Reviewed Aug 23, 2026🚫🚫🚫 Arrivati in città verso le 16h il GPS non funzionava bene abbiamo chiamato per avere informazioni 1ora e 30mn ma mai una risposta.trovato il posto la reception vuota una persona che dormiva sul divano chiamò la receptionist che dormiva a sua volta arrivata dopo 10mn . Alla domanda come mai una struttura non risponde al telefono messo su booking la signora disse che il proprietario non vuole e quindi c'è solo il suo cellulare.. passata l'irritazione facciamo il check-in e chiediamo scusa alla receptionist per l'irritazione visto che come diceva lei non era colpa sua. Ma uscendo dalla stanza dopo 20 mn VENIAMO AGGRIDITI IN UMA MANIERA VERFOGNOSA.. INSULTATI CON PAROLE OFFENSIVE DI BASSO LIVELLO ........(Senza avere un minimo di RISPETTO per gli altri OSPITI SUOI) CHIAMAMMO LA POLIZIA ARRIVATA SUL POSTO...NEL FRATTEMPO ABBIAMO PRENOTATO UN ALTRO RAID.. LA POLIZIA CHIEDE DI RIMBORSARCI LA risposta fu.. non si può perché la prenotazione era non rimborsabile 📛📛📛 IL TIZIO È NOTO IN TUTTA LA CITTÀ PER LA SUA GRANDE MALEDUCAZIONE 📛📛📛 Faccio decine e decine di prenotazioni l'anno anche per lavoro su booking MAI AVUTO PROBLEMI (questa volta non ho controllato bene le recensioni) 📛EVITATE QUESTO POSTO GENTE 📛

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Al personal le costó encontrar nuestra reserva y nos dió una habitación que no era la nuestra (éramos 4 y nos dió una de 3), luego vino una familia y nos quería cambiar a otra habitacion más pequeña (y usada) con solo una cama, ademas nos pidió el pasaporte a las 12 de la noche despertando a la familia. A parte nos salió un sarpullido en la piel después de dormir allí.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location was excellent and right next to the Medina. The staff was very kind, professional and helpful. I had a small issue with my room initially and the receptionist was very professional in handling the situation and offered a replacement room.
The noise from the main street can get a bit loud sometimes.

V pokoji byla celkem zima, ale požádaly jsme o další deku a bylo nám vyhověno. Stále zde probíhá rekonstrukce, takže se rány ozývají v celém prostoru, ale v noci je klid.

Reviewed May 10, 2026The owner was very good. We didn't like our room and requested him to change and they gave us a new room which was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal and a really nice restaurant next to it.
The room we booked looked nice in pictures but it was not really comfortable especially the bed and toilet. There was noise until night.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Habitación triple confort con ducha parece un palacio. Preciosa y súper amplia y con mucha luz. Con suficientes mantas para no pasar frío (y yo soy hiper friolera). Justo en la puerta norte de la entrada de la medina. Mucho mejor que en las fotos y la habitación incluye no solo ducha sino wc. Terraza en la azotea donde tomar el sol y zonas comunes con encanto para descansar
La manguera de la ducha no funcionaba, por lo que debías llenar un cubo con el grifo de la ducha para tirártelo por la cabeza

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026El check in era hasta las 23:30.LLegamos como a las 12:39 porque tuvimos un incidiente en la carretera con el coche.Con ayuda de un transeúnte que se prestó a ayudarnos, llamó al hotel, despertó al propietario y este muy amablemente nos atendió y nos proporcionó las habitaciones junto con mantas adicionales, un 10 a la atención. No se me olvidará.

No me gustó nada el frío que hacía dentro de la habitación. Los sofa-camas eran estrechas y demasiado duras. Y además estaban pegadas a la pared que estaba congelada. Era una habitación para dos, no para 4 personas que es lo que pagamos. El baño bastante cutre también.

Very very very very cold room ( colder than the street and additional blankets didn't help) ! No hot ( and warm) water at all. The caretaker of the hostel ( an old man) kept bringing his dog to the hostel and he was loudly talking at the lounge till midnight. His dog was also barking all the time. Avoid Deluxe Double Room with Shower as it is exactly opposite the lounge !
