Die Musik am Pool war gut, aber für unseren Geschmack etwas zu laut…

Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto! La struttura è molto bella, curata e accogliente, con ambienti puliti e piacevoli. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità, la piscina e l’atmosfera rilassante. Anche il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio.

Sinceramente non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e tutto è andato molto bene. Forse l’unica cosa che, a nostro avviso, si potrebbe migliorare è il fatto che le due bottigliette d’acqua presenti nel minibar fossero a pagamento: secondo noi sarebbe stato un gesto carino trovarle come omaggio di benvenuto.

Это не минус , но моя мечта была посетить даныый остров и я решила именно в свой день рождения, было неожиданно что отель не как не поздравил , в других страннах , сталкивались с тем что какой мини комплимент . Тут нет

We stayed two nights at the end instead of one and the second room. We just loved it very much. Everything was very clean and nice.

We didn’t like they lied and we reserved a taxi to pick us up from the airport. We waited half an hour, and it never arrived and then they said a lie that they were waiting for us in another gate but after when we stayed the second night we forgot about all this. Because we were so happy

It was clean and the staff ( esp Anna) were fantastic

The room we got was not what we paid for. We were told the rooms were randomly assigned and we ended up in a much smaller one. We insisted on a move to a bigger one which we got but no seaview which we paid for. Also small beers were €8 each and as a result no one went to the bar at night time.

⭐ 1/10 – À FUIR : manque total de transparence et mauvaise surprise après le séjour Nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement. Notre expérience a été très mauvaise, principalement en raison de la manière dont les frais du minibar ont été gérés. À notre arrivée, le mini-réfrigérateur de la chambre contenait plusieurs boissons : bouteilles de vin, bières, boissons gazeuses et bouteilles d’eau. Personne ne nous a clairement indiqué que ces produits étaient payants, ni présenté leurs tarifs, ni demandé notre accord pour les prendre. Les boissons avaient été placées directement dans la chambre, sans aucune commande de notre part. Nous avons donc légitimement pensé qu’elles faisaient partie des prestations proposées aux clients. Et quelle surprise après notre départ : l’établissement réclame 415 € pour ces prétendus frais ! Nous considérons cette manière de procéder comme totalement déloyale et extrêmement trompeuse. Lorsqu’un hôtel met des produits dans une chambre, il doit clairement informer le client de leur prix et du fait qu’ils seront facturés. On ne peut pas simplement déposer des boissons sans explication et venir réclamer une somme importante ensuite. Ce qui est encore plus décevant, c’est que nous devons maintenant nous justifier auprès de Booking.com pour des frais que nous n’avons jamais acceptés. Nous n’avons jamais demandé ces boissons et nous n’avons jamais donné notre consentement pour une telle facturation. Pour nous, ce n’est absolument pas une façon professionnelle de traiter les clients. Un hôtel sérieux doit faire preuve de transparence, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit de frais supplémentaires. ⚠️ Nous recommandons aux futurs clients d’être extrêmement prudents et de demander par écrit le prix de chaque produit présent dans le minibar avant d’y toucher. Une expérience très décevante. Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

Ein spontaner Glücksgriff zum Ende unserer Santorini-Reise! Wir haben kurz vor Urlaubsabschluss als dreiköpfige Familie die Cave Pool Villa im San Marino Hotel gebucht – und unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht schöner sein können. Schon der Service im Vorfeld war erstklassig: Direkt nach der Buchung wurden wir kontaktiert und gefragt, ob wir einen Transfer benötigen. Dieses Angebot haben wir gerne angenommen. Der Fahrer erwartete uns pünktlich am Hafen und brachte uns entspannt zum Hotel. Da wir vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit ankamen, durften wir die Wartezeit direkt am wunderschönen Katsaboo-Pool genießen. Die gesamte Architektur des Hotels ist schlichtweg traumhaft. Der Empfang war außerordentlich herzlich. Das Team hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und tolle, wertvolle Tipps gegeben, wie wir das Beste aus unserer verbleibenden Zeit auf der Insel herausholen können. Beim Betreten unserer Cave Pool Villa waren wir vollkommen begeistert. Alles war makellos sauber und der private Pool in der Suite ist ein echtes Highlight. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Poolbereich, wodurch man nachts das leise Plätschern des Wassers hört. Für uns war es sehr beruhigend, wer jedoch einen extrem empfindlichen Schlaf hat, sollte dies bedenken – für uns war das aber definitiv kein Grund für einen Punktabzug! Ein besonderes Highlight war für mich die Ganzkörpermassage im Hotel. Ich wurde unglaublich herzlich empfangen und in einem kurzen Vorgespräch wurden meine individuellen Bedürfnisse besprochen. Die Behandlung selbst war einfach der Hammer – die Therapeutin ist perfekt auf alle meine Verspannungen und Schmerzpunkte eingegangen. Nach der Massage gab es sogar noch wertvolle Alltagstipps und Empfehlungen zur Ernährung mit auf den Weg. Einfach toll! Auch das gesamte Bar-Personal verdient ein riesiges Lob: super aufmerksam, stets hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln bei der Arbeit.

The hotel rooms and communal areas were asthetically beautiful. With just 6 suites it felt very exclusive, you literally are guaranteed one of the luxurious sunbeds every day and the pool area is stunning and has a beach club vibe with drinks and food available to order & fabulous music! The hotel is immaculate the photographs do not do it justice. The staff are friendly & helpful, it's only a short 10 minute walk to the heart of Fira. And even closer just at the end of the road there is a mini market & a reasonably priced Italian restaurant where the food was good and wine was just 4euros a glass! You also have the use of a second pool close to the reception area which is also lovely with very comfortable sunbeds. The main pool area has amazing views of Fira hillside with several blue domed churches and pretty white buildings in sight. It's also worth getting up early to watch the sunrise from the pool as it's incredible view. Book with confidence.

Katsaboo Restaurant the hotels restaurant is open all day to hotel guests and non residents. It serves amazing cocktails and food. However they are all at Santorini Oia prices with no discount for hotel residents. We would certainly have eaten here more often if pricing was different.

At poolen kunne bruges i forbindelse med besøg udefra (hvis man brugte restauranten). Det blev lidt for trendy til vores smag. Det var lidt stressende at hver gang man lagde sig ved poolen, så følte man at man skulle købe noget.

Suite vista mare meravigliosa, molto spaziosa per due persone e con tutti i comfort. Utilizzo delle piscine liberamente senza problemi, con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione. Personale gentile e cortese. Posizione molto comoda dal centro, 10 minuti di distanza a piedi.

Struttura tenuta benissimo, pulizia e cortesia non mancano mai. Camera confortevole. Ottimo il ristorante!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Fira e ne sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta. La posizione è eccellente, vicinissima al centro, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e godere pienamente dell’atmosfera di Fira. La struttura è molto bella, curata e accogliente, gli ambienti puliti e ben tenuti. Ottima anche la qualità del cibo, che ha reso ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Una nota speciale va al personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. In particolare, la signorina Antigoni è stata davvero gentilissima, disponibile, premurosa e sempre pronta ad aiutare con un sorriso. Una struttura che consiglio assolutamente.

Spitzen Hotel - absolut empfehlenswert es ist traumhaft schön vom Interior bis zur schlaf Qualität! Der Poolbereich auch 1A wirklich toll ! Jedes Detail war super ! Ein und Aus checken konnte man solange wie man wollte noch Pool und Sanitäranlagen Outdoor Dusche alles benutzen !

Sehr nette Appartementanlage! Etwas schwer zu finden und der Meerblick geht in Richtung Osten und nicht in Richtung Caldera und Sonnenuntergang. Zunächst erhielten wir statt der gebuchten Suite mit Schlaf und Wohnzimmer nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Unsere Reklamation wurde vom Eigentümer sehr freundlich behandelt, am nächsten Tag hatten wir dann das gebuchte Zimmer. Sollte bei einem nur einwöchigen Urlaub nicht passieren aber naja… Die Suite war dann fast direkt am größeren Pool situiert, sie war großzügig ausgestattet mit einem wirklich angenehmen Doppelbett einem Wohnzimmer mit 2 Schlafgelegenheiten (Ecksitzgarnitur) und einem schönen Badezimmer mit einer riesig großen Dusche. Auf der Terrasse sind jeweils 2 gepolsterte Liegebetten, schön schattig, herrlich zum relaxen. Es gibt 2 Pools, beide durchaus einladend mit gepolsterten Liegen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und stylish. Das ebenfalls sehr chice Restaurant neben dem Hauptpool haben wir nur einmal ausprobiert, es war relativ teuer, die Qualität eher mittel. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nach den Fotos im Internet hatte ich die Erwartung eines sehr großen Beach-Pool mit Blick in den Sonnenuntergang, tatsächlich ist der Pool aber nicht sehr groß und in Richtung Osten ausgerichtet, daher leider kein Sonnenuntergang. Frühstück hatte ich nicht mitgebucht weil ich € 30,- pro Person dafür als zu teuer erachte. Der Pool sperrt auch schon relativ früh (19h)

Nothing, it was wonderful and perfect for our short stay with a family of four with young kids.

Great pool area with plenty of space to relax. The restaurant was excellent, with friendly service. The hotel is very close to the town center, yet located in a peaceful and quiet area. Airport pick-up can also be arranged, which was very convenient. Overall, a great stay with excellent service.

Tout était incroyable Le personnel de l’accueil, la chambre, les endroits détente comme la piscine, les serveuses et barman/ dj du katsaboo. Rien à redire. Nous avons adoré notre premier séjour sur Santorin et au final nous reviendrons c’est une certitude.

Sincèrement, j’ai pas les mots pour dire à quel point ce séjour dans cette hôtel a été incroyable! Une prestation au-dessus de toute attente, en plus d’avoir un hôtel magnifique, avec deux piscines, des chambres sublimes : le personnel est vraiment incroyable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus magique!! ANTI EST INCROYABLE MERCI POUR TOUT

Customer service was our favorite part of this hotel. Staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Location is close to everything and their restaurant Katsaboo has a delicious menu everything from the wine to the food. We would stay here again.

Le séjour était top, le personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est très beau et fait avec authenticité. La dame de l'accueil est très agréable et les serveuses du restaurant sont à l'ecoutes et au petit soin. Merci à tous.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment et je vais lister des axés d'ameliorations : Les prix du restaurant Katsaboo sont élevés pour le coin (les repas sont bon et bien servi mais trop élevés) ça ne donne pas trop envie de consomer sur place,par exemple la salade de fruit pour 16 euros je crois avec 5 ou 6 fruits coupés finements ça fait élevé pour le fruit. Et les petites prestations de l'hôtel sont élevés dans l'ensemble aussi, comme par exemple le transfert aéroport hôtel pour 35 euros alors qu'il n'y a pas loin en distance hôtel aéroport. C'est dommage que les prestations ne sont pas listés sur un document disponible dans la chambre. Finalement nous avons fait des activités moins chers avec l'aide de d'autre hôtel d'a coté c'est dommage, parce que c'est mal indiqué et toujours un peu plus élevé que les autres. L'accés à la piscine est trés glissante. Et nous avions une Chambre avec vue mers, toutes les grandes fenêtres sont orientés vers le restaurant et piscine, donc nous avons une belle vue mais alors on peut aussi tout voir dans l'appartement, il n'y a pas d'intimité sauf volet fermé. Donc si on veut voir la mers il ne faut pas être tout nue dans l'appartement ;) . Il faut installer des films sur les vitres anti regard pour que les invités puissent profiter au maximum de la vue sans être vue. Et si on souhaite améliorer encore plus,il faudrait que le système de QR code pour commander les prestations doit aussi permettre de payer la commande.

Everything was perfect, from a warming welcome to a smooth check out. Friendly staff, clean, nice facilities, delicious breakfast. We were treated like family. If we ever get back to Santorini this is the place we’ll stay again.

Location was quiet and peaceful, just outside the centre of Fira but within easy walking distance, All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, made up daily and quite luxurious. There was a nice family atmosphere amongst owners, staff and guests.

It was just about pre-season so hotel was very quiet, though all facilities were available. The jacuzzi in our jacuzzi suite didn't function initially, but was immediately put right. Not cheap, but neither is Santorini!!

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Pool area and restaurant were stunning. Overall - we loved our stay here

Nous avons passe un agreable sejour dans cet hotel. Le personnel de l'hotel etait tres sympathique. Il est bien situé dans Fira car au calme mais proche du centre et des arrets de bus.

Le restaurant de l'hotel est un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Nous avions demandé un tranfert de l'aeroport a l'hotel, il y a environ une 10zaine de minutes de voiture, ca coute tout de meme 30€ et le chauffeur n'etait pas la a notre arrivee...

The prices in the restaurant by pool seemed very high compared to in the town. Example fresh orange juice €9 which put us off from eating in there

George, il proprietario dell'hotel, è una leggenda. Ha esaudito ogni nostro desiderio. È sempre stato disponibile e presente. Camera spaziosa fronte piscina. La camera era molto luminosa in stile caverna, tipica del luogo. Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni volta che lo abbiamo chiesto. Camera silenziosa, letto molto comodo. La mia compagna è incinta e loro sono stati super attenti a tutto. L'hotel è vicino al centro di Fira.

L'hotel è esposto verso est, non guarda il sole tramontare ma sorgere. Un piccolo aspetto negativo, tutto il resto è stato perfetto.

La recepción del personal, las recomendaciones, las instalaciones, la limpieza, el cuarto con una cama súper cómoda. Todo impecable!

We fell in love with the hotel the moment we arrived: great location overlooking the hill both directions, beautiful rooms, facilities. The food in the restaurant was really good, same the ambience! Comparing to other hotels we passed , the territory is really big and well organized. We had no issues with anything at all! Really nice hotel to which we would like to come back again!

We stayed 2 night while visiting Santorini. Location was good walking distance to The Fira city center. We liked the room, it’s clean and comfortable.

Large spacious room, cleaned every day with new towels. Staff very responsive. When I arrived there was an issue with my spa the moment I told staff if was fixed within 15 minutes. The restaurant had tasty food and cocktails. What i liked most was that you where able to swim and have cocktails in the pool or by the pool. I was with a group of friends we all had separate rooms and all the rooms looked spacious and nice. The style of the place if very nice and has nice trance/ dance background music all day playing which really suits the environment. Our flight wasn't until after check out and the resort allowed us to have a later check out which was nice. Its not too far from the main area of Fira maybe a 10 or 15 minute walk but its uphill.

The pools are not heated would be nice if they where for when its cooler.

The rooms are large, modern and beautifully furnished, and the whole place has a relaxed, homey vibe. You can feel the family values in the little touches — from helpful advice from the staff, to the genuine care shown every day by George the owner.
