Spacious room, neat and clean bathroom, good location, and spacious car parking. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The TV was not working initially, but the staff attended to the issue immediately and resolved it.

My stay at VPN Residency was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning effectively considering the room size, making the stay uncomfortable. There was no facility to order morning tea, coffee, or snacks from the hotel, which is generally expected by guests. While breakfast was provided post 7.30 AM, the variety of items was very limited. Some breakfast equipment, including the toaster, was not working properly. It appeared that the hotel had only one or two chefs available, resulting in long waiting times for food orders, especially during dinner. The menu options were also very limited, reducing the overall dining experience and same at dinning room the air conditioning was not sufficient and immensely difficult to seat in May-June temperature. The hotel has potential, but improvements are needed in room amenities, food service, staffing, and guest convenience to provide a better customer experience.

Excellent Service by Staff and very polite. Check in and Check Out very quick and hassle free.

A Kettle with Tea/Coffee condiments would have been very nice. Paying a bit more for this on room charges is not an issue.

Unfortunately, the conduct of both the room boy and the reception staff was unprofessional and did not meet the standard of service I expected. Their behavior was discourteous and unhelpful, which caused inconvenience and discomfort during my stay.

we faced during our check-in, along with the unprofessional behavior of the staff involved. Upon entering the room, we noticed that only one toothbrush was provided instead of two, and the toothpaste appeared to have been previously used. This raised concerns regarding hygiene and room preparation. We immediately informed the receptionist about the issue. The receptionist asked the room boy to provide the required items. However, the room boy spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner and did not provide the toothbrush and toothpaste as requested. Such behavior and lack of basic amenities are unacceptable and do not meet the standards expected from your establishment. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better service and professionalism in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. The complimentary breakfast was good I mean as a person knowledgeable about food taste wise good.

Room charges were exorbitant for the amenities they provide. Staff not so helpful.very blunt answers given by them for any request. No value for money. Bed coverings not changed/made every day. (What I am trying to say is if I have to make 2 single bookings I would have clean sheets on both the days but if I do for booking for two nights the same bed sheet is just kept like that without changing or even made up. so is there any logic in that. Airconditioner was full of dust, For your guest to come back make their stay memorable.guest satisfaction is first. Only the charging cost for Sambar, Rasam and Curd. No vegetarian meals available as a package. Water botle not given at free of cost. In many hotels water will be given every day as compliment.
