A localização para compras. Precisei deslocar me a centro da cidade Sandton. Na verdade fiz confusão dos hoteis na hora do booking. Estava previsto a reserva para MINT proximo ao Nelson Mandela Square. Mas mesmo assim a distancia não é tão longa sao poucos kilometros.

It is most convenient for transportation, closer to the airport and quite a number of Big Malls.

Unfortunately I didn’t eat anything from there,maybe will try next time because I had my own food.

Bed mattress is worn-out, it was like a sinking ship. Sitting room light not working. No elevator or ramp option in case you don't want to use the stairs Being chased out of the room after check out time. No Courtesy or option to pay an extra fee after check out time.

Smell of paint in the room. Woke up feeling sick and all sorts of things. The sliding door was broken. I told staff and they said they would attend to it but did not. Struggled to find parking. Parked in the nearby establishment. Security woke me up early for me to move my car. Dirty bathroom and shower, bathroom window broken. Looked like place is not well kept and cleaned properly.

There were no towels, the hotel said that they did not have any at the time. The toilet had a yellow streak, bathroom dirty and smelt bad. Would never book again.

The cleanliness of this place was absolutely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. The bedsheets were extremely dirty, with visible brown stains, which immediately made us question whether they had even been properly changed or washed. The towels provided were old, torn, and in terrible condition. The bathroom smelled absolutely horrible, to the point where it was extremely unpleasant just to be inside. What made things even worse was seeing that the same mop was being used to clean the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. This is completely unhygienic and raises serious concerns about the overall sanitation of the property. The entire experience made us feel uncomfortable and disgusted. Basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum when paying for accommodation, and unfortunately, this place failed even at that. The hygiene standards were shocking, and the property looked nothing like the level of cleanliness a guest should reasonably expect. I would definitely not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their cleaning and hygiene practices.

the apartment was untidy and not cleaned. The lounge 2 seater was very dirty, whilst i was in the shower the water turned cold, At least we should have been notified that the hot water is on a timer.

Spatially value for money indeed. The hosting staff were excellent.

I understand it’s apartments, and it’s super value for money, but at least have water, a pitcher of water in the fridge, if you can’t provide bottled water. An actual “work desk” would not hurt, and sidelights in a bedroom is not a bad thing, it will probably save on your electricity bill. Plug points are limited in the lounge area, and the 32” TV is a little bit of a let down, besides the remote not working. And no towels and 1ply tissue

Cleaning staff wasnt perfecting it. 1st day we checked in, room floors weren't clean. During our stay, we had booked for 3 people but we were continously just given two towels. Floor bathroom towels was provided for only one day for the 6 nights we stayed there.

Your staff is trash, no towels. Woken up at 5am on my door for nothing. Paid for late check out and your stuff came to my room two hours earlier than I was supposed to leave, to tell me to leave.

Too many cars all over no proper parking space they let you park in front of the building and then you must move your car in the morning very disturbing

There is no potter to help you with your luggage and there is no lift in the hotel I had to carry my luggage to 3rd floor very frustrating specially with my broken hand

The location is convenient but overall the stay fell short in terms of comfort, service and basic amenities.

Unfortunately our stay at MINT Sandton wasn’t the greatest. We had to request towels and extra toilet paper and were told they were waiting for a delivery on towels. There were also no bottled waters for making coffee and no air conditioning. The hotel was quite noisy, with loud music and guests walking past throughout the night. Parking was also very limited.

I like that even though I book the 1 bedroom but I get the 2 bedroom

On my second day unit 417 the were no towels and am not the first one to complain about this , before booking I read comments about the shortage of towels and I experienced this , surely the management doesn't care about taking our feedback serious I mean like towels it just bare minimum , they must change the cleaning staff as well they don't do their job accordingly, the room must be spotless and smell good , how can I spend my night to the room that still has smell of hooker pipe/hubbly of the previous guests

There’s no twin plugs - was phone battery was dying and they couldn’t assist. Twin plugs should be standard in all rooms - what kind of room was i allocated to?! Very disappointing to say the least

Je n'ai rien aimé du tout. En réalité, j'ai confondu. Je pensais avoir reserbé à Mint 84 Katherine où j'avais logé avec ma famille, il y a deux ans et demi. Quel choc, à notre arrivée. Je n'ai pas pu y passrr deux nuits comme prévu. J ai quitté le lendemain. Chose triste, c'rst qu'ils ont refusé de faire le transfert sur le mint 84 et même de rembourser pour les deux appartements reservés. Je ne recommenderai jamais cet hôtel. Très déçue....

Tout. Surtout l acceuil. Sans ascenseurs et on vous loge au 3eme !!! Et il fallait soulever les valises!!! Un vrai cauchemar cet hôtel. Aucunr serviette dans la sallr de bain....bref!!! Un désastre

The location and security were good but unfortunately the property was a bit run down and unkempt.

The unit was not clean at all with a cockroach in the kitchen and dirty sheets. Traveling with two kids - we were very disappointed.

The apartment was spacious and in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend it to others.

My issue was only the lady called Simphiwe from reception who treat us like we don't have a value 😭 she told us to move in the room cause we booked for 1 bedroom talk us very rude ,I did explained that I payed from EFT as booking .dot .com said .I was very disappointed.

The was blood on the staircase, some people were out there seeming as they have been evicted and a bunch of intoxicated ladies roaming around

It was so peaceful and I felt safe and secure and the staff was amazing. They make sure that the rooms were nice and neat.

It’s not about the property it was the shuttle or transportation service that was offered to me. It took way longer two hours for me waiting for the driver to show up and pick me up. I did not like that but the accommodation was amazing.

The excessive noise outside the room, the room was located next to a welding workshop In addition, there were no towels in the room, I called reception several times and was repeatedly told that housekeeping was on the way, after waiting for 2 hours, I called again and was told by the receptionist that she would bring personally bring the towels. I waited even longer but no one came When I eventually went downstairs to enquire in person, the security guard informed me that the staff had already left for the day and that they were no towels available until tomorrow. I felt extremely disrespected by the receptionist’s handling of the situation. What upset me the most was that she did not simply tell me the truth that the hotel had run out of towels, I could at least have made alternative arrangements because I needed to get ready for an important meeting.
