The staff is just amazing and the place very calm and so close to the ruins. Amazing location

Personal amabilísimo. Detalles cuidados al máximo. Todo pensado para el máximo confort del huésped. Nos gestionaron sin coste la adquisición de las entradas a Chichen Itzá; nos facilitaron reserva de un taxi; el contacto para cambiar de euros a pesos e incluso dónde poder cenar algo cerca del alojamiento. Se estropeó la cisterna del wc durante la estancia y lo gestionaron rápidamente y muy amables.

El único aspecto menos positivo es que se encuentra algo alejado del centro del pueblo y las calles de alrededor no están muy iluminadas. Pero yendo con coche o llegando de día y organizando bien la cena y la logística de actividades, todo fenomenal.

La acogida y la habitación cuádruple en la que estuvimos alojados. Nos encantó la estética y los detalles de la habitación en su conjunto. El lugar es muy tranquilo y está cerca del conjunto arqueológico de Chichén Itzá.

Endroit parfait et au calme à 8min du parking officiel de Chichen Itza. La Chambre Suite est très grande et très confortable. La literie est parfaite. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La piscine est très agréable. Pas de petit déjeuner ou repas sur place mais nombreux restaurants dans la ville. Voiture nécessaire.

Lovely property with very helpful staff.

Een prachtig appartement. Er ontbrak aan niets. Fijn zwembad. 5 minuten vanaf Chichén Itzá. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig. In het appartement lag een lijst met tips van lokale restaurants. Wij hebben bij Cactus Grill gegeten. Erg lekker en heel voordelig.

Heerlijk klein zwembadje om af te koelen na bezoek chichen itza. Verder kun je in het dorpje goedkoop en lekker eten.

Zelf ontbijt regelen, maar je wilt toch vroeg bij chichen itza zijn dus maakte voor ons niet uit.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les monuments de Chichen Itza (10 mn en voiture). Très bon accueil, jolies chambres avec des lits immenses , belle salle de bain , parking dans l’établissement, piscine joliment éclairée la nuit . Calme . On peut même se faire un café dans la chambre + mini frigo

Posto bellissimo con piscina utilizzabile, camera piccola ma confortevole, bagno perfetto. Letto comodo, AC funzionante, zanzariere disponibili. Se chiedete alla reception vi possono procurare una guida per visitare Chichén-Itzá e se vi capita la stessa nostra sarete più che soddisfatti!! La struttura rimane in una viuzza un pochino "distante" dal centro dove ci sono ristoranti / locali, ma non fatevi spaventare dalla strada poco illuminata, non mi sono mai sentita più sicura in altro posto in vita mia ed è una camminata fattibile! Consiglio per qualche notte!

Location - just 10min from Chicken Itza. Very clean and amazing value for money. Very soft towels and strong shower. Good AC. The hosts were very lovely and friendly. They also close the gates for night so your car and you can feel very safe. Lovely garden with plans and a pool.

La proximité de Chichen Itza, l’accueil et l’espace piscine juste devant la chambre.

L’insonorisation… nous avions l’impression d’être avec le bébé du voisin qui a pleuré toute la nuit.

To visit chitchen itza there is no more convenient place!

We where told there was a breakfast possibility but there was not. During the day the put on the pumps of the pool, these an awful lot of noise... so ok if you visit Chitchen Itza, but not OK is you want to relax near the pool in the afternoon.

Great location- 25 min walk away from Chichen Itza. Lovely staff- really helpful and helped us book taxis, made recommendations etc. Lovely pool area and free coffee

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Casa Victoria for one night while visiting Chichen Itza, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute drive, which made getting to the site very easy. We booked the suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. The building itself is very tastefully done, and the interiors are thoughtfully decorated with a really lovely finish. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything worked well — strong air conditioning, good hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi. There is also a small kitchenette, which was quite handy for heating up food. What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange a tour for us, and our guide, Jaime, was fantastic. He picked us up directly from the hotel and had already arranged the tickets in advance, so we could skip the queues and go straight in, which saved a lot of time. Throughout the visit, he explained each temple and point of interest in a clear and engaging way, breaking down the iconography and its meaning so it was easy to follow. What really stood out was how he brought everything to life — especially the Mayan calendar and how the main temple aligns with it. He used photos and simple animations on his iPad to show this visually, which made it much more meaningful than just listening to an explanation. He was extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and also took some lovely photos for us, which he later shared. The hotel also arranged taxis whenever we needed them, which made getting around very easy. On our checkout day, we left our luggage at reception, went for our morning visit to Chichen Itza, and then returned later in the day. They were very accommodating and even allowed us to relax by the pool while we waited for our bus. Overall, a very comfortable and well-run place with outstanding service. Would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Chichen Itza.

Casa Victoria is a hidden gem only a few minutes from Chichen Itza. It is a well cared for property run by a family and they do a wonderful job to make sure your stay is perfect. We hired their tour guide to lead us around Chichen Itza. He was a wonderful Mayan gentleman who loves his culture. Our taxi driver charged us 200 pesos to get from the Tren Maya station to the Casa and 100 pesos from Casa to Chichen Itza.

We liked everything about the property. We walked a couple of blocks to restaurants for our meals which didn’t bother us at all. Our group of 4 ranged in age from 64-74 years and we walked most of the time, but also called a taxi to get us places. Very easy. If you do walk back to Casa at night, bring a headlamp or flashlight as there are no streetlights on the calle. They do not serve breakfast so be prepared for that. That may change soon! Before going to Chichen Itza, our taxi driver took us to a restaurant for breakfast. We met our guide at 830 am.

I liked everything

The owner was very nice! They reached out over Whatsapp and always responded fast there. They also made sure to book taxis for us whenever we needed as it’s not easy to get them otherwise. They always cleaned our room and exchanged our towels. Overall, the resort is small and very peaceful.

The booking app stated there would be breakfast included, which was not true. They did offer to bring the grind coffee machine at a time we choose to our room though. It’s not a huge problem, just need to account for searching food in Pisté, which has limited options.

Very clean, comfortable and cute place. The owners were very helpful and friendly with anything we needed.

Schönes Casa mit kleinen Bugalows und Pool in der Mitte. Scheint alles sehr neu zu sein und alles ist sauber.

Das Casa ist 15 Min. zu Fuss vom Zentrum (für Frühstück/Essen). Es hat kein TV und wir wurden bereits knapp 1h vor dem Check-Out daran erinnert, dass wir um 11 auschecken müssen. Wir fanden das etwas unfreundlich. Preis-Leistung ist etwas zu teuer, für dass es kein Frühstück gibt und weit weg vom Zentrum ist.

El hotel es muy bonito, la persona que nos recibió muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de mis mensajes. Las camas super cómodas, perfecto para descansar después de tanto paseo. Es una joyita escondida en este pequeño pueblo, la verdad vale la pena quedarse mínimo 2 días para ir a Chichen Itza y llegas muy temprano antes que los tours, así disfrutas del lugar.

Sólo como sugerencia, estaría genial que tuvieran microondas para calentar comida.

C'est un petit hôtel simple et agréable, rien d'incroyable mais plaisant, qui fait un peu penser à un joli motel. Le personnel est très agréable et compétent. C'est également bien placé, à la sortie de la ville, mais les restaurants et cafés sont tous à moins de 15 minutes à pieds.

A Slice of Heaven at Casa Victoria We had a wonderful two-night stay at Casa Victoria, located just on the outskirts of Piste, only a 10-minute walk into town. This place truly felt like a slice of heaven, with charming casitas arranged around a tranquil pool. It was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The guesthouse is family-owned, and we felt incredibly welcomed by the hosts. Special mention goes to the cheeky cat that loved to come say hello! Key Highlights: The rooms come equipped with a fridge, fantastic air conditioning, and large, comfy beds. Plenty of towels and quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Large shower, hot water, good pressure. The internet is reliable and fast, making it easy to work or browse. The location is ideal, just a short taxi ride from major attractions like Chichen Itza and Cenote Ik Kil. Taxi rides are affordable, and the guesthouse arranges them easily. Every taxi driver knew Casa Victoria, and the town of Piste itself was incredibly friendly. Additional Recommendations: Just a five-minute walk away, there’s a fantastic bakery and various small shops for supplies. On the main street, we highly recommend the Cactus Grill for casual dining. They offer tasty, affordable meals like tacos, burritos & burgers and great service. Casa Victoria is truly a gem with only six casitas, making it easygoing and relaxing. Being so close to Chichen Itzá and other local attractions we also think it is incredible value for money. We could easily stay here for a week! The family running it has done a fantastic job, and we wish them all the best. They were super helpful. We’d highly recommend staying here—absolutely fantastic, 10 out of 10!

Petite structure offrant un joli cadre, tranquille. Chambre et lit spacieux. Tout est très propre et bien pensé. Personnel chaleureux et apportant des informations intéressantes. Très pratique pour aller sur le site de Chichen Itza, avec une voiture. Des emplacements sont d'ailleurs disponibles pour les voitures. On a envie d'y rester plusieurs jours.

Un rapport qualité/prix excellent à proximité de Chichen Itza (10 minutes en voiture). Un petit hôtel charmant avec des bungalows avec terrasse autour de la piscine. Bons équipements avec un effort apporté à la décoration. Des propriétaires très sympathiques, parlant anglais, de bons conseils notamment pour dîner.

La literie est un peu trop ferme. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de prestation de petit-déjeuner.

L'aura de calme qui entoure le lieu et s'installe dès le premier contact avec la propriétaire. La prise de contact direct avec un guide officiel du site archéologique de Chichén Itza a été facilitée par la propriétaire :)

Está un poco alejado del centro del pueblo (15min andando) pero vale la pena pues eso hace que sea muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, un oasis de paz. Muy limpio y cuidado. La amabilidad de la mujer que nos recibió, y todas las explicaciones y consejos que te da sobre dónde comer o desayunar. La piscina. La cama, King size y muy cómoda. La ducha: la mejor ducha que encontramos en nuestro roadtrip por la península de Yucatán! Potencia y temperatura perfectas, con agua caliente. La decoración de la habitación, cuidada y funcional. Mosquiteras en ventana y puerta. Parking dentro de la propiedad, que además cierran a las 22h para mayor seguridad.

Por decir algo, quizás ofrecer desayuno lo mejoraría, pero sinceramente es por poner algo!
