Have been a few times, this visit coincided with a motor-show in the open lot next to the hotel which went on very and was very noisy. They should have booked us in rooms on the opposite end of the building as it was disturbing.

Very noise Aircon - too noisy to leave on at night which then mean the room was hot. No lift - not ideal if you have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD THE PROBLEM IS THE WALLS IS VERY THIN SOU YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. ALSO THE NOISE FROM OUTSIDE WAS BAD. I KNOW THERE WAS A BIG SHOW BUT THE MUSIC WAS VERY LOUD BECAUSE THE INSULATION ON THE WINDOWS IS POOR SO ALL NOISE FROM OUTSIDE AFFECT YOUR SLEEP

Aircon in one room was noisy and it did make sleep a pain as one could not leave the window open due to noise outside. choice was a pillow over the head or get room cool, and wake up hot... they were super busy so did not stress reporting it and sucked it up... still a good stay!

The noise of racing cars and motorbikes on the nearby main road at night. Overall we enjoyed the hotel. There is no lift, so be prepared for stairs.

No direct access to hotel from parking garage. No lifts- opt for ground floor, if possible, as there are no porters. One bizarre thing - the classic photo of Marilyn Monroe was hung upside down on the room wall. Not sure if someone's just trying to be quirky ?

So close to all the restaurants and theaters and the bird park. Within very close walking distance. The beds were soooo comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

Bruit, personnel rigide et peu enclin a trouver des solutions, musique de l'hôtel toute la nuit audible dans les chambres, lit très petit, lit double de 120 cm (taille non standard), fenêtre qui se ferment mal, Chambre proposée a deux reprises collée a la cage d'escalier (aucune alternative selon le personnel), pas d'ascenseur (voyage avec bébé / poussette), bref je ne recommande pas.

That fact that there was a car show on, right next to the hotel, our room was located right on the end closest to the car show that went on late into the nite, the entire day we had to endure revving engines, music so loud that the windows vibrated, the room shook and this until late at nite. We came just to have a nite away from home and a date nite out at monte. Wgich rather ended up being a waste of money staying here. We were both so over it. The next morning we just packed up early and rather left. The management need to consider paying guests that stay at the hotel with shows like this. It was a waste of money and a terrible date nite away.

No mini fridge in room (I needed this for medication that had to be kept cool). Using ice buckets for that purpose is not ideal but staff were helpful to at least offer that. Noisy with people up and down the corridors late at night (I suppose that's normal given the location) Very late cleaning of room (after 1 pm) No lift! Had to lug heavy bags up stairs. Staff helped but make sure to stay on ground level if you cannot climb stairs. No breakfast or restaurant on site but obviously plenty of places to eat in Monte

There wasn't any lifts- to drag your suitcase up and down stairs was challenging. The rooms were abit small than anticipated but functional.

Stairs, no lift. You have to walk from the parking and drag your bag. No bar or restaurant on site - very over priced “coffee” cart. No choice but to buy there as they don’t even provide water.

A short walk with great security and safety to main Montecasino buildings where there is entertainment, great restaurants, movies and so much more. The whole vibe of the Montecasino complex is super. And there is safe, secure under covered parking.

ROoms were not ready at 2pm, check in time. Was thereafter booked in on the 2nd floor, no elevators so had to walk. 2 FLIGHTDLS of stairs.. The room stank , smelled v badly... like the cleaner barely finished cleaning as we walked in.
