Lo que más me gusto fueron las instalaciones, la tranquilidad y el buffet sobre todo en las cenas donde ofrecian un espectacular servicio de cocina en vivo. Además en la piscina había muchas tumbonas libres y tranquilidad. Agradecimos mucho durante nuestra estancia la amabilidad de Luis, el socorrista el cual la hizo muy amena.

Hôtel et chambre très confortables, calmes et très bien équipés. L'accueil par le personnel aussi bien à la réception qu'au restaurant a été super gentil et chaleureux. L'accès à la plage et à la promenade piétonne directement depuis l'hôtel est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il soit interdit de poser ses serviettes de bain sur les transats avant 10h sans rester sur place et le personnel veille !

Izuzetan hotel, čist i uredan, s odličnim i ljubaznim osobljem. Sobe se redovito čiste, a aktivnosti tijekom dana i večernji program su odlično organizirani. Osoblje je uvijek dostupno i spremno odgovoriti na sva pitanja. Sve pohvale i iskrena preporuka!

Servizi della struttura efficienti ed esaustivi: campo da mini golf, animazione con musica dal vivo tutte le sere, campo di padel, spa, piscine, possibilità di affittare bici e parcheggio. Staff eccellente e gentilissimo, ottima scelta e varietà di cibo sia a colazione che cena. Camere spaziose, pulite e bellissima vista sul mare.

Ci sono solo due pecche migliorabili: qualità del Wi-Fi insufficiente e orario di chiusura della piscina alle 18:00 (nessuno comunque ci ha mai cacciato anche alle 20 inoltrate, semplicemente lo staff inizia a chiudere gli ombrelloni e le sdraio)

Hotel moderno muy nuevo y cómodo, el servicio de desayuno muy bueno. El personal muy atento, la estancia fue muy agradable, con toda seguridad un hotel a recomendar.

Solo indicar que los horarios de algunas instalaciones, ejemplo terraza con cierre a las 21:00 nos pareció temprano, una terraza muy agradable para poder disfrutar algo mas.

Alles verliep perfect : de ruime mooie kamer met uitzicht op zee en zwembaden , ruime keuze buffet formule en diner , uitstekende rustige locatie , dicht tegen mooie zeepromenade , ruim voldoende parkeerruimte (ook privé ) , ideaal zwembad ( temperatuur 28 ° ! ) en last but not least : de vriendelijke service van het personeel in receptie , restaurant , en onderhoud kamers .

Perfect location and a stunning building. The space is clean, bright, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to navigate. The gardens are lovely, and the pool area is spacious and relaxing. The restaurant is amazing, serving both breakfast and dinner, with large windows that are easy to manage and plenty of tables available.

It’s difficult to find any faults with this hotel. The only thing would be the beach across the path was difficult to navigate mainly due to the recent storm. However this has no reflection on the hotel at all as other beaches are within easy access.

Very modern and clean, my room at the coast with the sea view was fantastic.

Breakfast could have been higher quality for 5 star hotel… it was very average, though with a great variety.

Exceptionally clean, very spacious hotel close to seafront, promenade and airport. Beautifully maintained gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good range and choice of foods at the buffet. Breakfast particularly enjoyable.

Would have expected some additional facilities from a 5 star hotel. Fresh meats at buffet dinner well prepared and cooked but some meats lacking in quality by comparison with Irish meats. Evening entertainment offering falls short of what might be expected from a hotel of this size.

Breakfast: lots of choices and friendly staff; very clean. pool, lots of room and no sunbed wars. The room is a good size and has a huge bed. lovely pool and sea views.

The location is very good for airport and walking.

Our only small complaint was that the entertainment finished at around 10PM, which felt was a little early.

Excellent hotel right on the seafront. Never felt busy and there were always sunbeds free. The wellness programme of Pilates, yoga etc is excellent with great instructors. Great hotel gym with modern equipment and spa access was a bonus!

The hotel is modern, the rooms are very attractive and equipped with all the comforts of a five-star hotel. We greatly appreciated the breakfast, which was truly excellent. The staff were always very attentive to the services and to the guests’ needs. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean. Another thing I really appreciated was how quiet the room was, which made our stay exceptionally pleasant.

I would slightly improve the pool bar service. The spa is small, but I think it is more than adequate for the Canary Islands

Le mini-bar contenait des soft drinks, une bière, de l'eau, une bouteille de vin blanc de Lanzarote et c'était gratuit. Vous payez seulement si vous commandez de nouveaux produits. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer est top. Le petit-déjeuner était bien fourni.

Prachtige kamer die goed werd schoongehouden. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en ook het avondeten buffet was heerlijk. Vriendelijke personeel in restaurant, bar en ook bij het zwembad. We hebben echt genoten van onze vakantie. Fijn ook het buitenzitje cq balkonnetje bij de kamer, zodat je nog ff daar kon zitten. Leuk dat er muziek was bij de bar.

Spa avdelningen var under all kritik borde inte få kallas spa. Maten var medel måttligg för att vara på ett fem stjärnigt hotell.

The property was very clean. The piano bar was a nice place to go in the evenings for some entertainment and drinks. Our balcony had a view of the pool and we could watch the sunset. The beach is right next to the hotel through the back door. The only meal I ate in the hotel was the breakfast so I can’t comment on the rest but it had a wide variety of options and I can’t say I didn’t like one thing I tried it was all good. They also offered a wide variety of activities and tours to be done around the island.

There was no indoor pool, but that’s only a personal preference. The outdoor pool was nice and big as well as being heated.

This hotel is immaculate in all areas. Gym, spa and pool facilities were well equipped and presented. The gardens are beautiful. Food was incredible. We dined at breakfast, pool bar and evening buffet and to keep the review simple, our best meals during our break were enjoyed here.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing had a variety of choice for everyone. Rooms were clean and modern bathroom had what you need. The pool area is clean quiet and relaxing.

Hotel Lava met all of our expectations. It is located directly by the sea, next to a beautiful seaside promenade, and the hotel surroundings are very well maintained and visually appealing. Everything was clean, especially the room, which was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and professional. Whenever minor misunderstandings occurred, they were resolved immediately, and the team truly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was excellent, as one would expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was excellent, while dinner quality depended on the daily menu.

The only aspect that was not fully satisfying was the lack of an indoor relaxation area within the sauna facilities. During our stay, the weather was windy and rainy, and since the relaxation zone is only outdoors, we missed having an indoor space to relax after using the sauna.

Very comfortable rooms with great terrace overlooking beach. Good value food & drink. Excellent gym & fitness classes.

Lacked atmosphere. Bar , reception & central areas all very characterless. Staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. Room cleaning took place very late in day at times. Didn’t like all the touristy bars & Restuarant’s in the area of Puerto Del Carmen. Did like being able to walk along sea front for miles.
