Uma das piores experiências que tive, era inacreditável o barulho de algum tipo de motor que a cada meia hora ficava fazendo durante uns 5 minutos, o barulho era muito alto, impossível dormir.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026O atendimento das senhoras responsáveis pelo Hotel é muito atencioso. São umas queridas. O café da manhã é ótimo e os quartos são bem limpos com camas confortáveis.
O hotel não possui uma boa acústica. Se for se hospedar, prefira os quartos dos andares de cima. Ficamos em um quarto no térreo e ouvimos toda a movimentação dos hospedados acima.

Three nights with broken sleep from 10pm until 7am morning with noisy plumbing like being on an aeroplane or in an mri machine....had to cover head with a pillow multiple times. .. they need to sort out the problem. Theere is no lit sign at night and strange street numbering ...spent more than 30mins trying to find it one night..could not recommend staying there if you want quiet night of sleep.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Lindas instalaciones, limpio, muy buena ubicación al centro del pueblo. Desayunos inician mucho antes de los tours de las agencias por lo cual te permite ir desayunado a las actividades.
Mi habitación estaba al lado de la carretera principal por lo cual era un poco bullicioso.

Achei o café da manhã bem simples, com poucas opções. Não acho tão relevante mas o quarto possui apenas 1 cartão para entrada, o que pode atrapalhar às vezes.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The location is very central in Puerto Natales with shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. The beds were comfortable and although it was very cold outside, the rooms were very warm. We could get an early breakfast to go on a day tour. There is a laundry service at the hotel.
There were renovation works ongoing in a room close by with noise and chemical smell during the day. The rooms are quite noisy; I could hear people walking in the room above and snorring of other guests at night.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel qui essaie toujours de répondre au mieux à nos demandes malgré les problèmes de langue. Le petit déjeuner complet. L’espace avec grande baie vitrée à l’étage pour se détendre au soleil.
Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue causant un peu de bruit. La salle du petit déjeuner où il ne faisait pas très chaud (séjour en juillet)

Nos encantó la decoración del lugar, la habitación impecable, muy limpia y aromatizada, además de la excelente atención durante el desayuno buffet. Importante! todo queda cerca. Una experiencia muy cálida y agradable. ¡Volveremos!

We booked the most expensive apartment in this hotel, but there were quite few problems over there. First of all and the most disappointing that there was no hot water, and we had to shower in different rooms all the times after all day of hiking. Then there was this bad smell coming from the toilet which spread all over the apartment, and finally the curtains didn’t work properly in the main bedroom and we had to sleep with all the light coming from the street, and there was a lot of it. So it’s not worth its money, the apartment is nice but needs updates. It’s disappointing that we paid three times more for the apartment comparing to other places, and couldn’t get the basics. all the personnel was very nice and helpful though.
