Champton Hanoi Hotel

De locatie, je zit middenin het oude centrum. Je kunt alle kanten oplopen en binnen 10 minuten ben je waar je wilt zijn. Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid en heerlijk. Personeel was vriendelijk! Eigenlijk niks te klagen!

Very clean, good gym and breakfast

I wouldn’t recommend taking a room without window if you are planing for long stay, it is very dark and glooming in the room.

The facilities are amazing, the staff (especially MR EZ) are so friendly and eager to help. Mr EZ helped recommend and facilitate so many activities around old quarter. The breakfast was lovely and it had a fantastic view. Airport transport was smooth.

We deden deze boeking nogal last minute, de avond voordat we incheckte bij het hotel. De eerste communicatie via de mail was al direct opvallend warm en heel vriendelijk. Bij aankomst werden we heel warm ontvangen door al het personeel. Onze kamers waren nog niet gereed omdat we in de ochtend aankwamen, maar er werd hard gewerkt om dit gereed te krijgen. Tijdens de Incheck procedure nam receptioniste Anna Nhu ons mee naar de lobby, waar we ontspannen konden zitten terwijl Anna ons meenam door het hele incheck proces. Ze heeft onze contact gegevens opgenomen en onze wensen besproken. We regelden direct een tour met haar en ze adviseerde ons de juiste tour, vervoer en kans op het beste weer. Elke dag ontvingen we van Anna een bericht of alles nog naar wens was en hoe ze ons verblijf de beste beleving kon bezorgen. Een beleving is het absoluut. Dit is hoe royals zich moeten voelen, De details in de persoonlijke aandacht en zorg voor ons was echt “above and beyond”. Er zijn geen woorden om te beschrijven hoe goed Anna Nhu alles voor ons heeft gedaan en geregeld. Je kunt in booking een 10 scoren maar deze beleving was zeker een 17 waard. Dank van de travel buddy’s Daniel en Alex Niet alleen Anna was super behulpzaam maar ook de jongens aan de deur en de bediening in het restaurant. Super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en niets was te gek. Dit hotel is voor de beleving een no brainer, gewoon boeken! Het is het waard.

I had such a lovely stay at Champton Hotel! The staff made my stay feel extra special, especially as it was my birthday. They surprised me with a little birthday cake and decorated my room, which was honestly so sweet and such a lovely touch. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and they really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. special shoutout to Maili, Charlotte and Hima for being so lovely, friendly and helpful during my stay. They really made me feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend Champton Hotel and would happily stay here again!

Le gentillesse du personnel était vraiment remarquable, nous avons pu nous doucher après notre massage avant de prendre le bus le soir alors que nous avions rendu notre chambre. L’hôtel est bien situé et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bon également

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they helped us with everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel ben organizzato, pulito e letti comodissimi. La camera era spaziosa e bella e silenziosa. Colazione top e personale super gentile. La posizione era proprio all'interno delle vie che portano all'old quarter quindi facile da girare a piedi. Comunque anche con il Grab tuto estremamente vicino. E lo dico anche se abbiamo preso un giorno e mezzo di pioggia su 4.

Unica piccola pecca ma da nulla. La camerqa non aveva finestra, in quanto solo le camere esterne sono con la finetra, ma dato che la via è trafficata, questo ha reso la camera silenziosa.

The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming and friendly. Especially Maya at the restaurant and Slater at the reception were amazing!

The treatment in this hotel has been incredible, apart from having everything for an ideal stay, the staff is attentive and they care about every detail. I lost my wallet on the street with all the money and they helped me get it back and checked the cameras. I will be eternally grateful, they are wonderful people. The best place to stay!

The location was very convenient. Close to alot of attractions. The staffs was super helpful. ( only thing was they chat too much to each other in vietnamese) I would stay in it again next time iam in hanoi. Highly recommend! Bs the breakfast was really good.

I ended up booking last moment due to my Ha long bay boat cruise being cancelled. I couldn’t believe the price! So cheap, the staff were amazingly attentive, breakfast was lovely and I really liked the gym. With the weather as bad as it was having this and an indoor bar (with Happy hr) was brilliant.

Nothing, I had already booked my hotel for next two nights in other hotel but wish I hadn’t and could have stayed.

This hotels location was excellent and the staff were fantastic. The rooms were what we expected, a little tired but for the price they were good, great value for money. Daily servicing was very good and we were given complimentary water. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good - a good variety of things and was included in our room rate. Roof top bar a bonus and did great cocktails. Be aware that the Reception area is currently under major construction so when you arrive you may be initially disappointed. I read in one of the reviews about this so was prepared and it was actually fine.

The roof top pool is small and very dated and run down.

Maili was Great !

The hotel well situated in Hanoi's Old Quater and close to Train Street, for anyone who wants to be nearby. On check-in i was advised the rooms were recently renovated, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a pleasant suprise!. The staff were all phenomenal, extremely helpful and friendly with special thanks to Maili for going above and beyond for us. If you are thinking of coming to Hanoi, stay Champton, it may be a little more pricey than other hotels but my god it is worth it!

אהבנו הכל! חוויה פשוט נפלאה. כבר ברגע שירדנו מהמונית התאהבנו במקום ובצוות, שעזר לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. קיבלו את פנינו עם משקה מרענן, הסבר מפורט על מסלולי טיול והמלצות מצוינות באזור. הומי המקסימה מצוות המלון הייתה חברותית ונעימה במיוחד. הצוות דובר אנגלית מצוינת וזמין 24/7. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, טעימה ונהדרת. חדר הכושר מאובזר בציוד חדיש ואפשר לנו לשמור על שגרת אימונים מעולה גם בחופשה. החדר עצמו היה מרווח, המזגן עבד מעולה, המיטה הייתה נוחה והשירות היה נפלא. תמורה מדהימה למחיר- מומלץ בחום!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of good options. A special mention to Charlotte, the receptionist who assisted us. She was extremely attentive, friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and was always happy to help. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Very attentive and kind staff. They take care of customers. Good breakfast. Central location.

We booked a room for two adults and a 7-year-old child. Upon arrival, we were told that a bed for the child was not included, and they forced us to pay an extra 20% on top of the original price.  The room itself was extremely small; there was absolutely no space to walk around when our luggage was open. The window could not be opened and faced a claustrophobic inner courtyard, resulting in very poor ventilation. To make matters worse, the bathroom door was broken, and the water pressure in the shower was incredibly weak. Furthermore, the hotel entrance is currently undergoing renovations and looks like an active construction site. I do not recommend staying here.

Les chambres confortables et propres. Quartier très sympa qu’on peut faire à pied. Le personnel très sympa et souriant. Petit déjeuner et repas vraiment bons. Le rooftop la nuit était très agréable.

Malheureusement nous aurions voulu savoir que l’hôtel était en travaux, surtout la réception. En tant que voyageurs nous aimons savoir à quoi vraiment nous attendre avant de réserver. Nous avons le sentiment de piège car aucune contre-partie. Nous payons le prix pour du bruit en plus. Dommage. La piscine était toute petite.

the room was big and comfortable for a solo traveller like me. the location is also nearby the hoan kiem lake (10 mins walk) and local coffee shops/atm that make it accessible for exploring. p/s: the staff is really welcoming and lovely. shoutout to hima & hunter. they were so friendly and accommodating.

Très bel hôtel. Personnel professionnel et attentif. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous avons bien aimé l’emplacement dans une rue un peu moins étouffante dans ce quartier très bruyant et vivant. Nos chambres étaient communicantes via un petit hall très pratique. Monsieur EZ, nous a aidé très efficacement pour un soucis de bagages lors de notre départ.

La chambre des parents était vraiment petite ( mais confortable et bien aménagée) et la salle de bain était minuscule. La taille de la chambre des enfants était tout à fait correcte. La piscine est vraiment très petite ( comme souvent à Hanoi). L’isolation sonore entre les chambres est à améliorer.
