Friendly, calm, relaxing. Spacious room. Good wifi. Easy parking. Nice garden and trees arrangement around the (small) swimming pool. Excellent food for evening dinner (when choosing half-board). Lulu supermarket walkable nearby for anything you might need.

Not that important, but: the music in the restaurant during dinner is extremely repetitive and therefore quite annoying.

The restaurant staff was not good at all, Since I don’t like that they didn’t provide the microwave in the room, since we paid a very good amount but they didn’t provide the microwave and also room was not up to the mark, when i called reception they asked me to go to the restaurant, so i went to the restaurant and asked to make hot our food so they refused straight away with rudeness even I requested multiple times, so for sure that was my last visit in Atana Musandam,

The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for a resort. There is no beach access, and the swimming pool is quite small. There are also very limited facilities and no entertainment or activities at the hotel, so there was basically nothing to do during the stay. I also found the hotel toilets to be not as clean as expected, which was disappointing. Our booking was for two nights, but unfortunately, we stayed only one night and decided to leave the following day because the hotel did not offer the resort experience we were expecting.

Welcoming staff, all the staff were very polite and welcoming. They accommodated all our requests and made us feel very comfortable.

The breakfast options were same for all 3 days. Last day breakfast didn't even have any hot food except omelets and pancakes.

Really good location and style of room , staff provide all the information , always support any question to them

Room was clean and spacious. Bed & Pillows very comfortable. Restaurant food was very good

Swimming pool did not have a cooling system, water was very hot.

There was no enough programs to do . No playground for kids, no enough seating space to sit. The reception didn’t give a detailed information about the boat trip. For example to whom should I pay, hotel or the boat owner.etc.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was moderate . Pool was decent, centrally located restaurants we're in a radius of 1-2kms

First of all, I would like to appreciate the warmth and professionalism shown by the Omani immigration officers during an extremely busy holiday period. The hospitality and respectful attitude we experienced at the border truly reflected the kindness Oman is known for. Unfortunately, our experience at Atana Resort was completely different. The reception lady on duty appeared unwelcoming, rude, and noticeably biased in the way guests were treated. I was waiting at the reception for nearly 10 minutes for my bill around 12:30 PM, during which I witnessed three separate guest interactions. The first Indian family with children approached her requesting an early check-in. She dismissed them immediately, stating they should return at 2 PM, without even allowing them to properly explain or complete their request. A second Indian family received very similar treatment. However, when a European family approached shortly after, her attitude changed completely. She became extremely polite and informed them that although the official check-in time was 2 PM, they would receive their room within 5 minutes. This was especially disappointing considering that nearly 80% of the hotel guests at the time appeared to be Indian families. I genuinely love Oman and have always found Omani people to be respectful, warm, and welcoming. That is why this experience stood out so negatively. I sincerely hope senior management takes note of this feedback because experiences like these leave a lasting impression. Personally, I would hesitate to stay at the resort again, and I am sure other guests who felt similarly would feel the same way.

Room are spacious with Big balcony. Comfortable and big beds.

Swimming pool is not big for the resort of that size.

Location: OK, but we had a rental car (unrelated: for more freedom, a car is welcome). Check-in and welcome: very good. Room: large, clean, comfortable bed. Activities in the hotel: acceptable (swimming pool, gym). Breakfast: a little sparse for a 4-star hotel, even though we were there in the low season. The service and staff more than made up for any minor shortcomings. So, the downsides:

Very quiet at night makes people sharing the room uncomfortable.

Due to very low occupancy, the breakfast was being served as a set menu. I didn't mind the set menu, but it would have been helpful to label it as Continental, American, or Arabic. What I experienced was a little bit of all, which didn't make any sense.

L’hôtel a du charme et la décoration des chambres, du lobby et du restaurant sont très « couleur locale ». Il est très proche du port de Khasab d’où nous sommes partis pour une sortie d’une journée dans les fjords du musandam.

Right from the time of booking and planning, the staff were very helpful. I got a call back based on my email. We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday for a little get away. Huda called me and reassured that they will take care of everything. She also helped with booking the Dhow cruise. When we got back to the room, it was lovely to see the decorations in the room along with a nice cake. The decorations were elaborate and had a personal touch. We also got help with the extra bed requirements for the kids. I would also like to mention special thanks to the rest of the team including Elizabeth and Mazher. You went beyond your normal call of duty to make this trip special. The crew in the restaurant and other staff in the hotel were attentive and friendly. The place has a nice and quiet vibe. We would recommend this place to anyone considering.

Second visit and just as good as the first. Very welcoming, nice large rooms ( although a couple of us had rooms with a slight 'odour' which we were told is due to the wood in the ceiling) and good breakfasts.

Location is good and room is nice.

We had extra bed in the room it wasn’t in the room when we arrived, it was very uncomfortable which was disappointing for the price. The restaurant staff don’t put in bookings when asked, are polite but poor and slow. The food is mediocre. The pool isn’t the best, feels like it all needs an upgrade. Ok for 1 night if you’re doing a full day dhow tour.

Inflexible and unhelpful at all, if the only care is to get the money regardless anything else, i really feel unfair from the reservation team, after they accepted to change dates and i am trying to recommend dates , in one day they have changed completely and now not changing dates and not offering any solution, why because they said it clearly we have already got the money. Very unfair and i don't forgive them at all
