TV limited but clear channels, that's important, and value for your money for sure. Boutique. Lighting in the room very good and comfy bed.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The ambience and overall vibes were wonderful. The room was well-maintained and cozy, making our stay very comfortable. My children especially loved the room, mainly because of the bathtub and the stairs haha. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, ensuring a good rest. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There is also a coffee machine and vending machine available in the lobby, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and definitely worth the price.
There was a slight smell on the duvet cover, but since we were only staying for one night, we just turned it over instead of requesting a replacement. The shampoo and bath soap were also almost empty, and we could only use them once. It would be better if these were checked before new guests arrive. Since they are L’Occitane products, it’s possible previous guests used most of them or they were not refilled properly. Fortunately, we were not in the room much, so we managed with what was available. The location is a bit far from KL, but it is conveniently situated between KL and Batu Caves.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026They’re able to prepare the daily necessities we need. Even if there isn’t enough time to get everything ready, there’s no need to worry. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy parking available, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.
The sound insulation isn’t very good. If other guests are noisy or slam their doors, it can be heard clearly, and it can sometimes be quite disturbing.
