We had a fantastic stay with Havelock Farms Resort. The host was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The lush greenery surrounding and beautiful Cottages created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, The Scuba diving were another highlight of our trip everything was existing, memorable. The breakfast was excellent with fresh and delicious.

As a solo female traveller, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more safe, comfortable and welcoming place to stay! The owner is such an amazing host, super warm, kind and makes you feel at home. The staff are equally lovely and helpful. The place itself has such a beautiful, rustic, nature-filled vibe with a very charming Kerala-style feel. The food is delicious, and they also have a spa that gives some seriously amazing massages. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere safe, peaceful, rustic and full of good vibes!

An absolute hidden gem in Havelock – you have to stay here!Honestly, booking Havelock Farms Resort was the best decision we made for our Andaman trip. If you’re tired of crowded, corporate hotels and want something that feels peaceful, green, and completely authentic, this is the place. It's set in this beautiful, quiet garden area but is still just a two-minute walk down to the beach.The real secret weapon of this resort is the owner, Jafar. I have never experienced hospitality like this. He makes it a point to personally meet and chat with every single guest to make sure they are having a good time. He helped us sort out scooter rentals, gave us the best local food recommendations, and even helped coordinate our ferry tickets when we were confused. He treats you like family, not just a booking number.But the absolute highlight of our stay—and I am not exaggerating—was the Kerala massage at their spa. It is hands down the best massage I have ever had in my life. The therapists are incredibly skilled, and it felt like a proper, authentic healing treatment rather than just a standard hotel massage. If you stay here, you have to book a session. It completely cured our travel fatigue.The rooms are great too—standalone cottages that are super clean, with great AC, and surprisingly fast Wi-Fi for the island. They also have a power backup, so we never had to worry about the island's frequent blackouts.Huge thanks to Jafar and the whole team for making our trip so special. We’re already planning our next visit!

Spacious rooms...easy to locate

I took a room with breakfast...but sadly they had only one option for breakfast that too omlette and toast. For a vegetarian...there was no option. So yes...I did pay for breakfast but couldn't avail it

Lovely green place and friendly staff. We arrived late for check in, fully drenched in rain. The staffs were quick and helpful at reception. They also didn't charge us extra for the delay in checkout that we had due to weather. Overall, a great place to stay.

Die Anlage liegt in einem wunderschönen grünen Garten, eine richtige Oase. Das Restaurant ist hübsch und wir genossen es sehr in der Mittagshitze einen kalten Shake in den Hängesesseln zu trinken. Manchmal kommen Katzen oder Hunde vorbei, die sich streicheln lassen - absoluter Pluspunkt! Empfehlung im Restaurant: die Banana Fries :) Das Personal war außerdem sehr bemüht und freundlich, wir bekamen auch einmal früher Frühstück, da wir sehr früh schnorcheln gegangen sind.

Die Einrichtung der Hütten könnte besser sein. Aktuell lädt sie nicht sehr zum Verweilen ein. Sie matcht nicht den Stil der Außenanlage und des Restaurants und war deshalb etwas enttäuschend. Wir wurden außerdem vor der Anreise über Booking gebeten, eine Anzahlung zu machen. Diese musste ich vor Ort dann nochmal nachweisen und es hat 2 Tage gedauert, bis geklärt war, dass wir wirklich die Anzahlung geleistet haben.

The rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful, we requested for early breakfast and they did not hesitate. It was an amazing experience.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the place. One disclaimer would be that Havelock island as a place is a remote area and nature oriented. People shouldn't expect luxury.

We found boiled noodles inside electric kettle, water supply was switched off intermittently, the AC wasn’t functional and breakfast service was really bad. Will not recommend staying here. Ruined our trip.

We had a really positive experience at Havelock Farms Resort. It’s located away from the village, which makes it feel relaxed, with a beautiful beach right in front. The sunrise there is lovely, and the sea is very beautiful. The bungalow was very charming: spacious room, comfortable, and the AC worked well. What I liked most is the overall vibe of the resort: lots of small bungalows surrounded by greenery, so it almost feels like staying in the middle of a forest. Breakfast was good, and the staff were genuinely kind and always helpful. There’s also a nearby seafood restaurant that was really good and reasonably priced. Scooters are available for rent at fair prices too, which made getting around easy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it. Just to set expectations: this review is based on the location, the island vibe, and the (very fair) price you pay. It’s not a luxury 5-star hotel, but a genuine, clean, and charming place.

Since these are standalone bungalows, sound insulation isn’t perfect. You might hear some noise in the morning from other guests, or occasionally dogs at night (which is quite common on the island). If you’re sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs could be a good idea.

The breakfast is good and . The location is nice. But the beach is bad (keep this in mind!): the water constantly recedes, and you can only swim from 11 AM to 2 PM. If you come at 5 PM, there simply won't be any water. You'll be walking ankle-deep in water for a kilometer, and still won't be able to swim. You need to stay on the other side of the island, where Radhanagar Beach is! But of course, hotels there are significantly more expensive. But it's worth it, believe me! There are virtually no good beaches nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to the city center in the heat along a big main road where rickshaws and cars race by (it's not comfortable).

Under no circumstances book a massage at the so-called 'SPA'! It's a complete farce. They do it in a dark, tiny, shabby room. The people doing the massage are not professionals. They don't know how to give a massage! The facial massage was rough. And they wiped my face with paper towels! I told the person three times not to touch my stomach (I have health issues), but he still pressed on my stomach! They don't ask about any health restrictions before the massage. They don't offer a choice of oil (even for an extra charge). The price is outrageous — 7,300 rupees for two people — in some other country, you could get a professional massage for that price, not this 'something.' The massage was done by a person who cleans the rooms and works behind the counter at the restaurant. A question for the hotel management: is this even acceptable?

The reception staff were nice the whole time. Aside from that it was over priced compared to everywhere else around there. Thankfully we only booked for one night.

The room was not clean, there was a used ear bud in the bed and tissues on the floor. In the morning for breakfast, we specifically asked for a dish without the eggs, they brought the dish with eggs. Then we asked to changed it and they made a new dish and used the same toast from the first plate that still had egg juice on it. From an egg allergy level, hygiene level, attention to detail level and simple customer care level that is all a 0 out of 10.

Everything. From the moment I walked into the property, I felt calm. It had so much greenery. The place is very well kept. The owner Adam was very lovely and accommodating. So is the staff. I’d like to mention Karthik for serving me breakfast with so much enthusiasm every day. It’s conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. I stayed for 6 nights, 7 days. I will miss this place.

В домиках есть все, что нужно для проживания- большая кровать со свежим бельем, шкафы, телевизор, диванчик, тумбочки, стол, кресла, ванная комната с горячей водой, небольшая терраса с креслами, где можно вечером посидеть. Хозяин отеля Адам очень приятный человек, который помог купить билеты на паром, помог арендовать байк, все вопросы решал быстро и оперативно. Кстати, у него одного на острове электрические байки для аренды. В отеле есть генератор на случай кратковременного отключения электричества. Завтраки, включенные в стоимость проживания разнообразны и вкусны: каша, блинчики, омлет, яичница, мюсли и т.д Повар старается учитывать все пожелания гостей. На ужин готовят морепродукты, свежайшую рыбу, национальные блюда. Атмосфера в отеле дружелюбная и расслабляющая. Очень рекомендую этот отель для отдыха на острове! Вы получите массу положительных впечатлений!

Acho que hotel está demasiado pontuado para as condições que o quarto apresentava, colchão partido casa de banho em mau estado a madeira da cama a desfazer.

Belle camere, spaziose e immerse nel verde. Non distante da una bella spiaggia (150 MT). Anche il bagno in camera è spazioso. Vicino al resort ci sono alcuni ristoranti e servizi per acquistare beni necessari. Inoltre, a circa 200 MT si trova il Resort Dolphin dove è possibile accedere al bar per bersi una birra o un cocktail a prezzi abbordabili (ci sono solo poche strutture che vendono alcolici in quanto soggette al rilascio di una licenza del governo)

Il ristorante è bello ma ha bisogno di una riorganizzazione in quanto il servizio è veramente lento (anche a colazione). Il cibo comunque è buono

La posizione è abbastanza comoda, circa 5 minuti di motorino dal villaggio principale e 10 dal porto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato che ci sia stato offerto il trasporto dal porto al nostro arrivo. La struttura è carina, potrebbe essere tenuta un pochino meglio con piccole accortezze. Letto comodo.

Siamo stati 4 notti e al secondo giorno abbiamo consegnato alla reception un sacco con i nostri vestiti da lavare. Il giorno prima di partire abbiamo chiesto notizie sui nostri vestiti e ci è stato detto che non erano pronti. La mattina dopo noi saremmo partiti e quindi mi sono raccomandata di farceli trovare pronti prima del check out. Ovviamente così non è stato. Per fortuna abbiamo solo cambiato hotel e non isola, altrimenti come avremmo fatto? Alla fine i nostri vestiti sono stati consegnati nel nostro nuovo hotel, ma erano lavati malissimo e pieni di macchie. Sinceramente un servizio pessimo. Le camere non vengono mai pulite, non passano neanche a svuotare i cestini e anche il ristorante della struttura dovrebbe migliorare molto la pulizia e l'igiene. Non mi piace lasciare recensioni negative, so quanto sia difficile avere a che fare con i clienti, però questo hotel non costa pochissimo e secondo me il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente basso. Spero possiate prendere questo feedback come spunto per migliorare i vostri servizi.

Absolutely amazing accommodation, in a great area, very peaceful and quiet with beautiful gardens. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean and the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely welcome on arrival, it was delight to check in. We were provided with a complimentary pick up from the jetty. The room was spotlessly clean - and the bathroom was a good size. Shower temperature was hard to control. Aircon and fan worked really well together to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Staff on reception were always great with advice and sorting out taxi or auto needs. We booked kayaking via reception as it was far better pricing than any other. Breakfast aside what you get here is superb staff, excellent rooms and a brilliant location and it does offer outstanding value for money. Definitely recommended and yes, if we were to come again I would stay here again without hesitation.

The only criticism would be breakfast. It was terrible, both in terms of speed and quality. We were offered a complimentary meal one evening and didn't take up the offer based on food and speed at breakfast. I tried my fave dish , Masala dosa, 3 times and 3 times it was dire. 1st morning was very stodgy, about as thick as a US pancake and with minimal filling. 2nd morning was crispy and brittle and again with minimal filling. 3rd morning was a good dosa but almost like someone simply smeared the thinnest spread of filling possible. Banana pancakes were spot the banana. In fairness the Aloo Paratha was good. Most times one of us had finished our breakfast before the other breakfast and drink turned up. had it been busy this might have been understandable but it wasn't busy, it was just ultra slow service or a badly organised kitchen.

Staff was very helpful. Got scooty and kayak booking from the hotel itself. Breakfast was superb.

The property have lots of greens, birds, cats and occasional dog. Countryside feel.

Very run-down, room smells of mold and bathroom of sewage. Breakfast not always open at 7am as advertised so we missed it one morning. Stayed 4 nights and no room cleaning. Some cabins get noise from neighboring restaurants. Seems like the only place westerners stay since it has so many Booking reviews, but there are really better options with newer facilities and beach-front for the same price.

We had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious and tasted like a comforting home-cooked meal, which I really appreciated. The property itself is beautifully green and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and homely stay.

Si vous avez la possibilité privilégier les supérieures car les doubles présence de moisi sur les murs. Soyez attentifs à l'attribution des chambres reservées et à la facture finale. Pour notre part présentation de la facture finale sans décompte de notre acompte de 50 % versé avant notre depart. Petit-déjeuner à la carte limité Nous n'y avons d'ailleurs pas pris le repas du soir. Propriétaire sympa.

Very poor situation, with staff never available for anything, breakfast included in booking was VERY poor with limp dosas and all, kitchen hygiene was poor with regular work going on there, stray dogs roaming in the premises, cups and glasses in the room were grossly inadequate, requests for cab booking not done on time.

Nice accommodation, with lots of greenery, which attracts wildlife as well. They rent out electric scooters (when we were there 600rps per 24h), which was perfect to get around. Staff is also very accommodating.

First room we got was falling apart a little. The fan was wobbly attached to a wooden plank, no water pressure and a cockroach. However, the staff did upgrade us to a new room, which was much better. Water pressure did not get much better. Communication with some of the staff was a bit unclear.

Rooms need renovation (noisy fan, wood-eating bugs, cockroaches in the bathroom, humid and stuffy, no window). Although the staff responded in to the best of their abilities, we found the property itself to be overpriced - we paid almost INR 6k per night but the room felt more on a 3k level.

The location of the resort was excellent. The independent room with nice outside greenery was fascinating.

Difficult to say, but it just lacked something. Cafe was Ok

The staff are the best thing about Havelock Farms resort. They try to make a lower-end place better by accommodating all requests as much as they can. But though they are all very sweet, they can only do so much -- they are a very young crew. Nobody there seems senior. They moved us to one of the better rooms on the right line of the property -- those are a vast improvement over the left, so if you're going to stay here, insist on those.

First, it's not a "farm." There's nothing "farm" about this place. The rooms are okok. Plastic doors that don't always fit the frame on the Left side rooms, not enough furniture inside, just poorly done structures, interiors and facilities. We had wood borers making a "sandy" mess near the bed. The Cafe food was pretty bad. Breakfast was included but we ended up going to Full moon cafe every day instead. The property is 100m from beach, but it's on the other side of the road, so nowhere near as pleasant as staying sea-side. We stayed once 10 years ago at Barefoot's dive center (about a 10 min walk from Havelock Farms) -- if I go back, I would rather stay there. Wifi barely worked. It's ok for the cost, but one needs to keep expectations pretty low -- the shabbiness is the first thing that hits you from the roadside!

The room and bathroom are big enough and in the front of the room there is a balcony, where you can nicely sit. The location of the tiny nubgalows is in the middle of the forest, which gives a great jungle experience.

Due to a lot of humidity and rain all the pillows and blankets were super moldy. We told the personal then to change them , but they couldn'T really find new ones, which were not moldy. This is really unhealthy to sleep in moldy blankets. We ate lunch the first day, but it was usper slowly made, however 10 people in the kitchen(which is super unorganised, dirty and looks unhygenic). the breakfast ist good, but you wait 40 minutes, even you are the only guests in the restaurant. The restaurant and reception area look very old and moldy and there is no nice feeling to sit around for a long time. There are stray dogs and cats everywhere, which are obviously sick, so petting them is not an option, unless you want to get some sickness from them..All in all not the best place on the island. We left after 3 days and booked somewhere else, where is much nicer.

Hotel location was good and easily found. They provide free pick up facility from havelock jetty to hotel. Breakfast was good. Provide detailed information about havelock island at the time of arrival. Provide two wheeler on rent basis at hotel doorstep only. All basic amenities are available in the room.

Loved everything

This place is truly amazing. Everything went smooth from the very beginning-driver waited for us at the harbour for the free pickup. They have scooters to rent for a reasonable price. Everything was nicely explained to us-what are the options to get to different places, what are the options of additional activities etc. There is a public bus that passes next to the hotel every half an hour as well. We had a boat back at 8am and they were super kind to prepare breakfast for before 7am and order us a taxi to the harbour. The room is clean and cosy, it has both AC and a fan. The water is hot (it needs to be switched on but it takes like two minutes to heat). The pressure is not amazing but it is enough for the island life ;) Breakfasts were very tasty too and there is quite a big choice. And last but not least-it feels like living in a jungle! Next time in Havelock, I'd choose the same.

Just FYI: The beach which is 5min walk is nice and beautiful but not ideal for swimming. On the other hand the only swimming beaches are Elephant which has no hotels around and maybe Radanaghar which has some luxurious hotels around but Radanagar is pretty wavy. So in any case you'd need to travel if you want to swim.

Nastanitev ponuja lesene bungalove, ki so umeščeni v čudovito, z vegetacijo polno okolje. Mimo bungalovov teče manjši potoček, kar daje dodaten zen občutek. Vsaki hiški pripada veranda s klopco, kjer lahko ob večerih v miru posedaš. Bungalovi so opremljeni s klimatsko napravo, TV, udobno posteljo, s čisto, dišečo posteljnino in prostorno kopalnico. Do plaže vas loči ca. 50m, preko priobalne ceste. Ponujajo tudi najem e-skuterjev s katerimi lahko dosežeš vsak kotiček otoka. Osebje pa je naravnost čudovito. Bil je popoln dopust!

We stayed at Havelock Farms for five nights, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond expectations, the service makes this place a real hidden gem. A special mention to Elina and her colleagues at the reception, who were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was possible and made our stay seamless and comfortable. The resort’s location is ideal, close to Kala Pathar Beach, Havelock Jetty, and several great restaurants and bars. The hotel also offers convenient scooty rentals, including electric ones, which made it effortless for us to explore Radhanagar Beach, trek to Elephant Beach, and enjoy the island’s nightlife. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and clean, with a clear focus on comfort and hygiene. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, far better than the 5-star hotel we stayed at on Neil Island earlier. We would highly recommend Havelock Farms to anyone visiting Havelock Island — it truly exceeded all our expectations.
