada vez más arriba peor. Todo lo otro excelente.

Başta resepsiyon hiç güzel değil davranışı Odalar temiz değil sigara içilmiş kötü kokuyor Lavabolar banyo hiç temizlik görmemiş Aynı zaman da görünen oda değil tam tersi arka oda veriyor otel çok eski ve bakım görmemiş.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel its not even worth of 1 star Everything was soo bad Staff was soo rude, Ac was not working we called Ac services guy and he was so rude he started misbehaving with my father wifi was not working Bedsheet was not changed the smell was bad bathroom was not even cleaned They don’t provide parking Worst experience ever waste of money

The frond desk customer services was very very bad. Other staffs was non professional, room services was bad. In the room was bad smells we couldn’t sleep even. It's reall a bad experience in my life.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026I stayed at Nozul Al Rawda EX Al Aqeeq Al Rawda from 19 to 23 August 2026, and it was a great experience. The price is very reasonable for its star rating. Our room was perfect for two people, and it was clean. From there, it is just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Masjid Nabawi. I will definitely stay here again for my future Umrah trips!
