Ótima localização, a senhora Lucy é muito simpática e prestativa. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza nota 10, quarto muito bom, banheiro também.

We had a great stay at Casa Lucy! We stayed here before and after doing the W Trek. Lucy made us feel right at home, and we were able to keep our luggage there while we were hiking. Lucy even made sure we had breakfast early the morning before we left for our hike. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfy! It is also located less than 10 minutes from the bus stop, so we were able to walk there to get our bus into to Torres del Paine. Also in walking distance of the center of town where all the shops and restaurants are. Overall an excellent place to stay as a base for visiting Torres del Paine!

Lucy is such a wonderful host! Beautifully and comfortably appointed hotel with a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. Staying at Casa Lucy felt like being home. Could not recommend more!

The owner is very warm and welcoming. She made our stays very pleasant. The location is convenient to downtown and the bus station.

En general todo muy bien. Se debe caminar con seguridad unas 8 calles para ir a los mejores restaurantes de la zona y al centro de Puerto Natales.

TdPの前泊＆後泊で利用しました。TdPにいる間は荷物を預かってくれ、戻ってきたら、既に新しい部屋に荷物が置いてあったのがとても有り難かったです。 でも、この宿の一番いい所は、Lucyのホスピタリティです。TdP以外の予定の相談にも乗ってくれましたし、早い時間の朝食にも対応してくれました。 朝食は充分な量で、複数のフルーツの他におやつ（プロテインバーなところが客層をわかっている）があったのも良かったです。 宿の内装もアットホームな感じで、部屋も広いし暖かいし居心地が良かったです。 ¡Gracías!

Very friendly and helpful host, even allowed us to leave stuff for free while we were away, and made a breakfast package for us. The room was also big, clean, and bed was great. Only good things!

Lucy is great! Breakfast at any time you want and we could leave our bags during our time in Torres del Paine.

Quiet location, but only a short walk from town centre. The owner and her husband were very attentive and pleasant. The room was large and bed comfortable, with powerful showers. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and lovely scrambled eggs

Very clean and comfortable room and breakfast area. Despite the language barrier Lucy is always very attentative and ready to help with a smile! We are staying there again after our time in the national park!

Room was immaculate and the owner could not have been more accommodating. It was a bit of a walk from the center of town, but it gave us the chance to see some of the Puerto Natales neighborhoods that we would have otherwise not seen. This room far exceeded my expectations for how large and how tastefully decorated it was. Also, it had a great shower

Lucy is so kind, accommodating, and communicative. The B&B is cozy and clean; the room we stayed in was quite large. The stay is an easy 7-minute walk to the bus station and Lucy even let us store our bags for a few days while hiking. There's an option for breakfast as early as 6AM, which is perfect for catching the 7AM bus to Torres Del Paine. 100000% recommend if you're in PN to visit or to hike!

We stayed here for one night on each end of the W Trek. The hospitality was great, the host was very friendly, provided a nice breakfast (and you're able to pick the time) and also helped us call a taxi to take to the airport on the last morning. We left our bags here for 4 nights while we did the trek and they were safe and waiting for us in our room when we got back. Convenient location, 10 minute walk from the main bus station.

Lucy made us feel as if we were guests in her home.

Lucy was fantastic helping us with a place to do laundry, rent gear for trekking and printing documents. Awesome.

We stayed 5 nights and were sad to leave. We were welcomed by the owner, Dona Lucy and she explained how to gain access to the property and showed us our room. The room was extremely clean, the bed and linens very comfortable and the room very roomy. Upon return every afternoon or night, we were asked what time we wanted breakfast. We were always offered our choice of eggs. We had bread and a toaster at our table, along with yogurt, juice, tea/coffee, cheese, ham and cereal was available. We hated leaving and felt very much at home with a caring owner that ensured that we were comfortable and at home in her B&B.

Host charged my Visa card $1,041 It’s should have be $104 I could tell she noticed the mistake but she didn’t say anything to me So I checked my bank records and saw the mistake I asked her to cancel the transaction But she wouldn’t and she wanted to pay me in US dollars I was stuck with a large transaction fee Not a great experience I wouldn’t go back

Lucy was a fantastic host! The breakfast was the best we had in natales!

This is a lovely hotel, just ten minutes walk from the sea front. The owner has the heating on full, which is welcome as it's freezing outside, even in November. The breakfast is excellent and I really cannot fault the hotel. The room is a decent size with a comfy bed. There isn't a kettle in the room, which isn't uncommon in Chile, but would be a nice addition. Great value for money and a great place to stay.

Lucy's was one of the most welcoming houses throughout my South American trip. Aside from clean and comfortable bed and towels, spacious room and bathroom with excellent powerful hot shower, perfect location next to bus depot, the best of all is a nicest, and warmest host Lucy. She made me feel like I returned home and every day made sure I had ample breakfast in the morning before leaving the house, all bus tickets or tours in order, and a hot tea before going to sleep! I would never forget how she waited for me till very late at night to come back from the trek. In all my history of travelling all over the world, no host cared about their guests as much as Lucy. If I ever go back to Puerto Natales Lucy would be one of the main reasons to do so. Thank you, Lucy, for your hospitality! Tip: book all your activities with Lucy. I had pre-booked mine and still regret it. I should have listened to Lucy and would have had much better experience.

We stayed here before and after hiking the W and were able to leaved out luggage while we hike. The hotel is very clean and quiet and Lucy is a fabulous hostess. It’s very well located, can walk to the bus station and the center. The breakfast is great and we brought the protein bars with us in the hike.

Excellent place to stay in town. The owners were extremely nice people who always made sure everything was good. Also, the breakfast they offered each morning was delicious and plenty. Will definitely stay at Casa Lucy next time I visit!

Casa Lucy offered a great stay, with a generous and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and quite large. Lucy offered us help with anything we needed during our 4 day stay. We were able to walk around town and out to dinner right from our room, through nice neighborhoods. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Puerto Natales.

Fomos muito bem recebidos por Dona Lucy, sempre atenciosa, disposta a atender nossas necessidades. Local limpo, ótima localização, próximo à rodoviária, calefação ok, chuveiro muito bom e cama muito confortável. Café da manhã atendeu minhas expectativas. O diferencial é o atendimento.

The host was lovely . The location is close to the bus station so no taxi needed with heavy bags , also very close to a laundrette . Allowed us to store bags while doing the o trek and when we returned the big bags were in our room waiting for us so we could just sleep! Nice breakfast of toast / ham / cheese / eggs / juice / coffee / yoghurt etc . Maybe a bit further from town than other properties but it’s a small place so only a 20/15min walk , and also means the streets are quieter . Massive room which was nice when sorting out our O trek packing

Simple and clean. Lovely host. Good beds in warm rooms with good breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more. All family members happy after 5 day hike in Torres del Paine. Walking distance to restaurants and quiet at night. Recommend this one as one of better Chile stays.

Tout était parfait, à 10min de la station de bus. La literie est top, l’accueil parfait. Le petit déjeuner est complet, et peut être pris très tôt selon les horaires de bus. Les chambres sont encore mieux en vrai, super rapport qualité prix

Gostamos muito da experiência de ficarmos hospedados na Casa Lucy. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e recebe todos muito bem. O café da manhã era servido de acordo com o horário que nós precisássemos. A colchão é muito confortável e os lençóis e toalhas de excelente qualidade. Recomendo muito!
