Everytime I come swimming pool unavailable.the worst part this is My Second visit,the bathroom…When you shower….the doesnt flow I to drain cast and its like Im standing in the flood.

The swimming pool remains unattended for more than 2 years now. No separate stay provided for drivers In the morning breakfast chicken curry was always minus the chicken.

Some of the food taste and quality are not good. In restaurants people like Jegan behaviour not good.Given feedback on poor kadai chicken quality but he never listens and acknowledges the feedback.they are not behaving professionally.

Here are things i absolutely hated about the villa living arrangement. There was only two bathrooms, one upstairs and downstairs, with one bathroom shared among two rooms. The rooms are too small. The bed was not king size. There was no attached bathrooms to the rooms. The bathroom was too small. Overall it was a horrible experience and I want the amount I paid back. Kindly think twice before booking here at the villa accommodation.

I am regular to this hotel for the last 12 years and the improvements are quite healthy. The decor, the in room details , the food everything had a good makeover and I can say there is a good future & comfy stats ahead. The staff are great as always.

The bathroom had a very bad sewage smell. Even after complaining and the staff trying to clean the drains it did not go. Request for change of room was not given.

Food has been always good at this place. Kitchen Staff went out of the way to provide a good breakfast considering the current LPG supply situation and limited service. Cleanliness is good, the housekeeping staff do their work properly.

nothing much, the room layouts could have been a bit more cohesive for a handicapped/wheelchair bound person a bit tight at certain places.Also the bathroom entrance step is really high for a handicapped or limited mobility person. Otherwise nothing to complain about

The restaurant was neat and clean with good seating arrangement, when compared to the others in the locality this one stands out.

Food options are good, no complaints, stay was also very comfortable. Had some issue with the shower which got fixed later. Overall a good experience....

Staff could have been proactive especially ensuring all amenities in the room work, especially when you are paying a premium.

Room was a bit overpriced , may be since we booked the last minute. But we had to cancel a previous booking at the last minute for which they didnt charge anything,, Thanks for that ...Cleanliness is good, Staff is also courteous.

Breakfast spread can be improved a little. Also felt that tea/coffee and evening snacks are seriously overpriced.
