Upon arrival, I loved the terrace and having access to open air.

Communication was dismal. I missed my flight and arrived a day late and upon arrival had still not received entry instructions, instead I received a message telling me how to check out the next day. Other guests had to help me gain entry. Initially I was enchanted by the open air terrace and asked to stay an extra week, which was granted, as there weren't many other guests. I soon discovered the kitchen is very poorly equipped - no microwave or kettle and very few dishes and cutlery. The stove had no gas and the water jug was empty, I had to call to have both replaced upon arrival (after arriving a day late). The only pot had no lid. No tea towel and the dish cloth was disgusting and looked about 5 years old. Lighting is terrible, don't plan on reading in bed, as there is no bedside light and there are no curtains on the windows so you'll be awake at 6am. Manager said he would bring a beside lamp, when I complained about the light, but he failed to do so. The sheets were not very clean, lots of debris and who knows what else on them. No shampoo, conditioner or even a bar of soap in the bathroom and you are only allotted 2 rolls of toilet paper - after that you're on your own! I was told there would be maid service as my stay was for 8 days but noone ever showed up. The garbage piled up and started to smell, so I took it downstairs and left it there. My towels and sheets were not changed. It would be so easy to make this place so much more accommodating and comfortable (as previous reviews have also suggested) but the owner obviously doesn't care or pays no heed to reviews. I decided to move after a week, but had signed up for a tour that didn't return until 2pm the day I was to move out. I asked to leave my stuff in the room or outside the room (as there weren't many people staying here) and the owner said no, I basically had to take my suitcase and all the food from my fridge with me on the tour.

Che mi abbiano cambiato la stanza perché quella che mi avevano assegnato puzzava ed era piena di umidità. La possibilità di prenotare tramite loro le escursioni

Appena paghi ti arriva un messaggio in privato in cui dicono che le foto sono solo indicative. La stanza che mi hanno assegnato secondo loro era migliore perché dotata di cucina ma le foto che ci sono su booking non sono veritiere, forse sono state scattate quando è stata costruita la struttura. Nel messaggio di benvenuto ti scrivono che per 4 giorni ti spettano solo due rotoli di carta igienica, in più ti scrivono che devi pagare se macchi gli asciugamani, ma sono già vecchi e con delle macchie.

Las camas muy incómodas, la cocina no tiene implementos necesario para cocinar, la habitación muy helada y el baño tiene una fuga de agua bajo el wc. Pedimos un pieza con cama doble la cual fue asignada al momento de la reserva y cuando nos dieron la habitación (8) era una litera con cama doble arriba y la TV no se podía mirar.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y muy cerca del centro, los espacios compartidos se pueden usar sin problema. Me gustó mucho que hubiera tanta privacidad.

The studio was conveniently located in central San Christobál and had a lovely garden. The staff were responsive and helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

The kitchen equipment was sparse, and the toilet leaked. The room we had didn’t match any of the photos in the listing.

The location is right on the main street, but far enough away that it is quite. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Host was always easy to get a hold of upon both check in and check out. Let us store our bags early in the day.

It is cold, like very cold. Bring sweaters and shoes to wear around. Since we were on the bottom floor, and the flooring is cement, it does not heat up. Room felt quite damp, which made for a funny smell. We just opened the windows, and that seemed to help.

A wonderful place to stay in San Cristobal. Comfortable modern rooms in the heart of the city. The facilities were excellent. Easy to access and quiet in the evenings. Comfortable beds, good wifi, and hot showers made for a great overall experience.

Nothing to complain about. It gets cold in San Cris in the winter nights, but they provided extra blankets to help keep the cold away.

Buena ubicación, la relació calidad-precio, la cama era muy cómoda y no pasamos frio; el patio central muy agradable. Siempre tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha, algo fundamental en invierno en San Cristóbal.

El departamento era un poco húmedo y eso que estaba situado en el segundo piso, imagino que los de la planta baja son aún más húmedos. La cocina podria tener más utensilios, y un microondas, para poder aprovechar realmente la cocina.

La cama, la verdad estaba un poco indecisa porque leí varios comentarios que decían que la cama era incomoda, la verdad es que no, dormí bastante bien, es un lugar bastante silencioso y accesible. A 3 cuadras del centro entonces esta muy bien

Su mensaje de WhatsApp, me sentí regañada la verdad esta bien que dejen las reglas claras, sin embargo un poquito más de tacto no hace daño, mmm no me gustó que no dejen dejar las maletas antes de check in, aunque sea por un costo extra deberías implementarlo, ooo y el baño era bastante bajito jaja mi novio se pego en la cabeza y no cabía completamente erguido... pero de ahí todo bien.

Badrummet är så lågt i tak att det inte går att stå raklång, inte så välstädat... Något lämnat i toaletten, hår i duschen, skräp på golvet i rummet. När jag kom fram stod alla fönster öppna, så det var en massa mygg i rummet. Svårt med kontakten till personalen, vid check in tiden hade jag fortfarande inte fått information om hur man kommer in (själv check-in), och försökte kontakta dom via WhatsApp, det dröjde ytterligare 20 minuter att gå informationen för att kunna komma in. Informationen borde vara tillgänglig innan check in.

Modern Apartment with a very comfortable bed. Hugo is super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me. Everything I wanted to see was walkable. At the same time the apartment lies in a backyard so it's nice and quiet.

NOS FUIMOS PERDIENDO 97euros. Propusimos pagar una noche, pero no quisieron. Argumentaron que por el precio era lo que encontrarianod. Mentira, por 20 pesos más estubimos en un hotel, suoer bien. La entrada al edificio es un almacén de sillas. Debajo de la escalera está todo lleno de trastos. El apartamento super frío. Nos ofrecen calefactor por 50 pesos/dia. El w.c, a la ventana le falta un cristal y le han puerto una madera...y un sin de cosas. Adjuntanos fotografias

Great self contained studio Great location Kitchen has everything you need Hot water and powerful shower I found this to be a gem of a place. Secure locks on doors and gates entrance made my stuff feel safe and staff respond to messages quickly and are helpful and sort things out if you have any issues.

Concrete floors so you need slippers/socks or to wear outside shoes I found the bed a little hard for me it's a futon style firmness. But this is really much more a matter of personal preference than anything else

No hot water during three days. The advise “24 hours hot water” is a lie!!!!

El lugar me encanta, está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo. No es la primera vez que me hospedo ahí y seguramente no será la última.

Está vez estaban de reformas y con una obra en curso, con todos los inconvenientes que esto supone (ruido, polvo, albañiles pasando, cortes de agua, etc...) Pero seguro que para la próxima estará en mejores condiciones.

Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable y disponible siempre. La ubicación también es bastante buena porque está a 3 cuadras del centro de la ciudad.

Tiene básicamente todo dentro de sus habitaciones. Toda la instalación de amenidades a la mano.

Qué tengas que dejar los lavados los platos. Se supone que si no hay una limpieza de habitación y cambio de toallas diario, mucho menos deberia de haber una responsabilidad del huésped en dejar los platos lavados. Hace falta que sus cuchillos tengan filo, pues ninguno sirve para cortar, y no hay trapos o trapeadores para la cocina.

Habitación amplia, luminosa, buena velocidad y alcance de internet.

Qué no hay suficientes utensilios de cocina, no hay trapos, jabón de trastes, la esponja lucia vieja y sucia.

Elegimos una habitación doble y nos asignaron una con litera, pero estás eran amplias y cómodas incluso para dormir dos personas

El lugar , el espacio y las atenciones siempre al tanto de lo que se ocupaba. Les escribí que era mi cumpleaños el motivo del viaje y me recibieron con la habitación decorada super bonita 💕 Super cerca de todo, andador , mercado , comida , transporte. Esta céntrico. Regresaría sin duda

Si tienes para hacer fogata es mejor preguntar desde un principio los costos y cuantos trae , fue poca madera para el costo a mi parecer pero queríamos tener la experiencia.

Fabulous little apartment. Clean with very comy beds. Handy little kitchen and free drinking water. Water pressure poor but we didn't mind as everything else was great. Good location, easy walking to all top spots.

The location was fantastic for access to the main plaza. The shower worked well AND produced hot water. There’s a lovely little study alcove. Good value for the space.

Not the fault of the property, but it is fairly close to where they shoot off fireworks, which happens A LOT in San Cris. The booms start at 7:00 am for about an hour and again about 9:00 pm. Thankfully it stopped on the weekend and seemed to move to another location for a few days. The floor is cold concrete so slippers or thick socks are good to have. An earlier heads up on how to access the property would be better than showing up and then finding out.

My only problem was that it was a room with bunk beds and since I was on my own it was a choice between sleeping under the ceiling or under another bed. But I could have also asked to change it, which I didn't, so not a big issue.

Although it is in the middle of the city the rooms are incredibly quite. The courtyard is a real gem. Beds are confortable and the size of the room is really reasonable. Excellent wifi service. Comunication with the owners went easy and smooth. Highly recommended for family, but also a group of friends who wants to have great time in this beautiful city

To improve the amount of facilities in the kitchen: maybe a couple of plates and pans more would be great.

I came to Kukul'ik Studios & Workspace because I had a lot of work to do for 4 days. I see other people mention the temperature of the rooms - and this is very, very true. My room was extremely humid and cold. Nothing could dry in the room and it was very unpleasant to work in this environment. The kitchen facilities were also much worse than how it appears in photos. Very useless pots and pans, no lighter to heat the stove and no cleaning arrangement it seems. The service was not too good either. Because the people running the place do not seem to be much around, it is difficult to ask them anything. I had to ask for toilet paper several times and wait for many hours before someone would arrive. There was nothing about this place that would make it good to work in as it brands itself as. Any place in San Cris that offers internet would be equally good or better.

The entire set up was perfect. The bed and pillows were very confortable. They had nice clean towels. It was very quiet and yet so close to the centre.

Bathroom was okay.

We had a broken window in our room which people could possibly enter, they didn't want to change our room. The bins in the common kitchen were not emptied for the 3 nights we stayed (hence it smelt like trash). The kitchen was never cleaned by the staff the whole duration of our stay. They have many WiFi connections however none worked and for our final 2 days and last night we had no internet in our room, only available in the very entrance of the property. There are not many places to sit in the garden and if you do get a chair it's very uncomfortable. The bedsheets were dirty from the mattress which was flaking bits all over the sheets.

Great location, cosy, nice place with a patio. A room had it’s own kitchen. Contact with the host was quick and good, however we needed to wait to be checked in.

Would be good to pay a bit more attention to cleaning. A room has bad ventilation, so overused towels get a bad impression.

It was a really nice and cozy stay! The apartment was big and spacious, and we loved having a kitchen to cook. It was super centrally located, close to the city centre and walking distance from the ADO bus station. They had water provided which was lovely. The room was a bit chilly but they did provide lots of warm blankets. The balcony also has great views!

We arrived early in San Cris after an overnight bus and asked to drop our luggage before check in. They said that their staff would be available to receive the luggage any time after 9 am, but we waited for 40 minutes before somebody arrived. The hot water temperature was good but the water pressure was a bit weak. On our last day before we left, we used one of the bathroom towels to wipe down and clean the kitchen counter (because no paper towels or kitchen towels were provided) and they tried to charge us 150 pesos for a “stained towel” that could easily be washed and bleached. That left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths but overall the stay was good.

Very close to the main square, studio had basic facilities, kind staff.

We were provided with enough blankets to sleep at night, but the studio was really cold and damp. Also struggled a bit with communication - had to sent our request about early arrival and luggage drop off couple of times, no one was answering the phone and when it was time to check-in it seemed they struggled to assign us the right studio. The price we paid was really small, but would not stay there again.

Host were very friendly and responsive. Very clean space. Lovely view of mountains. Private courtyard. Cowork space is clean and nice. Comfortable bed. Spacious space.

The city was very loud during our stay in December. Not great pots and pans, dull knives. Cement floors with no mats or rugs. Got cold at night and no heater.

The location is near the centre. Easy to walk everywhere.
