Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Mir hat der offene Eingangsbereich mit der Feuerstelle besonders gefallen..Die Zimmer im Schlafsaal und das Doppelzimmer ohne Fenster waren gemütlich. Ausreichend Hygieneartikel wurden bereit gestellt .

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Very relaxed atmosphere, the Rohen Ashinoko is a bit like a cross between a ski lodge/hostel & rustic hotel, very friendly staff, food was good we ate there both nights, breakfast was also good, with one choice of cereal, croque monsieur with varying toppings daily & toast/pastries. Every night they had the log fire type thing going which guests can sit around, toast marshmallows if your that way inclined.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, ein sehr schönes mit kleinem Balkon und Blick auf den See. Das zweite, kleine Zimmer ohne eigenes Bad hatte gar kein Fenster. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Gemeinschaftsraum mit großem offenen Kamin und Sofas rundherum, sehr gemütlich, wo man nachmittags Marshmallows grillen, feine Drinks und auch Abendessen bekommen kann.
Wir wussten vorab nicht, dass das kleine Zimmer ohne Bad auch kein Fenster hat.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Il luogo ha un'atmosfera molto calda e confortevole. Il cibo servito è buono e si trova vicino ad un minimarket. La colazione è inclusa e abbastanza variegata.
Non c'era a disposizione una cucina per prepararsi i pasti, ma solo un frigorifero. Lo staff serviva ottimo cibo ma per persone che viaggiano Lu budget potrebbe non essere accessibile ordinare al ristorante ogni sera. Nelle nei dormitori non c'era spazio per tenere gli zaini, che invece andavano tenuti al piano di sotto. Questo rendeva difficile organizzare il proprio zaino e ad esempio scegliere i vestiti da indossare per la giornata.

Wir hätten nicht die fensterlosen Höhlenzimmer buchen sollen. Das war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026初めての箱根でしたが、非常に気持ちよく過ごせました。 ホテルの場所が分からず、暴風の中聴こえづらい電話での会話を察して迎えに来てくれたのは非常に嬉しかったです。 また、翌日は大雨のため全てのバス、電車、ロープウェイ等も停止している事を朝イチに教えてくれ、この箱根ナビを見るといいよ、と優しく教えてくれたのも、下山するまで大変役に立ちました。その様なアドバイスを頂けましたし、訳あってドミトリーの下段をお願いしていたのですが、調整の上リクエストも叶えてくれました。 スタッフの皆さん全員の優しさに感謝です！ あ！朝食も大変美味しかったです！
特に無いですが、ロッカールームに小さなスーツケースを広げれるくらいのテーブル有ると嬉しかったです。

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Ich hatte ein DZ mit Bad zur Alleinnutzung, was sehr komfortabel war aber dadurch auch preislich etwas höher. Aber es hat sich gelohnt, das Wetter war leider sehr schlecht und so war guter Raum zum relaxen. Super bequemes breites Bett. Einfach alles voll cozy. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Kamin ist auch sehr schön. Tolle Lage am See und zu den Bus Haltestellen. Man sieht vom Balkon aus dem roten Schrein.

Notre chambre n avait pas de salle de bain, mais les douches et WC communs etaient tres propres. La chambre etait un peu petite, même pour deux, nous pouvions a peine ouvrir la valise.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Das Rohen Ashinoko war eine absolut tolle, atmosphärische Unterkunft, die ich so auch noch nicht hatte. Insgesamt klein und familär, dadurch sehr gemütlich. Es gab einen Aufenthaltbereich mit großem, sehr schönen Holztisch, wo man auch sein eigenes Essen verspeisen konnte (es gab auch ein kleines Speiseangebot), Mikrowelle war auch vorhanden. Highlight war aber im anderen Teil des Aufenthaltsbereiches ein quadratischer Tisch, welcher in de rMItte eine kleine Feuerstelle hatte, wo immer so 3-5 Holzscheite vor sich hin knisterten. Drumherum Sofas und Panoramafenster nach draußen mit Blick auf den See (da das Rohen etwas höher liegt). Wirklich Großartig!! Auch war man in 5 Minuten am Ashinoko-See und in 10-15 Minuten am Hakone-Schrein und dem dazugehörigen Tori, welces am/im See ist. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung des Sees und dessen Umgebung ist das Rohen perfekt. Mit der Sightseeing Cruise bis nach Togendokai und von dort weiter mit der Hakone Ropeway. Am Ende warne wir noch im Hakone Yuryo, ein wirklich sehr schöner Onsen in der Nähe von Hakone-Yumoto und dann von Hakone-Yumoto mit dem Bus wieder zum Rohen. Kurzum: Das Hotel ist toll für einen Aufenthalt und perfekt um die Umgebung vom Ashinoko-See zu erkunden

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Společné prostory vypadají velice dobře. Aktraktivní je posezení u krbu. Ideální pro mladé cestovatele zvyklé na kapsule. Pokud by i pokoje byly ve stylu společných prostor, tak b yto nemělo chybu. Dobré snídaně i pozdní večeře. Možnost parkování na nedalekém parkovišti.
Pokoje jsou formou kapsulí, kde je slyšet každý pohyb spolubydlících nebo v místnosti připomínající naši panelákovou sklepní kóji navíc s extra nízkým stropem, takže i pojedné noci se to neobešlo bez pár boulí na hlavě. Povlečení působilo opotřebovaně, ale pro mladé na přespání to stačí.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026はじめてのひとり旅でドキドキでしたが、スタッフの方々も優しく、設備などもひとりで行くなら申し分無く、食事なども美味しくてとても居心地がよかったです！ 個人的に巡りたかった場所へのアクセスなども丁度よく、また船などに関してわからない事を伺った時、色々と一緒に調べていただいたり、優しく教えていただいたりと大変助かりました！ まだそちらで巡りたい場所がいくつかあるので、お邪魔する際はまたこちらにてお世話になれたらと思います！ありがとうございました！

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026ベッドは1台のみですが、共用スペースはとても素敵に装飾されています。午後5時から7時まではマシュマロ焼き体験ができます！朝食はボリューム満点で美味しいです。箱根神社にも非常に近いので、観光客が少ない早朝に参拝するのに最適です。ただし、遅くとも午後8時までは飲食店が営業していないので、来られる際は時間にご注意ください。 虽然只有一张床铺，但公共区域做的很精致漂亮。下午五点至七点还有烤棉花糖的活动！早饭非常丰富好吃。离箱根神社特别近，很适合早起游客少的时候去游览。不过这边最晚八点就没有饭馆开着了，来的话需要注意一下时间。

Très belle chambre, spacieuse, avec une terrasse offrant une superbe vue sur le lac. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant de l’hôtel, avec de très bons plats. Très pratique à Hakone car beaucoup de restaurants ferment tôt.

La habitación se llena de humo de la chimenea que hay en la planta común, es agobiante. Las camas, en forma de litera doble, están encajonadas, tanto si duermes arriba como si duermes abajo te sientes en un cajón. No hay donde sentarse de forma cómoda, solo dos puff en el suelo. Aparece en el filtro de "con parking", pero hay que dejar el coche en un parking público gratuito, o sea, podrías dejar el coche allí de todas formas. Y lo peor es que tienes que cruzar andando una carretera para entrar y salir, es peligroso, no hay pasos de peatones. El precio altísimo para lo que ofrecen.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Das Hotel ist wunderschön und passt sich toll in die Umgebung an. Alles ist liebevoll durchdacht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Marshmallow am Abend am Feuer, wie toll ist das. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll angerichtet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Bar und eine kleine Essenskarte. Da in dem Ort fasst alles abends geschlossen hat, kann man sich im Hotel in der Mikrowelle sein Essen warm machen und vor dem Kamin gemütlich essen.

Je suis quelqun de sensible aux espaces, et ici j’ai à la fois put avoir une safe space seule, confortablement dans ma capsule, mais également me sentir bien avec les autres dans le salon! La Decoration et les équipements mettent à l’aise. Le petit déjeuner, la salle de bain, et la piece principale sont vraiment propres et cozy! Pour voyager seule, tout en voulant quand même se reposer c’est idéal ! L’emplacement est aussi tres pratique, on est à cinq minutes du lac et de la ou on prend les bateaux pour aller voir le feu d’artifice. Il y a également énormément de bus à cette station ! L’équipe était adorable aussi. Merci pour ce séjour.

Durch das Feuer roch leider auch das Gewand nach Rauch, auch in unserem fensterlosen Zimmer roch es etwas nach abgestandenem Keller

Te una sala comú amb una llar de foc al mig on el foc sempre està encés. hi ha un petit bar restaurant on serveixen menjar senzill però molt bó. ës un lloc entranyable. Nosaltres vam reservar una habitació amb bany privat i ens va encantar. tenlia tot el que es pot necessitar i fins i tot un balcó.

Si respira aria di montagna, di tranquillità ma non manca la possibilità di fare due chiacchiere con visitatori da tutto il mondo. La colazione è abbastanza varia e abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Il personale, giovane, è chiaro e accogliente. Ci sono tè e caffè gratis. Vicino ci sono un Lawson e un Seven Eleven forniti e qualche ristorante (attenzione però che alla sera sono quasi tuti chiusi, ma eventualmente preparano la cena in struttura!)
Se devo trovare una sola pecca, l'orario della cena potrebbe essere esteso di una mezz'oretta: alle 20:30 non puoi più ordinare. Ma è una piccolezza.

L’établissement est parfaitement situé, à seulement quelques mètres du lac, ce qui en fait un excellent point de départ pour profiter des environs.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Die Lobby ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Es gibt ein Feuer, welches dort für Gemütlichkeit sorgt und es die Möglichkeit gibt dort abends Marshmallows zu grillen. Das Frühstück und das Personal sind auch gut.
Was nicht gut war war das Zimmer an sich, das winzig war und kein Fenster hatte. Zudem gibt es dadurch auch keine ausreichende Möglichkeiten nasse Sachen zu trocknen. Das das Zimmer kein Fenster hat, wurde die erwähnt. Dafür war das Hotel viel zu teuer.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Le personnel était très agréable, l’endroit était très joli et très propre, le lit et ses confortables et la chambre était très bien arrangé on s’y sent bien, et le petit déjeuner était excellent, j’aurais aimé y passer plus de temps pour pouvoir profiter des autres plats, de la carte ou même du bar qui avait l’air tout aussi bien. En fin de journée, il y avait même une activité où on pouvait faire griller des Marshmallow autour du feu.
La nourriture était excellente. Néanmoins j’aurais adoré avoir un petit déjeuner avec un style plus japonais. Mais ça reste très bien.
