Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Neues Zimmer war super. Älteres Zimmer war ok.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera quadrupla. La camera in sè era bella, pulita, con due grandi letti matrimoniali. Il bagno anche era molto grande, dotato di una enorme doccia. Essendo la struttura immersa nella giungla, regna il silenzio assoluto. Il panorama dalla struttura è molto bello: godere di una colazione qui, con questa vista incredibile è molto rilassante. La sala delle colazioni è bellissima e la colazione è abbondante: prevede un piatto di frutta, waffle, uova a scelta, pane e marmellata, tè o caffè. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

L'acqua calda non funzionava bene per cui essendo in 4, 2 di noi han dovuto fare la doccia fredda. Il giorno dopo il problema è stato risolto. Il phon aveva presa europea (shuko) quindi non collegabile alla presa del bagno e di fatto senza adattatore impossibile da usare. La porta di chiudeva a fatica dovendo fare una manovra per alzarla e riuscire a girare la serratura. La struttura è un po' distante dal centro di Ella: è necessario per forza prendere un tuc tuc perché la strada è molto buia di notte. Cuscini molto alti e scomodissimi.

Υπέροχη εμπειρία! Όλα ήταν πραγματικά τέλεια, από την καθαριότητα και την άνεση του δωματίου μέχρι την εξυπηρέτηση και τη φιλοξενία. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Ο Eranga ιδιαίτερα μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε από σίδερο για τα ρούχα, την κάθε μετακίνηση μας ,τις δραστηριότητες μας, γρήγορος κ με χαμόγελο,έπαιξε σημαντικό ρόλο στην εμπειρία μας.Η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν υπέροχη και η διαμονή μας ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nice spacious rooms with balcony and view.

Byli jsem v úplně nové části hotelu. Pokoje byly nádherné, krásně zařízené, perfektně čisté. Koupelna moderní, nádherná a čistá, postele pohodlné. Výhled z balkónu krásný. Pokoje jsou v patře, ale personál nám zavazadla odnesl nahoru i dolů. Pod střechou je nádherná terasa s krásným výhledem, kde si můžete vychutnat kávičku, což jsme si užívali každý den. Personál milý, nápomocný a servis výborný. Snídaně byly výborné, i když v evropském stylu, ale pokud je požádáte o srílanskou snídani, určitě vám vyjdou vstříc. My příliš nejedli evropskou snídani (vajíčka, tousty), tam to sami pochopili a udělali nám vynikající srílanskou snídani. Hotel je asi 1, 5 km od centra, můžete dojet tuk tukem, který se vám nabízí na každém kroku. My chodili vždy pěšky a užívali si místní přírodu. A také můžete jít podél železnice, to je jen asi 10 minut chůze do centra. Tento hotel všem doporučujeme.

حجزت الفندق بناءا على التقيمات لكن لم أكمل ساعة من تسجيل الدخول بسبب الكهرباء مقطوعة موظف الاستقبال سئ التعامل وعنصري حتى عندما أخبرنه برغبتنا في الغاء الحجز قام بالإلغاء مباشرة اعطونا غرفة في الاسفل اي لابد من نزول درج طويل وهذا يتعبنا وعندما أخبرتهم بتغيير الغرفة رفضوا في الأعلى

It’s a nice aesthetic the room is big and has a nice balcony. The staff is very nice and cooperative, they will get you a tuktuk to the city if you need one ( trust me you do )

The location is a bit scary out of town not a lot of drivers will agree to take you, the rooms are a bit dirty, and don’t even think about opening the balcony at night so many insects will come in the room ( spiders, flys, etc.), the bathroom is very nice but there is pretty much no hot water only warm. And for the price i don’t think it’s worth it to stay here through my experience. ( the staff is lovely nothing is personal that’s just my personal opinion)

The room is lovely and clean, and the view from the balcony is amazing. The staff is nice and very available to organize tours. The breakfast is fantastic!!

Well maintained super clean place

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, clean and the breakfast is absolutely amazing! It is a 5 min tuktuk drive from Ella Centre. The people are friendly, helpful and very kind.

All was good

Very cute Jungle hotel in Ella - staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed with the kids in a family room which was brand new.

Staff was polite but all a bit slow. Even though we paid 150€ per night for the suite there was no service to freshen up the room (towels, fresh water, refill coffee). Also, the hotel is not ideal for kids as there is not much to do for them

We absolutely loved our stay at 3Arch Eco Cottage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views all around. It's not super central but we actually preferred it that way, and the staff was super helpful (they offered to drive us anywhere we needed with their tuktuk for a small fee). We also used the laundry service and our clothes were returned timely and in perfectly clean condition.

Beautiful spot with great views. Cabins are spacious, with high ceilings and huge comfy beds. Owner is really helpful and can arrange tuk tuks into town (although it's easy to walk up onto the bridge and along the railway tracks). Highly recommend.

Only slight downside is the distance from the centre, but the location is incredibly peaceful and only 5 mins in a tuk tuk (or 10-15 min walk along the railway line).

Food, location, and staff.

Our room was lovely and big and had lovely views. It’s a short tuk tuk ride into Ella. You can walk into Ella or the 9 arch bridge from the hotel (during the day on the train tracks). Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great.

Le calme, la taille des chambres avec terrasse Un service de navette pour le centre ville pour les personnes qui n'ont pas de véhicule . Propre. Nous avons eu la chance d'inaugurer la nouvelle salle des déjeuners le dernier matin , magnifique !!

Pyszne śniadania, piękny widok z restauracji i balkonów, nowoczesny wystrój, bardzo przyjazny personel, możliwość zrobienia prania na miejscu za 800 LKR/kg, menedżer zespołu także może podwozić tuk-tukiem do miasta i lokalnych atrakcji za lepszą cenę niż lokalni kierowcy (bo nie działa aplikacja PickMe ani Uber). Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni - kiedy nie spływała woda w prysznicu, personel zadbał o naprawę tego samego dnia, kiedy chcieliśmy jechać do fabryki herbaty, zaproponowano nam przejazd i oczekiwanie na koniec naszej wycieczki (za dużo lepszą cenę niż inni kierowcy). Dodatkowo można po krótkiej wspinaczce wejść na 3 Arches Bridge I następnie w ok. 30 minut piechotą torami dojść do 9 Arches Bridge. BARDZO POLECAMY 💯

Jedyny delikatny minus to sąsiednia budowa, na której dość wcześnie rozpoczynano prace i szczekał pies, ale oczywiście to niezależne od obsługi obiektu i poza tym naprawdę jesteśmy mega zadowoleni z jakości jaką reprezentował personel 🙏🏻😊

Lontano dal centro

Sehr ordentliche, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen. Man ist mitten in der Natur. Sehr nettes Personal.

Nicht sehr zentral, also nicht direkt in Ella, dafür aber in der Natur im Grünen.

Heerlijke, rustige plek. Kamers waren erg comfortabel met een erg mooi uitzicht. Het kingsize bed was zo groot dat je elkaar ‘s nachts niet tegenkwam. En het balkon met zitzakken was fijn. De medewerkers proberen je bij alles te helpen. Ze zijn responsief en hebben ons de omgeving laten zien per tuktuk. Ontbijt is buitengewoon goed en veel!

Ligt bovenop een berg dus je hebt eigenlijk een tuktuk nodig om er te komen (of je vraagt de eigenaar om je op te halen). Lopend naar centrum is ongeveer 25 minuten.

Nos gustó mucho alojarnos aquí. Puedes ir andando en pocos minutos al centro siguiendo la vía del tren, a los niños les encantaba. La habitación familiar es amplia y cómoda

Por la noche hubo una música y voces muy fuertes de algún altavoz o megáfono cercano. No sé de dónde venía (creo que no del propio hotel) pero fue bastante molesto.

The location is beautiful, in the nature. A little difficult to access, but worth it. It's quiet, the staff is very friendly.

Tutto! La struttura è una deliziosa oasi di pace e relax poco lontano dal centro della città di Ella che è molto caotico e pullula di turisti. I ragazzi dello staff sono incredibilmente gentili e di cuore, la stanza era gigantesca con un meraviglioso balcone vista natura, perfetto per rilassarsi. Sia stanza che bagno erano puliti e profumati. Lo staff offre la possibile di accompagnarvi in centro in tuktuk per sole 500rs (prezzo più che onesto!). Inoltre, fatevi indicare dallo staff il piccolo cammino poco conosciuto che vi permette, seguendo i binari della ferrovia, di raggiungere il centro con una breve passeggiata nella natura.

The views from our room were amazing, staff helpful in organising tuk tuks into town, breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was as described with air con and mosquito nets. Very good value for money

Staying at 3 Arch Eco Cottage was a wonderful experience and it's a place I'd highly recommend for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was quite good; the true highlight, however, was the balcony, which offered a gorgeous, sprawling view of the surrounding nature. The staff were a huge part of what made our stay so great. They were exceptionally helpful, kind and accommodating. Their in-house tuk-tuk service was a lifesaver—they were able to pick us up and drop us off for a very reasonable rate, which was a huge convenience given the hotel's remote location. They even went out of their way to pick up a dinner order for us from the city center.

There were a couple of minor issues. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent at times, and the Wi-Fi was out for most of our stay, which they mentioned was due to a weather disruption. However, these small things didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. While the remote location is part of the charm, it's worth noting that it can be a bit challenging to get to. Most local tuk-tuk drivers weren't willing to make the trip, so the hotel's service was essential. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need to go to the main city center, which is about a 25-minute walk on a hilly road or a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away.

The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is in a very beautiful nature. You had this cinematic view of wild nature in your balcony. The staff members were very friendly. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Ella city centre and the staff is taking you wherever you need on a tuk tuk.

The stairs to the rooms are not very comfortable, but the staff is helping you with everything.

Lovely cottage, great location - only 5-6 mins via tuk tuk into the city centre, a 25 min walk to the bridge. They have a tuk tuk service which makes it really easy to get around, very fair pricing. The view and room is beautiful. A big breakfast spread. Lovely welcoming staff

Very basic amenities Also the bathroom is open/connected to the room so I’d recommend staying here with someone you are very very comfortable with because you can hear every single movement with echo + smell everything going on in there. But would be perfect if you were staying alone

Prachtige kamers, heel ruim met fijne badkamer. Mooi terras met mooi uitzicht. Laundry is goed geregeld. Het ligt iets buiten Ella, te ver om te lopen, maar met vervoer ben je er in 5 min. Ella is heel gezellig, veel restaurantjes en goede sfeer.

Le cadre luxuriant autour, le calme et la nature, la proximité du 3 arch bridge, la beauté de la chambre et la vue! Le petit frigo dans la chambre et les poufs sur la terrasse. Un vrai luxe de voyageurs en famille à prix très correct. Petit déjeuner super copieux et varié.

It was a nice experience to live in nature. The staff was super helpful and accommodating.

I understand that animals are expected in such a stay but maybe better doors with sealed gaps would’ve prevented animals like lizards, ants and mosquitos to enter the room.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber dafür wunderschön mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei allem bemüht einem zu helfen oder Aktivitäten/Taxis zu organisieren. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Tuktuk, sodass man bei Verfügbarkeit auch direkt über das Hotel und zu günstigen Preisen in den Ort oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren werden kann. Sollten wir nochmal nach Ella kommen, buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Kupaonica je iznimno losa, pločice su prljave. Vidi se vrlo površno očišćen apartman: mreže na krevetima su prljave, kutevi soba neočišćeni, po stropovima paukove mreže. Ali najviše mi je smetala prljava kupaonica.

Beautiful hidden oasis not far from the bustle of Ella. Large open rooms with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the green valley. Wonderful breakfast! The host could not have been more helpful.

Beautiful spacious room with huge comfortable bed. Wide balcony surrounded by trees. Staff were helpful in providing internet booster and access to room when I didn’t have a key. Fruit as part of the breakfast was lovely.

Breakfast was below average (apart from fruit). Bread was like crackers and unpalatable. Sometimes felt that staff were looking for what they could get out of us - this was common in Ella, being a heavily touristed area so probably just the general vibe, but we didn’t dig it.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie: m.in pyszne naleśniki:). Pięknie położony budynek, pokój spory, bardzo pomocny personel; wielkie, wygodne łóżko.

Dość ciemna lazienka, niezbyt ładny (wilgotny zapach) unoszący się w pokoju. Nie był jednak bardzo intensywny.

Lovely bright room, super nice staff

Lush stay here. It is 15mins walk to Ella along the tracks (in the daylight) via 3arches which hasn’t been commercialised yet! You can walk 20-25mins by road. Very easy to get tuk tuk though. Rooms are huge, the bed is massive and well maintained. The staff are super friendly always on hand to help and accommodate to your daily plan. Breakfast is decent with a selection of eggs. You are in the jungle, expect some bugs and noises but nothing will harm you! It is worth the stay here.

Sehr cooler Balkon mit Sitzsäcken und schöner Aussicht. Alles wirkte sehr Neu und sauber.

Nachts hat leider der Nachbarshund recht laut und leider sehr lange gebellt (bis 3/4Uhr). Das sollte man auf jeden Fall wissen.
