Muy Buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y limpias , la ducha iba muy bien. Y el personal del hotel muy bien, Kalaivani fue muy agradable con nosotros e incluso nos guardo el equipaje despues del checkout

Place was kept very clean by friendly staff. Also the room is big and the balcony view is amazing! Not to mention that it's located in the very center of old town, where every attraction is at reach. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

Avevamo una tripla ma la terza persona dormiva sul divano…. Bagno chiuso da una vetrata che non arriva al soffitto dove dentro c’è solo doccia e water, lavandino affianco al letto. Quindi per andare al bagno non c’è una porta dove ti chiudi dentro..: Non per colpa loro ma c’è stato un guasto con l’acqua e siamo stati 24h senza acqua… Loro non ci hanno aiutato in nulla…

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Chambre avec terrasse.

Ens vam quedar sense aigua a l'habitació, no podiem ni dutxar-nos ni tirar la cadena del vàter. Van ser moltes hores sense cap explicació i sense cap gest d'arreglar-ho. Només donen un joc de claus, i és complicat si viatges en família. Espai petit per tres persones. El primer dia, tot i demanar-ho, no van netejar-nos l'habitació.

Flush not working properly. It is not like a 3 star hotel. Staff were only available on working hours and no one were there at night.

Our hotel room was spacious, stylish, clean and equipped with a kettle, instant coffee, hair dryer, a safe and a refillable glass bottle of filtered water - avoiding plastic bottles. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, toasted bread with butter, which can be enjoyed in a lovely verandah. Staff is really friendly and the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of town.

Our pillows were not the best (quite flat), and the flush in the toilet was not working properly at times… but this doesn’t affect our satisfaction with our stay.

nice room, very nice staffs at the counter, good location for the hotel. there's also a water dispenser at the pantry so kinda nice that i dont need to buy water constantly during my stay

the guests at the room next door wont stop being noisy until like 1am with their baby crying and the parents chatting and laughing away... so if you are a light sleeper then this will be the only downside that the walls are kinda thin that u can hear people talking next door lol

Dans la chambre un des panneaux lumineux ne fonctionnait pas, le support du sèche cheveux est tombé du mur. Le coffre fort était bloqué, quand j’ai demandé de l’aide a la réception la jeune fille m’a demandé si mes affaires étaient dedans j’ai dit non et la discussion s’est arrêtée là. D’ailleurs je n’ai eu aucune info en arrivant, aucune explication,… Quand j’ai demandé à faire le ménage on a changé mes draps et les serviettes mais le sol et la salle de bain n’ont pas été nettoyés.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, il y a tout à côté, tout est faisable à pied . Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu une chambre plus grande.

The throw cushion smelled bad as though the cover didn't wash for quite some time. The pillow wasn't fluffy.& limb.

De lamp deed het niet in onze kamer, 3x gevraagd of er naar gekeken kon worden. Helaas niet gebeurd. Wij moesten meedere keren in toiletpapier vragen, dit werd niet automatisch bijgevuld.

The place is fairly clean but there is plenty of room for improvement. The place seems like it was renovated a few years ago but already has signs of wear and tear.

the bed not good.. mine room number 3 bed was not too comfortable and the mattress frame was not stable enough and imbalance.

They said the check in was until 10pm, I arrived before but it was closed ! So I need to find a new accomodation ! When I come back the next day to get my room they said to wait until 2pm whereas the room should be ready because I had booked for the night before also …

Une toute petite fenêtre, la chambre est petite et la douche est à côté du lit. La Clim fonctionne pas très bien il fait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres et c’est mal isolé on entend tout !

Great location, so close to great restaurants and cafes. Room as described with large balcony as well as a mini fridge in room which we weren’t expecting. Water refill available too.

WiFi did not reach our room upstairs, low shower pressure and water did not get hot which was unfortunate.

The staff was quite rude to us when we arrived and were trying to get information about check in. They weren’t friendly or accommodating to us, despite me messaging in advance. There was no bathroom we could use either after arriving after a long travel day and looked to freshen up at the hotel. The bathroom is not sealed and is close to the bed. Also, the hotel encourage leaving a review in exchange for a free drink or coffee which encourages people to leave a good review rather than telling the truth. Generally a nice stay but how the staff treated us over the few days really put a dampener on our stay.

La ubicación es perfecta, nuestra habitación era amplia y bonita. El baño tiene lo que necesitas.

Por dónde empezar… Teníamos el check in a las 14:00h, sin embargo cuando llegamos (14:10) la habitación aún estaba sin terminar, por lo que estuvimos esperando 45 min. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, muy pequeñas, bajas y estropeadas. La cama es grande pero corta, si mides más de 1,80 tus pies quedarán por fuera de la cama. Pero lo peor vino a la hora de dormir. Estuvimos dos noches y a partir de las 23:00h la zona de recepción se convierte en una zona de reunión, ruidos y gritos del resto de huéspedes. Corriendo por el pasillo, niños gritando, y adultos en sus habitaciones con gritos y conversaciones que se oían como si estuvieran en tu propia habitación. El hotel se quedó solo desde la tarde noche y no había ningún responsable por allí, por lo que hasta las 3 de la madrugada fue imposible dormir. Si te vas a hospedar allí, ten esto en cuenta y pide que no te den ninguna de las habitaciones que están junto a recepción, están a tan solo 3 metros y el ruido es insoportable. No me quejo por gusto, hemos viajado por Tailandia, Camboya, Vietnam, Singapur y Malasia, en hoteles, hostales etc, y en ningún lugar hemos tenido ningún problema con los ruidos, tan solo en este.

Can’t speak for all rooms of course but our room did not look as bright or welcoming as the photos. Staff should pay more care and attention to overall cleanliness of the room - marks all over the walls, dust, bathroom needed a good scrub. Should replace worn and rusty furnishings Plug sockets were cracked and dangerous We were aware of this when booking but bathroom is just an opaque screen and door with a large gap where the toilet is - no privacy whatsoever Aircon did not really get cold and can’t leave it on without a key card. When we asked reception whether we could leave it on when we left our room as our room was not getting any colder we were just bluntly told “no”. So were hot trying to sleep at night. To top it all off, and probably most importantly, we found a cockroach on our wall the morning of our last day staying at the hotel. Didn’t know what to do so killed it then told reception. They did not seem concerned at all and just sprayed some mosquito killer in the room rather than listening to our request to change rooms or questions on whether this is a common problem in the hotel. With it being our last night we just put up with the room for one more night

The property is very close to restaurants and some heritage buildings

No reception when I tried to check-in, si I must go to another hotel for one extra night. The room had no daily cleaning. No television. The water from the washbasin has no power, limited flow

Die Lage! Mittendrin, alles schnellzu Fuß erreichbar: Zum Komtar 10 Minuten, von dort 50m über die Straße zur zentralen Bushaltestelle (z. B. nach Batu Ferringhi, 2,70 RM), oder mit dem Bus zu Ferry, rüber nach Butterworth, 2,- RM, und dann weiter mit den Vorortzügen, "Touch 'n Go Card" einsetzbar, oder direkt mit dem Handy bezahlen, z. B. mit der Google Wallet. Die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zum "Attec" sind einfach super, für jeden Geschmack etwas. Es gibt viel Historisches zu sehen, aber auch das Wohnen in der Zukunft, wie kann man nur so zusammengedrängt leben?

Die 23 Stufen bis zur Reception des Attec, dann noch mal 20 bis zum Zimmer, was für Bergsteiger. Was richtig für Probleme sorgen kann, sind die kleinen Schlüssel-Tresore neben der Eingangstür, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, Mannomann.

El personal es super amable y la ubicación andando a los murales de arte callejero y pequeña india a unos 10 minutos andando, a pesar de que abajo del alojamiento teníamos un bar con música elevada, en el interior cerrado no se escuchaba nada.

Por poner algo, si busca una zona de ducha o baño separado del wáter y que cuando te duches no se llene todo de agua, este no es tu sitio, pero vamos que es otro de los encantos de malasia 🤣🤣

I have been to Penang many times. I was very pleasantly surprised by Attic. My room was a good size and everything was comfortable and there. Big shower room. Added plus of available coffee, tea, bread and jam in the morning. I was very happy except for the wifi. Please upgrade as you have made everything else to make a happy guest
