Rumah luas, bilik tidur luas dan kemudahan keseluruhan ok sangat. Rumah juga bersih. Parkir juga luas dan selesa. Secara keseluruhan, homestay ini Okay dan puas hati.

Bilik air Okay, cuma perlu tambah baik dari segi sabun mandi, selipar perlu disediakan.

Every time I come to Penang, I always book a stay at Woodsbury because it’s beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Even though I get a different unit every time, each one is always cozy, neat, and well-maintained.

There were a few positive aspects. The TV had Astro channels and a good selection of newer movies to watch, which was enjoyable. The home appliances, including the washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave, were also in good working condition and worked well throughout the stay..

Overall, the stay was not as pleasant as I expected, and unfortunately, I don’t feel it was worth the money I paid. There were several issues that affected my overall experience. The bathroom was not properly clean, and the body wash provided was of low quality and had an unpleasant smell. The house itself was also quite dirty and did not feel as clean or well-maintained as expected. Additionally, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, which made it difficult to have a good and restful sleep during the stay. Due to these cleanliness and quality issues, I did not have a particularly pleasant stay. Considering the overall condition of the property and the amenities provided, I would not say that the experience was worth the price I paid. I hope the management will pay more attention to cleanliness and improve the quality of the amenities to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guests.

House was very dusty. Pillow was the night mare disaster. Cannot sleep for the 3 night as the pillow was so bad thin and bad shape. Requested to replace from the owner but was not entertained. Owner did not fullfil the request. Stay was just an so so. Atleast could have provide a better pillow.

The house very clean , fully with aircond, got electric rice cooker, microwave and strategic location near to econsave and many food shop nearby. Easy to checkin & checkout and owner very friendly and fast response on WhatsApp chat. I like the location cause I travel with my family , easy to find food and groceries.

Had a great stay! The homestay was clean, comfortable. The check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient, and the facilities（swimming pool）provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this homestay to anyone visiting the area.

the cleaniness, theres hair buildup at the corner of the rooms. Slightly dusty at places. i guess the cleaning team didnt do a good job. one room ceiling fan not working but the kept a stand fan. Those working ceilling fan do not have remote to adjust speed. But then again i believe what you pay is what you get.

The unit was comfortable and clean and is located in a nice surrounding where it is convenient for me. The owner is very helpful and response fast to my queries. I like the facts that it makes me feels like home.

Just some suggestions: 1) Provide a complete basic utensils for cooking like cutting knife and dish dryer tray. No need for fancy one. 2) Replace one of the existing plastic chair as it's a bit woobly. 3) Provide extra garbage plastic bag for users conveniences. 4) If can, change the mattresses. It's a bit too hard for the queens bed.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this unit. The experience was far below expectations, especially considering we paid almost RM260 for the room. When we entered the unit, there was an unpleasant smell. The air conditioners appeared old and were not functioning properly. Even after running them for hours, the room never became cool, and we ended up sweating throughout the night. The cleanliness was also unsatisfactory. The floor felt sticky, as though it had not been cleaned properly. The toilet had a bad smell, making the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the water heater was not working at all, forcing us to take cold showers. Overall, the condition of the room did not match the price paid. We expected a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately received the opposite. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the units.

The homestay not in good condition, air conditioning not working properly, bedroom and mattress so smelly, entire house smelly, socket got electric leakage, bathroom not clean. Already informed owner, didn't respond properly and didn't take necessary action for solve this problem. We paid around RM700 for this homestay, and we are quite disappointed with the condition of the unit. Two of the rooms do not have ceiling fans, and the air conditioners are not functioning properly. We checked in at around 3:30 PM, but the rooms are still very hot and uncomfortable. In one of the rooms, the iron is faulty. It gave an electric shock when plugged in and does not work at all. The table fan provided is also damaged and has very weak speed. We have only been here for a short time, yet we are already facing multiple issues. We understand that the accommodation may be budget-friendly, but since we have paid for it, we expect the facilities to be in proper working condition and worth the amount charged. We would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved today. As customers, we hope to receive assistance and a prompt response regarding these issues. If these concerns continue to be ignored or if we do not receive any response, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the management. Thank you.

The place made us feel comfortable around. We had one elderly person and the place was really comfortable for them too. Some places were close to these residence's, it was easier to reach and get some needs within time.

It would be appreciated if the 1st room's aircond was well fixed. The aircond is dripping in the night after prolonged use. And unfortunately the 2nd room bathroom door was locked and made us only use the main door. Since we had an elderly person with us, it was uncomfortable to walk all the way to the hall to use the bathroom. Some areas need improvement in cleanliness.

Tempat selesa luas wifi laju kelengkapan semua selesa cuma tandas je ada satu, yg lain semua okay sesuai untuk percutian bersama keluarga

Few things: 1. AC had issues in all the rooms. It was auto shutting off despite switching off the timer. The AC is also not cold (needs servicing) 2. The sofa and the beds are quite dirty. Stains were visible 3. We also had issue with insect infestation. Rove beetle and one of the bed had mites. My nephew had bite marks on his body.

Sepanjang travel kali pertama pergi hotel dapat katil macam kawah,xselesa tidur,ia lekuk ke dalam. Dan tempat ni tak bebas dari perokok..🥲 pergi kolam,ada yang merokok bau asap xselesa,untuk mereka yang masih ada anak kecil say no.

The towels had an unpleasant smell, which gave the impression that cleanliness checks were not properly carried out by the staff. More attention to housekeeping quality control would greatly improve the overall experience. All four towels provided smelled like sour socks, as if they hadn’t been washed properly with detergent. Luckily I brought my own towel because I couldn’t use the towels provided. The house also had ants and cockroaches, and the cleanliness seemed lacking. This is actually my second time staying here, although in a different unit. I chose this place again because my previous experience was better, but unfortunately this stay was very disappointing.
