Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The pool great with a beautiful tree for shade. The same as the other gardens. The room had amazing architecture. It was so peaceful and yet through a gate was the high street, so location couldn't be better.
Nobody met us from the taxi drop off point, so we had to find the hotel ourselves as it isn't accessible by cars, you have to walk up a short incline.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Location was superb, this beautiful place is located in thd heart of Fira, with the back door of the garden opening up to restaurants, shops and activities. The staff were fantastic, very accommodating, communication was on point. Definitely would return😍
The bed, was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattress. The toilet seat in our room was broken, we mentioned it to the reception staff, nithing was done during our stay, I'm sure they will fix it. Other than the 2 tiny issues, our stay was pleasant.

Lepszą lokalizację trudno byłoby wyczarować- wszędzie blisko, a zarazem ekskluzywnie prywatnie i spokojnie. Wszystko czyste i pachnące. Basen wspaniały. Śniadanie smaczne, zdrowe i pięknie podane pod drzewami.

Staff were very kind and helpful, including making me up a little breakfast pack to take to the airport given my departure time was before their breakfast service started. Very much appreciated
It was a little noisy from common areas and the church bells, but other than that, no complains other than I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great restaurant recommendations, amazing breakfast and a pool aswell, with loungers! We couldn't believe how Aria Lito is right in the centre of Thira old town, but you couldn't hear anything! Great place to stay.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten war sehr gut. Das Bett war super bequem und auch das Badezimmer war modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Handtücher waren jeden Tag frisch und es gab zur Ankunft auch eine Flasche wasser gratis.
Die Bezeichung „Junior Suite“ war sehr irreführend, wenn man sich das Anwesen im Internet anschaut. Zwar steht dabei, dass sich die Junior Suite etwa 60m entfernt befindet, allerdings nicht, dass diese nur über den Hinterhof der Autovermietung erreichbar ist und nebenan noch ein Mieter mit Hunden und Katzen wohnt. Durch den Straßenlärm ist es sehr laut Tag und Nacht, was auch nicht durch geschlossene Türen und Fenster weniger wird. Wahrscheinlich würde die Bezeichnung Ferienappartment besser passen, da auch zur Selbstversorgung alles vorhanden ist. Herdplatte, Kochgeschirr etc. Nur leider fehlt im Zimmer ein Tisch und Stühle. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon war defekt und das wurde auch angemerkt, jedoch nicht behoben. Sehr schade eigentlich, denn die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr zuvorkommend und nehmen Kritik freundlich zur Kenntnis. Das Frühstück ist Geschmackssache. Für 2 Personen 3 halbe Scheiben Wurst und 3 halbe Scheiben Käse sowie 3 kleine Brötchen (Marmelade war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden) zu servieren, dazu dann orangefarbenes Fruchtsaftgetränk ohne wirklichen Fruchtgeschmack und Instandkaffee, hat unseren Anforderungen gemessen im Preis hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Obwohl auch schon bei Google dies in den Rezensionen bemerkt und wohlwollend zur Kenntnis genommen wurde, scheint sich hieran bisher seit Jahren nichts geändert zu haben. Danke trotzdem für die Bemühungen. Wir haben die Zeit dennoch genossen.

A proximité de la corniche, avec ses vues splendides, et un chemin piétion pour rejoindre des restaurants au nord de FIRA en quelques minutes, à FIROSTEFANI (restaurant VANILIA particulièrement) Bien situé par rapport à la station de bus locaux desservant les principales destinations de l'île; OIA par exemple. Une dimension de chambre (n°1) un peu étroite et où il aurait été agréable de trouver un bureau et une chaise ou un fauteuil. Un petit déjeûner EXTRAORDINAIRE, varié, copieux, avec des produits locaux, servi sur des plateaux individuels, le long du jardin.
La salle de bain avec un équipement sanitaire vieillissant.

There isn’t much that we didn’t like. Perhaps the second room we had for the 1 night wasn’t up to our expectations. We don’t like bath tubs. But it was super clean and comfortable. Every thing was working.

Communication was fantastic ranging from personal considerations, arranging drivers, giving directions through to arranging dinner in fine establishments. The reception was calm, welcoming and informative from the gentleman helping the moment we stepped out of our van to the front desk reception. Our ocean view room was generous in size, fresh and well appointed. The ample breakfast in a garden setting was a lovely way to begin the day. The Greek people have been amazing and here they took it to another level. I left something at the property but couldn't get back to it before my flight. Immediate action was taken to get it to me just before I flew off. Absolutely Incredible service.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Our stay at Aria Lito Mansion was delightful from beginning to end. Despite our delayed arrival after midnight due to a missed flight, Luca was there waiting for us and kindly helped with our luggage to the room. Theodore gave us a very warm welcome, making us feel at home immediately. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured a modern bathroom along with plenty of thoughtful amenities. The location was perfect—right in the center of town, yet wonderfully quiet. Breakfast was served each morning on the terrace, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel also arranged an early morning taxi for our ferry departure, which was greatly appreciated. The night before we left, Theodore, knowing that we would depart before breakfast was served, thoughtfully arranged some fruit, sandwiches, and water for us. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Aria Lito Mansion to anyone visiting Santorini.

We chose a promo double room as we were staying just 1night. The bathroom was functional but could do with a refresh. For example the shower head was small and the screen on the bathside did not stop water from going on the floor. The tap in the sink sprays water in all directions.

Reviewed May 27, 2026It was a lovely comfortable property in Fira right near the shopping laneways and about a 5 minute walk over to the caldera side where there were magnificent views and a very scenic cliff top walk through some of the other villages. There were plenty of quality meal options in the laneways and along the cliff top walkways. We were about a 10 minute walk to the bus depot. The staff were all great and friendly with our host organising our transfers and helping us with options for activities. Breakfast was provided out in a large balcony with views of the south side of the island. Breakfast provided plenty of choices with a lot of nutritious food. Thankyou again to our host and staff at Aria Lito Mansion for making our stay a memorable one.
