Reviewed Aug 17, 2026全体的に部屋が広く、スッキリしたデザインで、キッチンのグッズなどはIKEAて揃えていてお洒落でした。ソファも大きくて良かったです。日常を忘れて快適に過ごせました。子供も喜んでいました。
良く見ると、お風呂場の釜のところに髪の毛が落ちていた。シャワーが途中でお湯が出なくなり、冷水だったため、風呂桶に溜めたお湯で髪を洗うしかなかった。トイレのスリッパの中敷きがとれて毎回気になった。

窓に虫が張り付いていたので気持ち悪かった 予備の布団を使おうと思ったが見た感じ汚かった 一緒に収納されてたシーツを使用したがダニにかまれて痒い お風呂はお湯をとめると温まるのに時間がかかるのか水がでる時間が長かった 部屋の鍵が何かにあたって閉まりにくかった

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026お値段が安かったのと、立地がかなり良く、 芦ノ湖周辺を散策するのにはとてもよかったです。
チェックイン方法(お部屋の暗証番号)がメールにて、当日の午前中に届くとのことでしたが…そのメールが来たのがチェックアウトの2日後でした。 大きな荷物もあり一刻も早くチェックインをしたいにも関わらず、カスタマーに問い合わせたり、15分近くかかりました。またチェックインメールを送れていなかったことへの謝罪等もなく、管理体制がしっかりされていないのだと感じました。 施設も入り口は蜘蛛の巣だらけで、タイルも捲れ上がっていました。お部屋に入ってからも掃除が行き届いておらず、ソファベッドの隙間はゴミだらけ、寝具も埃が舞っており喉が痒くなりした。 また入ってすぐなのに、大きな虫の死骸があり驚きました。

Je ne pensais pas que je n aurais aucune vue sur l extérieur , comme un appartement sans fenêtre , et il faut savoir qu à Hakone tout fermé a 16 h , heureusement qu il y a un Lawson et un seven eleven à côté et la cuisine adaptée car aucun restaurant

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026We stayed with three people, the room itself was spacious enough for all of us to open our suitcases. There are two convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get food and drinks even late at night. The property is within walking distance of Hakone Shrine, so you can visit early in the morning before it gets crowded. It is also conveniently located near the Motohakone-kou Bus Stop.
The staircase was very narrow, which made it difficult to carry luggage upstairs. The hallway near the entrance was also quite cramped, and when I encountered other guests, it took some time to get into my room.

Attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il faut monter les escaliers qui sont plutôt étroits avec les valises. Malheureusement, on était au niveau 2, donc pas de belle vue dégagée comme au niveau 3.

Ground floor good space, well designed and stylist place. 1st floor the kitchen is in the way to bathroom and can't have 2 people side by side... so, it is hard if you have to cook meals there. Very inclined stairs, so hard if you have huge hard case bags.
No parking near it.

ソファベッドを伸ばしてベッドにした際に 下からいつからあるか分からない焼いたウィンナーが出てきた。 とても不愉快でした。 トイレ、風呂、キッチンが近すぎて キッチンに立つとトイレに行けないし、入っていてもでれない。 風呂も同様。 湯船はなく、シャワーのみでした。

Reviewed May 1, 2026La situation ideale du logement,proche terminus hakone yumato, proche de l'embarcadaire pour le bateau, proche 7eleven. Consigne au terminal du bus mais attention que éspéce et pieces de 100 uniquement. Logement propre et bien équipé, des pantoufles, pyjamas et brosse à dents prévues.
Le logement manque de finition et d' isolation, la climation au dessus de nos têtes pour dormir qui fait beaucoup de bruit.

Leggermente poco curati i dettagli, come il soffitto e le luci un po' così così, ma nel complesso e stato un ottimo soggiorno. Ci tornerei sicuramente

It was also very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The location is unbeatable, easily the best spot in Hakone, with convenient access to everything while still being peaceful and scenic. We would definitely stay here again!

Huele mucho a humedad y te deja la ropa oliendo feo, el check out es a las 10 en punto, justo da la hora y van a presionarte al punto de que yo le pedí 5 minutos más al man que llegó a tocar e intento abrir la puerta, después de los 5 minutos regreso le dije que ya salía pero aún así volvió a abrir la puerta, eso fue muy grosero, olvide unas bebidas que había comprado como souvenir en el refrigerador, escribí para recuperarlas y no fue posible pues argumentan que tiran todo cuando hacen el aseo, entiendo pero como es posible que desechen solo así las cosas que olvidas.

Access to the bus stop to get to Hakone station was across the road so travelling back was convenient. The boat ride starting point was also across the street from this apartment, all really convenient.
There was a foul smell coming from the wash basin sink.

An manchen Ecken merkt man dass die Heizung früher noch nicht drin war bzw es riecht manchmal etwas feucht - decke ist irgendwie noch Baustelle aber gut das ist eher ein Thema der Optik

水道と洗面所のお湯が出にくく感じました。(出るまでに時間がかかったり、ずっと水のままだったり) あとお風呂のシャワーをかけるところも、後もう一つ低いのがあったらなと思いました。

Teníamos el piso bajo, quizás en el resto no fue igual. Esto se solucionó al poner el aire. Comunicación sencilla con el anfitrión y lo recomendaría tanto por precio como por ubicación y facilidades
