The room did not have a window and there was an overpowering smell emanating from the bathroom. The room was the size of the bed

To be honest, I absolutely love the bathroom floor. It looks just like a 5-star hotel.

​The room is far too small to justify the price. Additionally, the door doesn't lock, which poses a serious privacy and security issue.

Lucky the receptionist so kind and sweet..that 3 girls (2 wearing hijab and 1 free hair)..and the room is clean

Alot! 1) The shower head broken (both the big and small shower)..the big one totally cannot use..the small one you have to hold the small handshower (the holder already broken) when you shower..so annoying! 2) I didn't sleep well because the door cannot lock from inside..can only use that chain to lock..asked the receptionist the door can't lock from inside then they said oh ya but nobody can enter the room only who have the card can enter the room..but still of course the staff or housekeeping have the extra card right?! Anything can happen! Totally not safe! 3) The mirror..okay fine its behind the door but atleast put light near the mirror..totally dark i can't see anything! 4) Not a safe area..stray dogs infront of the hotel..called the hotel asked them because im too afraid to walk to the hotel from my car..she said oh the dog won't do anything..not helping! I have to wait about 10 minutes in the car..to wait until the stray dog go far away Will i come back again to stay here? NO! I used to stay at way more cheaper than this hotel with the facilities way better than this..so not worth it!

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. There's also an elevator to get to all levels. Parking is also available around the area, and the staff was helpful enough to tell me what app to download and use and how to pay for the parking (parking rates apply from 8am onwards). There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Close to train and ferry terminal. 5 mins. in taxi. On Google Maps appears you can walk which we would strongly advise against. Couple of restaurants close by. For an overnight stay for train in morning good option. Small room, clean facilities.

Cleanliness & near beach

Water very small, take long time to shower and every night cant sleep because very very noisy of other room guess, then every room door close time is very loud till let earthquake pls upgrade your hotel room door, and also the tv cant play at all.

I like that there was someone at the front desk at all times. So checking out early was no hassle. There was someone to answer all our queries. The rooms although small, were clean and sufficient.

There needs to be extra towel or foot mat at toilet entrance. The location is walkable from the station but not safe because of the big roads. So better to get grab.

Very small rooms. Very difficult to stay for 2 people. Bathroom are smaller and many holes with towel gave us. I cannot imagine how to live that small room. As we spouse to catch the train next morning we stayed

Small rooms. No any space keep stuff any racks or drawers. Even 2 people cannot pass ech other. Dirty towels. So surround area to eat finally we walked and found the Chinese food restaurant very quite at the night

There is like a bad smell from the sewerage system at Ground Floor. You have to seriously look into this matter. I was upset once entered the premise.
