L’établissement est parfaitement situé près du centre ville d’Ella juste en bas. Le personnel est à l’écoute et nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

La piscine est très jolie avec une belle vue mais nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner car elle est absolument glaciale. C’est dommage car elle offre une belle vue et nous payons également pour ce service donc je trouve qu’il ne vaut pas forcément son prix.

Here’s a polished version that keeps the review personal and balanced: We stayed at Morning Dew Hotel in Ella for two nights and had a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant is very nice, and the rooftop pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery—although the water was a little cool during our stay. The location is excellent. It’s just a few minutes walk from Ella’s main street, which has a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, spas offering relaxing massages and other treatments, and plenty of nice shops. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the train station. And speaking of the train, traveling to or from Ella by train is highly recommended—the mountain views along the way are spectacular.

One thing to be aware of is that getting up to the hotel can be a little challenging. The road is quite steep, and a regular taxi—and even a tuk-tuk with two adults—wasn’t able to make it all the way up. However, it’s only a few minutes’ uphill walk, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service to take you up, as long as you arrive before 6 p.m.

The best view in Ella. Brand new hotel with exceptional staff. The rooftop pool & upstairs dining area is amazing.

Hotel liegt auf steilem Berg, es gibt einen hoteleigenen Shuttle aber nur bis 6 Uhr und einmal war er nicht erreichbar; man kann aber auch hochlaufen wenn man nicht eingeschränkt ist in der Mobilität, aber es ist schon sehr steil vereinzelt und abends nicht überall beleuchtet (für die Aussicht aber klar und der Weg ist es wert)

Great location right in the heart of Ella. Mountain views and beautiful rooms made staying here a delight. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktails were amazing while looking out over sensational view.

Only thing was the shuttle up and down to the hotel finished quite early at 6pm. But you can walk up the hill with an average level of fitness.

The hotel is beautiful. the view is amazing. everything was extremely clean. I especially love the incense they burn it smells amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful.

One thing that people need to consider is that the hotel is up a very steep hill. the hotel provides a shuttle until 18:00. Tuktuks refuse and some times physically cannot get up the hill. especially if its raining r there are several passengers.

The hotel is located on a steep hill that the Tuk Tuk drivers are unable to climb all the way and the hotel shuttle service is only available until 18:00 , this made it a bit difficult with the children ( I wouldn't recommend it with young children) The bathroom does not have event or a window that one may open which gives it a very damp smell. By our third night the smell became really too much to handle...

החיסרון המרכזי ואולי היחיד הוא המיקום, אמנם גבוה ולא בתוך המולת העיר אבל הגישה אליו מאתגרת מאוד ( עליה תלולה במיוחד) והשאטל של המלון פעיל רק עד שש בערב. ניתן להגיע עם טוקטוק אך כרוך בתשלום.

החדרים נחמדים , יש בריכה נחמדה על הגג נוף יפה , הצוות אדיב וקשוב

זרם חלש במקלחת חשוב לדעת שהמלון ממוקם בנקודה הכי גבוהה על ההר שירות ההסעה מהמלון למטה והפוך מסתיימים בשעה שש בערב , לאחר מכן אפשר להזמין טוקטוק בעלות של 2 יורו ובודדים מוכנים לעלות את ההר עם הטוקטוק וגם מי שהסכים נתקע באמצע, אפשרי לעלות ברגל אבל מאד מאתגר

The rooms were clean, the view from balcony was good especially on a foggy day after a little rain. Service was prompt. Staff were courteous. Its pretty close by to the main market and restaurant area.

Location is a slight miss. Its uphill and no transport is available if you plan to be out late in the night. Most autos refuse to come up till there due to the climb. Its a 5-7 min walk uphill and can be done easily, however safety may be a slight concern in the dark esp cos there are no lights. To be fair, they have complimentary auto available till 6 pm in the evening and we did not face any unwarranted safety issues for the two nights we walked up post dinner after 10/11pm. Found the hotel a bit expensive, it has 5 star level prices, but the rooms are not spacious and the breakfast is average at best. The breakfast does not give you a 4/5 star feeling. If you are out late at night, no staff is available at reception or anywhere. However, they do give you a number to call and someone attends to your needs asap.

Prachtig uitzicht op de kamer, professioneel hotel misschien tikje formeel, maar heel comfortabel om te verblijven. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Location to the Main Street, and the insane views

הבריכה קרה ונמצאת על הגג עם רוחות, לא פרקטית. המיקום קרוב למרכז העניינים אבל המלון בראש גבעה תלולה שדורשת שאטל 4×4 שלא תמיד זמין. יש באלה הרבה הפסקות חשמל.

The location up on the mountain meant it was a steep walk to and from the town, however, there is a free shuttle until 6pm.

The proporty is located on a very steep (I repeat: very steep) hill. Tuk-tuk drivers consistenly refuse the trip to the hotel at night. Be prepared to walk at evenings and night. No lightning on the path. Young and old, it is challenging. We underestimated the reviews that mentioned this. For this reason, I wouldn’t come back here.

We loved the incredible 360° views from the mountaintop location, which made the whole stay feel peaceful and unique. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The included breakfast was generous, tasty, and very much appreciated. The host was also very accommodating and helped us arrange a late checkout for a extra fee, which made our departure much easier.

The location is beautiful, but the climb up the hill is very steep, and there’s no lighting on the path at night. Walking back from the center after dark can be challenging.

У нас был номер с двумя балконами выходящими на разные стороны. На город и на горы. Вид прекрасный. Номер приятный. Уезжать не хотелось. Да, подъём к отелю действительно крутой, но это плата за хороший вид. В целом это не доставляло неудобств. Иногода пользовались трансфером отеля, иногда пешком, иногда нанимали тук тук. Рестран хорший с прекрасным видом, меню очень разнообразное и готовили очень хоршо. Однажды пересолили том ям, но бесплатно заменили без лишних вопросов. Персонал очень внимательный и доброжелательный. Остались тёплые воспоминания. В следющий раз снова тут остановимся. Спасибо!

По вечерам хорошо слышна музыка из близлежащих баров. Но не допоздна. В целом это не испортило впечатлений об отеле, но может кому-то будет полезно знать, что полного уединения и тишины тут не будет. Зато все развлечения города в пешей доступности.

The location has great views of Ella and the staff was great at taking care of us in all aspects.

The internet was shaky at times. There was construction going on that we heard once switched rooms and moved to a lower floor.

Our room was generous in size and the bathroom was excellent. The property has excellent views of the hills and Ella town. The staff were very welcoming. We had a lovely breakfast on the balcony. The property provides a shuttle service for the steep driveway, but it's also a pleasant walk if you take it slow.

The swimming pool was a bit cold in the morning.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr freundlichen Personal, die Aussiccht auf die Umgebung ist traumhaft.

Die Zufahrt bzw. der Zugang zum Hotel ist sehr steil.

Der Blick auf die Berge vom Bett & sogar von der Dusche aus (Panoramafenster) sind schon sehr besonders und auch der Rooftoppool ist großartig! Dazu extrem freundliches Personal (v.a. Rahul) und tolle Einrichtung. Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr reichhaltig. Und ich wurde kostenlos vom hoteleigenen Shuttle abgeholt & hab ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Man bucht sich dort schon das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket.

Preis ist schon ordentlich, aber lohnt sich, wenn man sich zwischendurch etwas gönnen mag.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. We were given a welcome tea at the roof top when we arrived by lovely, friendly staff. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they all do whatever they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The location is brilliant, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Great breakfast, exceptionally friendly staff, good dinner and cocktails, pool was lovely but very cold. Views were so beautiful, very close to town but still quiet.

The only downside is the steep hill up to the hotel. I’d read about it in reviews but didn’t realise how steep and long it would really be. Hotel provides shuttle until 6pm which is great but doesn’t help in the evenings. Even tuk tuks get stuck!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety. The views were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily return to.

So much in their property description is misleading. The property is situated on a very very steep hill which is not accessible by tuk or larger vehicles. On the hotel description they offer a shuttle service, what they fail to tell you is that the shuttle is necessary to get to and from the property and the shuttle is a one man service that ends at 6pm. The roads are so dark, windy and steep that it's almost impossible to navigate after dark. Trying to check out has been a nightmare, we have waited well over an hour to be taken into town. We also felt like we were pressured to cancel our reservation through booking.com after paying upfront, we were tired and agreed without too much question but this seems to be standard practice as they did the same to another of our party.

Slightly above the main road. Its at a very steep location. However, the hotel provides a comfortable car to drop to the main road. Its accessible by foot as well just takes a 15 mins of careful walk (in case its raining)

Fantastisk utsikt! Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. God frukost. Fräscht badrum. Det var lite utmanande läge högt uppe på bergstoppen via en brant stig/ väg, men hotellet erbjöd gratis shuttle service med en jeep 4x4 och hjälp med bagage. Vanlig bil klarar inte stigningen.

Our room was big and the buffet breakfast was good.

They asked us to cancel our Booking.com booking on arrival and instead pay directly to the hotel. The taxi service they offered us was 3x the price of any other taxi in town. The hotel is actually on a huge hill and means the walk to and from Ella town is made very very difficult, even for us two young people.

The room was a good size and great views. Staff in the restaurant were nice and attentive.

The customer service was underwhelming. Reception staff often unhelpful and at times rude. Incredibly overpriced for what was provided. The food was overcooked and cold. Facilities in the room were not working properly. Laundry charges were extortionate. Could not access the pool despite the price we paid as external guests were given priority.

Localização pessima. Fica no alto da montanha com acesso dificil por a rua ser muito estreita e ingreme. Somente o carro 4x4 do hotel e alguns tuk tuks contratados do hotel conseguiam subir. Ou seja, vc tem que pegar o carro do hotel para te levar com suas malas para baixo para encontrar com seu motorista ou taxi. Os tuk tuls normais da cidade nao aceitavam fazer a corrida. Apos as 18h o servico de transporte se encerra portanto vc tem q ir a pe. O cafe servido durante o cafe da manhã é ruim
