The place was dirty, not smelling good. the receptionist was rowdy .overall experience was dodgy and im still waiting for my refund .it was a terrible experience.

I liked the staff and room size and the bed. Nothing else!!

The showers are pretty bad😭sinks, bathroom floors too. Maybe the Tvs could be improved too. The WiFi was pretty slow.

The room had only 1 plug..the room was cold as well. Receptionist wasn’t as friendly and accommodating because she was spend 5 minutes talking to her phone before attending to our concerns.

They gave me a different room, not the one i booked. DIRTY, GROSS, NO HOT WATER, NO COOKING FACILITIES, BEDROOM LIGHTS NOT WORKING, NO CUTLERY, NO NOTHING! And no security at all. A creepy guest followed me to my room, entefdes without my permission and haressed me. Nothing was done about it, in fact, when i went to the reception to ask for help, it was CLOSED. I had to leave immediatly fearing for my life, and they refused to give my money back. WOSRT NIGHTMARE. DO NOT RECOOMEND TO ANYONE

Wasted my money on booking this hotel, no fridge no microwave, no stove yet it is a self service. There was literally nothing in the room not even cutlery even a cup to drink water.

The property needs a serious renovation, the was no water in the morning when we needed to bath not even cold water everything was broken, the taps were not working, the bed was broken, cupboards were broken too, the curtains were so dirty and smelling really bad I’m honestly disappointed

The hosts are kind and helpful. I remember Mulugisi even insisted on helping me out when my car was dead. And anything I needed was sorted.

Nothing customer service is bad I waited outside on rain midnight unattended security was sleeping. I end up sleeping somewhere else because they failed verifying my booking because they were busy referring me to other branch only to realuse they made a mistake and didn't apologize for it.

Nothing, the place is dirty. We couldn't even stay. One of us was supposed to share a room with someone they don't know and when booking that is not highlighted. The pictures and the place are two different things.

Place was haunted, people was knocking on our doors at 3am in the morning while we sleeping

The AC was left on continuously an the room was ice cold. No assistance from the workers

Showers were bad!! Reported linkage no one attended to it...no towels,no spoons ,kettle ,iron is used by everyone in there -whenever we need it we had to wait for others to finish. We were moves from the so called "special room" after we requested to extend our days. When we asked we were told someone who comes there once in a while normally requests to be booked in that room so we had to move for whoever that was. They took our spoon and exchanged it ,had to leave that spoon there though they failed to provide us with spoons

The other guests were lovely, except for the ones that started the smoke by microwaving a chocolate with the wrapper.

The power points by the beds don't have 2 pin adapters, so unless you know beforehand you need to bring your own. When I checked in, I asked the desk if I could do a late checkout, and he said it was fine. Come the morning, and he tells me I didn't ask, why would I make this up? Like, get your client service skills up, and don't make your clients feel like the victim. It was something I asked and even stated because I hurt my ankle and wanted to rest it a bit more. The bathroom shower curtain rail was also broken, so there was no curtain and water gets everywhere. Some sort of bedside lamp would also be useful, otherwise you have to disturb everyone with the main light on.
