Personale molto gentile e disponibile, arredamento molto curato e spazi molto puliti. Posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi in città.

Me encantó este hotel! No es muy grande, pero tiene justo lo que necesitas para descansar de verdad. El lugar es súper acogedor y hermoso. La habitación que me asignaron estaba preciosa, amplia y con muy buen gusto; la cama y las almohadas eran de lo más cómodas, dormí increíble. Totalmente recomendado!!

El alojamiento esta muy bonito, muy cómodo, limpio, atención personalizada con rápida respuesta, se requirió un servicio adicional y cumplieron cabalmente,

Justo a lado se encuentra un lugar el cual se reunen personas a festejar, el cual genera molestias por ruidos y olores.

The property was exceptionally clean and beautiful. It’s a couple of blocks from the andador turístico. Impeccable style all around. It has a nice terrace.

The only inconvenient is the club next door. I stayed on the second floor and during my stay the club was playing music from approximately 8pm til 1 or 2am

Anfitrión muy amable y servicial. Instalaciones impecables y bonitas. Terraza en la azotea muy agradable para desayunar (por tu cuenta) o tomar algo. Muy buen sitio, a un paso de todo pero tampoco en mitad del jaleo.

Es un hotel encantador, fue la mejor elección que pudimos haber realizado 🥰 La atención y amabilidad de los dueños quienes te reciben y te dan las instrucciones destaca de cualquier otro servicio y estan siempre al pendiente de ti. El acceso autónomo es excelente ya que no estas con ninguna preocupación ya que tu distribuyes tu tiempo a tu gusto. La limpieza y atención de la camarista por las mañanas , es excepcional , muy respetuosa y siempre nos sentimos muy consentidos por ella. El Internet durante toda la estancia fue genial, a pesar de que en la ciudad la señal es muy baja , siempre nos funcionó muy bien. El ruido, no fue pretexto ya que durante nuestra estancia fue muy tranquilo y no tuvimos detalle alguno y tambien disfrutamos de agua caliente toda la estancia y no necesitas usar calefacción ya que la ropa de cama es muy cómoda. Esperamos volver pronto y de nuevo los elegiremos ! ☺️

Safe, quiet area close to downtown but not in the middle of it. Very walkable with street parking out front. We had three different rooms and all were slightly different in size and orientation but all were well appointed with very comfy bedding and linens. Nicely decorated cozy rooms.

I would have liked my towels refreshed during my 4-night stay. Housekeeping is available every two days, which was otherwise fine.

Beautiful, clean, great location and amazing view from the terrace but warning there is a techno club next door that goes all night and you hear it through the wall if you are staying in the room on the top floor on Saturday night.

In der Bar nebenan läuft zu laute Musik. Eine ganze Nacht (Valentinstag) wurden wir mit hardcore Techno bedient, vielleicht eine Ausnahme aber eine schlaflose Nacht

The room is cleaned everyday, the quality of the room and furnishings are very nice, great location being a short walk to the centre of town.

There is no ability to store luggage of arriving earlier than check-in time in the afternoon.

Mi habitación tenía puertas de vidrio que daban al hall de entrada, por lo q debía estar siempre con la cortina cerrada a oscuras y a la noche era muy difícil dormir por los ruidos . Por otro lado al no tener recepción , llegué temprano a la ciudad y no me dejaron entrar y dejar aunq sea las valijas hasta la hora del check in algo fundamental para los viajeros

Non è presente un servizio di reception e non siamo riusciti a farci mai una doccia calda . Purtroppo dopo massimo un minuto l’acqua diventava gelata ho provato a contattare l host ma purtroppo la situazione non è cambiata . Questa è stata l’unica pecca, peccato perché il resto andava benissimo ma purtroppo una doccia calda in vacanza é essenziale

La stanza in sé è l'hotel sono molto belli, la terrazza ha una bella vista. Location molto buona.

La proprietaria dell'hotel è stata estremamente scortese, questa è la principale cosa negativa. Per niente accomodante, prima ci ha fatto cancellare una notte su tre che avevamo prenotato su Booking.com perché a detta sua c'era stata una doppia prenotazione. Quando le abbiamo chiesto se potevamo almeno lasciare i bagagli la mattina in reception ci ha risposto prima di si nessun problema, ma successivamente il giorno stesso ci ha detto no che non era possibile, che la reception non era custodita e le avremmo lasciate là a nostro rischio e che se non ci stava bene potevamo cancellare la prenotazione e andarcene. Inoltre, la stanza che ci ha dato dava su un patio interno nella lobby dove chiunque passava e poteva vedere dentro, nonostante io abbia prenotato con mesi di anticipo quindi sinceramente mi aspettavo una delle stanze ai piani superiori e non quella con la posizione peggiore. Internet era lento, e la cosiddetta streaming TV non permette di fatto lo streaming perché vecchia e impossibile da aggiornare. La seconda notte il locale accanto ha suonato musica a tutto volume fino a tardi.

El primer día batallé con el wifi. No sé qué pasó. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo bien.

Limpieza

Estaba mi habitación sobre la calle y se escuchaba todo. Fue muy molesto escuchar una gran pelea en la noche que me quedé y resultó ser que los del alboroto creo que estaban hospedados en el mismo hotel. Algo que me gustaría agregar como sugerencia es que nos hemos hospedado en hoteles tipo casa e incluso suelen ser más accesibles que los hoteles normales puesto que no tienen las mismas ventajas, pero este te deja entrar a la misma hr que los hoteles normales y el check out es a las 11.00 am.

La limpieza y la decoración

No teníamos intimidad ninguna porque la habitación tiene unos ventanales y puertas con ventanales con cristales...así que la gente al pasar te ve y pueden ver todo el interior...de modo que tuvimos que tener las cortinas echadas a cal y canto todo el tiempo y esa sensación no nos gustó Como detalle a mejorar .. eché de menos un aplique para colgar la toalla del lavabo

Me encantó todo. Está hermoso el hotel, y es muy cómodo.

Que no tiene estacionamiento , afortunadamente encontramos sobre la calle enfrente al hotel.

Habitación limpia, bonita y en buena ubicación

La habitación (#1) no tenía nada de señal para llamadas, puro wifi. Pero sí necesité hacer llamadas.

La habitación que me asignaron era chica pero bastante cómoda y acogedora. Contaba con un calefactor y fue más que suficiente, olía muy bien, la cama fue cómoda, está bien iluminada. El baño cuenta con agua caliente y toallas suficientes. La ubicación me pareció bastante bien, parece seguro, cerca de buenos lugares para visitar y en cuanto a la atención 10/10, a pesar de no tener una recepción 24 horas, la comunicación fue muy buena. El edificio cuenta con una terraza preciosa muy bien iluminada con una vista maravillosa de San Cris y en general todo el edificio está muy bien decorado y es agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse ahí, es una excelente relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente en mi próxima visita será mi opción 1 de hospedaje.

El espacio de la regadera es de buen tamaño pero estaría genial un nivel más alto de la división para que el agua no salpique hacia el resto del piso del baño.

Super nice hosts, comfortable bed and coffee machine in the room. Terrace at the top of the hotel has a great view over a Plaza and church. There´s a breakfast place half a block away. Bear in mind, entry is by a code that will be sent to you: there is no permanent person at the reception. It´s only about 8 minutes walk to the center of town.

You will need to receive a code to access the property.

I had a wonderful stay at Na Hotel. The property is located on a quiet street in San Cristóbal de las Casas, just a short walk from the city center. My spacious apartment was on the top floor, fully equipped with everything I needed, and offered an incredible panoramic view of the entire city. The owners were absolutely amazing—very welcoming, warm, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely return!

The only minor issue was that I saw two cockroaches, likely coming through the shower pipes, but I understand this is a common occurrence in the area and not something within the owners’ control.

The couple that runs the hotel are extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect for all San Cristóbal activities and the building and rooms are beautiful with amazing views.

This is a lovely property located near the city center. The room's are spacious and the mattresses superbly comfortable. It was very quiet and overall quite pleasant.

The reception is not manned and it is not always easy to arrange to speak to a staff member. They are quite responsive via Whatsapp but could make an effort to do so in English when the guest is doing so (I now had to use Google Translate for every message).

Very nice hotel with an exceptionally nice bed. The hosts are very kind and facilitated an early check in. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, the shower was hot, purified water (both hot and cold) was offered on site for free, and the bed was leagues above the average hotel bed for a similar price. Thread count! The location is great and the terrace is pleasant. If I return to San Cristobal, I will be staying at Na hotel, and I will recommend it to anyone who asks. Great value!

Everything. Cleanest place I have stayed. The place is modern and beautiful. The host is super attentive and keeps your room with fresh towels. 5 star quality bedding. Slept like a princess.

Very big room and very clean - pressure and temperature in shower very good given general standard in the city.

The way the hotel is built it has a big open center to it that all the sound reverberates from so when people come in and out or are talking the sound carries.

The guest services were excellent, the staff was verh helpful and welcoming. Location wise the hotel was nicely located with a 10min walk to the city center and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable, clean and equipped. Good value for what you pay!

Even though the room was great and big, our room faced the street and was incredibly noisy and because the hotel was full we werent able to change rooms. All the rooms are very very cold (there are space heaters in the rooms, but didnt heat that well). The restaurant is not in the hotel, you have to walk 10-15min to it and there are no fridges or anything to hold in case you bring snacks.

do to being in the room directly in line with the front door, we got the cold draft but they provided a heater in the room and that helped.

The hotel is new and designed beautifully. There is also a great terrace upstairs. Great shower, big with a good stream. The staff doesn't know english but really tried to help. You get their whatsapp for any question or problem. We received the room pretty early when we arrived!

Such a great hotel! We came for an honeymoon and was concerned about the level of the hotels here. At the second we saw the rooms in Nah hotel we decided this is our place. Yonatan the receptionist is so calm, welcoming and patient - help us with attractions and getting around. The hotel is super clean, cozy with a great location. The price is also very fair. Bonus - hard mattresses.

Na hotel was great, My wife and I stayed there and they treated us perfectly. The staff are so nice and helpful. We moved to a better room and the lady who cleans the room organized our stuff and brought to our attention items we left in the old room. Everything was clean, smelled good and felt very great general. The food from the restaurant which the hotel works with was also very good. The owner of the hotel sometimes comes and he always smiling and he is very nice. Overall we recommend it a lot!

The team is the most amazing as I ever see. They helped us with everything we asked, the were kind and nice and solve any problem that we reported.

Our stay here was perfect! The staff were wonderful, incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. Additionally, the staff have great connections to local tour companies and arranged very affordable and enjoyable tours for us to see famous sites in Chiapas. The property itself is in an ideal location in the heart of the city. The room was beautiful, very clean and had fresh and cosy decor. The room has all the amenities we wanted including a coffee machine, hairdryer, tv and aircon/heater (although we didn’t need it). It has a beautiful terrace with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast was offsite but was a short walk away and we enjoyed the walk in the morning and the breakfast itself was delicious.

the personnel was overly kind, I loved it!
